I had a list of a few items in particular I needed to pick up. The girl who helped me was amazing. Another worker helped as well. They were out of stock on the mascara I wanted, and I purchased a travel size of another. I got 8 items was out of there within 10 mins.Great quick pick up. I only rated this store a three star because of the service I received. I have a unique skin tone. I went in there specifically to get my foundation matched. The woman at the front did not acknowledge me, I later found out she was the store manager. I walked around the store because I normally stay up front in the makeup area, because I get hair products from other places. I walked over to the higher end foundation area, to get matched. The girl over there was putting stuff up, she stopped to help me. I wanted full coverage foundation, that was long lasting.She tried to match me, she said it was difficult. She called the manager. She came over swiped foundation on my skin, told me what foundation shades were on each side and told me to walk around the store for 10 minutes because the foundation oxidized. She said if I wanted more coverage to use concealer. Then asked if I needed anything else and left me sitting. So I walked around for fifteen minutes. She did not follow up with me. The only person that acknowledged me was the girl behind the counter with purple hair. She asked me what my price limit was, I told her I did not have one. She went back behind the counter. I got my lipstick and concealer. I said I guess I will have to go to Sephora and it didnt bother them. I left the store angry. I called corporate and talked to them. I walked back into the store while on the phonewith corporate person. I asked to see manager and told her about my store experience she apologized and tried to help me match my foundation again.

Found everything I was looking for, prices are high. I could spend hours in here and they dont bug you which is nice. Havent tried out the salon. The cashier was friendly.

So many beauty items under one roof. A bit pricey but they are sure to have what you want. Helpful employees, the work hard to get you what you want and need.

Austin at the browbar is friendly and amazing. I was very happy with the results. I will be back to have my brows done.

I was excited to go in to get some much needed make-up support. Although, I did get greeted by the cashier(who was just standing up there alone) the service was not there. The other associate I noticed completely ignored myself and other guests and went to the associate at the counter to just talk. I will not go back just because of the first impression. Very sad as I would have been a returning customer for my make-up needs if I would have had support. I will drive to OKC or go to a more engaged retailer.

The store is always extremely hot the staff is either rude or not paying attention to whats going on. When you ask a question about a product you will be made to feel like you are bothering them.

Love this store! I also love that they stand by their products, even their name brand. If you aren’t happy with a product, even after trying it, they will gladly return or exchange it for you. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly! Very consistent customer service too! Never have a problem even when I go in looking homeless. 😂

In the past, Ive not had good experiences here. BUT my most recent visit was pretty good! The lady who helped me, I think her name was Abigail, was very nice, helpful, and not pushy or intrusive.

The place is clean, bright, smells good, and has a very chic feel. The workers are kind and are really helpful in helping you find whatever you need or have questions about. I havent need to use the salon services but all the workers seem great. There is a wide variety of makeup with a whole range of items/products. Love going to Ulta and buying (sometimes unnecessary) makeup. The rewards program is free to enroll and the point system for it isnt too bad either.

Good luck ever getting in, never have any appointments super disappointing. I work crazy hours and Sundays are really my only day to get anything done. A salon should really try to cater to people like me too. But I love the store, they are sold out of a lot of stuff most of the time which is annoying, but they are the only makeup store in town so I get it.

I only visited, didnt really buy anything this trip. The manager greeted me. She was very nice and helpful. The store was very clean and cool, but not cold. They had a lot of my favorite products and a lot of variety. It is a smaller store, but you can hardly tell, because of the variety. I will definitely be making another trip in the near future.

Ulta has a wide selection of cosmetics, skin care, and other personal care products. Staff is always friendly and attentive without being pushy. Some things are, IMO, overpriced, which is why they get 4 stars instead of 5.

I could spend an entire day, and paycheck, in this store! I love it. They stock so many amazing products and every time I spot something new or really interesting that I dont know how Ive been living without. Their prices arent exactly budget-friendly for me and a bit difficult to stretch at times but for the quality of the products its really worth it if you can afford it, and really for these boutique type of cosmetics and such the prices really arent all that bad. Top it off with a rewards card that gives you a free gift on your birthday and you cant go wrong...but you can go broke! 😅

Theyre not super knowledgeable about the make up they carry, but overall Ive been able to call, ask, and have them hold it at the counter for me. Sadly though, most the time theyre out of stock of everything Id like to purchase. Maybe online is better?

The best place to shop for your beauty needs. They have a multitude of brand name cosmetics, soaps, moisturizers etc. Their pricing isnt ridiculous either. I recommend an exfoliant/sugar scrub/moisturizer. Works especially well for legs & feet. Its called Flake Away. The Soap & Glory collection all together is amazing. You used to be able to purchase this at Target but they quit carrying it. This Ulta, here in Shawnee, Ok., is quite a large store & always clean & the staff has always been friendly.

As the new Salon Manager for Ulta Beauty Shawnee Marketplace, I can vouch for all of the (current) stylists and the rest of the store staff are pretty great! I went in asking advice on what I can do to keep my eyeliner from running. The girl that helped me was nice but didnt really have any solutions so she asked a manager. The manager was so rude. She didnt even try to help just basically said sorry idk what to tell you and her tone was embarrassing. If you dont have customers service skills dont work in customer service.

This was my first time here and it is now my favorite togo place for hair products and make-up. This os one of the best stores ever to be created. I love that there are salons and facials. A lot like Dillards but without all the excessive clothing, shoes, and decor stuff. Bit if your needing any of that there is a wonderful TJ-max next door.

Went in for the 21 Days of beauty with an $10 off coupon that was emailed to me from Ulta this morning. I picked out 7 items that totaled $60, but the associates wouldn’t take my coupon. I went home with zero items and disappointment in my favorite store. Thanks, Ulta.

I took my 13 year old daughter here. She has teen skin care issues. The staff was really helpful and kind. My daughter was look for eye-shadow and a mascara that did not clump. The lady made it personal by telling her that she had the same problem with her eyelashes and how she fixed the issue.

Welcome to ULTA, can I help you? Thats what is supposed to happen, right? Not if you dont look the part. I came the store not looking my best and the employees looked down their nose at me. All I wanted was a good blue-toned red cream-to-matte lipstick. Sorry I had a bad day and wasnt looking good enough. One lady looked at me, walked past me, and hmm-ed at me under her breath like I would steal something. Not okay ULTA. Please teach your staff to be professional and treat everyone that comes through the doors like a paying customer. Because that what I was, my money spends just as well as anyone else.

I am a cosmetologist, which means makeup is a big part of my job/life. Not only do i spend a TON of money in this store, but i also keep up on the adds and im in the store at least 4 times a week. Any time something goes in sale, im there to get it. (if they even have it in stock) ive been completely ignored by these people, ive been argued with over an item not ringing up right when it was supposed to be $8.50 and was ringing up at $17 and CLEARLY was not an online only product because if it were it would say in the add ONLINE ONLY. She basically refused to fix THEIR mistake until it came to the point of me throwing a fit because i was right, and its not my fault there was a mistake in the add. If it werent on sale, then they shouldnt have put it up for sale on the add!!! Also, i was in there last night and i picked out a revolution blush and purchased it, and when i got home i noticed the label was rubbed off, the tape seal was broken, and it HAD BEEN USED! THEY SOLD ME A USED PRODUCT!! Like seriously, for someone who spends hundreds of dollars a week in your store, you would think i would be treated with a little more respect. Those girls should know me by name right now. They should be greeting me and assisting me and telling me about sales or new product, i have probably only got ONE sample my whole 5 years of shopping there, EVEN THOUGH almost EVERYTHING ive came in the store for is NEVER in stock!!! If you dont have and never have it, at least give a courtesy sample like sephora does. I know more about products and prices than these girls do and its their job. I absolutely love ulta and i cant go without shopping there, but after being argued with BY THE MANAGER and then sold a USED product yesterday, i am just beyond fed up. Our ulta needs to step up their game. They need people who KNOW what they are doing and talking about. So that customers like me who spends tons of money in there dont end up feeling like this. I am totally dissapointed. I was excited we finally got a ulta, but at this point id rather drive to sephora, at least i know ill be treated with respect there.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Initially, the sales clerk refused to assist me with a $70.00 dollar beauty product; I waited in line unreasonably long time to check out, only for cashier to tell me some products were expired and unable to sell them. I brought these events to corp. management’s attention. To add to my disappointment the Shawnee store manager, called me to on the phone (I thought to resolve complaint), however she argued and contradicted all issues at hand and boasted ULTA being the top beauty retailer in the nation (appeared to be young, perhaps a high-schooler). Few days later I received a $15.00 gift card to shut me up, which will not buy much of anything! APPARENTLY THEY ARE OVERCONFIDENT / ARROGANT OF THEIR SUCCESS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Newsflash: I can purchase everything ULTA carries from Amazon at a much lower price or Target and be treated much better!

No one was at the salon desk when I walked in so I went and found another employee who told me she would be there soon so I waited for a few minutes. When she got there she told me they could take a walk in and she started taking my information in the middle of getting it she took a phone call so I just stood there for another few minutes while she had a conversation, after done talking she finished taking my info and told me it would only be a few minutes. It was an hour wait which I don’t think constitutes as “oh yeah we can take a walk in”. When I finally got seated I showed the stylist a picture of the hair cut I wanted, and I even said I just want it cut. While the cut was fairly similar, she decided to blow dry it with a round brush which looked absolutely nothing like the picture. The bill ended up being $37 and they told me they’d take 20% off Bc the long wait. Rad, that brought the total down to $30. I wouldve been ok with it even tho I asked only for the cut and not the style but the style was literally just hollow drying and it looked nothing like the picture. Then I had to take the bill up to the front of the store to pay even though they had card reader back at the salon desk and the front of the store had a huge line Bc only 3 people were working the registers on a Saturday afternoon. Overall pretty bad service and probably won’t be going back again for a haircut.
