Love the staff always friendly. Store is nice well stocked

I like the products, but I hate the way they shuffle you in and out of entrances and exits. They are rude about it.

Love to hear they had a lot of sales going on and the sales associates were so kind they did not rush you out of the store they didnt follow you around but they were there if you needed help I would recommend this place to anybody

Friendly service, and plenty of great scent choices

I love bath and body works however, my recent experience was horrible. My kids and myself did not realize they was a certain way you had to enter and the lady stopped us and hatefully told us we were going the wrong way. So we proceeded the correct way and she continued to argue with me in front of my children about the situation. She also told every other customer about the deals and sales going on but didnt mention that to me. My daughter was in tears when we left because of how this lady treated us. Shes apparently the manager but she needs an lesson in how to present herself in a professional manner.

2 days before Christmas is a lil nuts, but the staff was super pleasant and helpful. Some of the customers, not so much.. The store was clean and the staff was sanitizing popular areas. They had hand sanitizer at every checkout. You may have to wait in-line for a few minutes to get into the store, but they have added registers to help get people thru the store quickly.

Its so frustrating that the same deals online are not available to me in our local store. They can have the same products in the store as online, but they wont sell them at the same price. Such as the hand soaps online are 3.00, but in the store 6/$26 or 4/$20.

Love Bath & Body Works, but not this store. I left empty handed because after being asked numerous times within seconds apart, I felt customer service was way too pushy. I did let them know I was just looking and already knew which fragrance I buy, still proceeded to tag team with questions. Please give people a break and let them see the store. Wont be back to this location. Edmond is a much better place.

My fiancee love this place.

Very friendly and polite ladies who work here. They continually check to make sure you are finding everything alright or to answer any questions. They inform you of any specials and sales that are going on. They even have a working sink so you can try the soaps they offer to make sure you know what you are buying. If you want anything scenty then they probably have it here from candles, soaps, lotion, wall flower bulbs, sprays, hand sanitizers, etc.

Great place for fragrant soaps. Keep the good deals coming. Their hand soaps are concentrated so they seem to last longer than cheaper brands.

Well I love bath and body works but was highly disappointed with the level of customer service I received from one of the sales associates which ultimately had me leaving empty handed. I simply asked a question and the employee made me feel as though it was an imposition to answer the question

I love this place, it can be expensive. The only thing that annoys me is that there seems to be a lot of workers and every single one of them has to greet you which can be uncomfortable and annoying. Im sure its company policy, but it really seems like 5 workers I have to avoid being harassed by to get in and out, its a small store. They probably have high theft but ehhh. I dont like constantly being bugged.

Was never treated so rude in all of my life. Walked through the door and the lady asked if she could help me and I said yes Im looking for leaves soap. She said bb never has carried that and she has been there 9 years. She began to argue. I was the customer. I only wanted to purchase a product. I told her I had a some at home and could prove with a picture....she said I was lying. I called home got a picture and she proceeded to cause a seen in the store saying she was the manager unfortunately the poor soul is only an assistant. Never met a more rude obnoxious person. Public work is definetly not her calling. I will continue to shop at BB because they have a great product but not in Shawnee, OK. This lady needs to be a lion trainer. Or liar trainer.

Always find nice stuff for my wife here. I get her Extra stuff from here for Birthday, Christmas, etc. Lots of stuff to choose from. Like, lotions, soaps, fragrances, along with a lot more to choose from.
