The counter help at the pharmacy is nice, but the rest of the pharmacy staff is extremely rude and incompetent. They refused to give the Covid vaccine because they had trouble verifying insurance. Insurance is not necessary to get the vaccine. When told this, they said it would be too much of a burden on them to file the claim.
Male pharmacist was exceptionally rude while I was trying to get my anxiety meds. He couldnt be bothered to listen and be kind, and said my insurance card wasnt good even though I used it at my clinic earlier that day for my appointment and called my insurance company to clarify it was good. Safe to say he did not help my anxiety and will be taking my business to where Im treated with respect and dignity (and to where someone knows how to properly read an insurance card to get needed medicine)
Every time I go here it’s always a wonderful experience, I thank Jacob the cashier he was really helpful I was looking for aztech clay mask and he held the last one for me to come pickup I have had a few ladies help me wonderfully and a gentleman who works in the later time he is always really helpful too ! Thank you for being wonderful to me when I come in ! 🙂♥️
I made an appointment to have my covet rapid test done at this locationand the red hair lady was incredibly rude.
I didn’t happen to catch their names, but the redheaded woman and the pharmacist on staff today were shouting at each other, being rude to the clerk on staff, and being rude to me. The redheaded lady snapped at me and said “Welcome to the busiest part of the day.” As if that justified such unprofessional behavior. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere!EDIT: Came through on a rush on April 28th despite my better judgment. No less than five customers wandering around in plain sight without a mask. Not one single staff member said a thing. Like it or not, you have a duty to make sure people are following the mask mandate. That’s what management is for.
Male pharmacist is not the most pleasant. The other workers seem nice. But over been going to this pharmacy for ten years. Getting ready to change because he cant even come to work on time!
I love shopping at Walgreens. They are friendly and helpful always. Sometimes I wish they delivers but I still love to shop there anyway, mostly the holidays is my biggest trip for me.
Always courteous! They never fail to fulfill all my requests.
Shout out to Kirstin in the pharmacy for always having such a positive attitude and demeanor! She is extremely attentive and always greets me promptly. Even if I’m having an off day her positivity tends to be contagious and I always leave feeling that much better. The service here is good and I’ve never had any issues. Any time an alternative for a medication needs to be discussed it is gone over thoroughly and explained by the pharmacist. I’m here a lot so I often get to redeem my points which is pretty awesome and brightens up my day as well. The male with the longer hair in the pharmacy is also really awesome and tends to brighten my day with his sense of humor! (I suck and forgot to read your name tag last time I was in) anyways you’re awesome. You all are!
It was lucky I stopped at this Walgreens for directions because the employees went out of their way to be helpful. They not only have me directions to where I was going, they printed off a map for me. Thanks so much, Kayla and Bobby for your good help!!!
Lost my wallet here and they held it and returned it. I am grateful
We have been here several times over the years and it has always been such a nice experience. Just recently we had to return an item that had broken, and everyone at the store was incredibly kind and assisted in helping us exchange the item. Even though they didnt have another item at that store, the staff called another location that got it for us. Many thanks to the polite employees there.
Very helpful staff! I had a few issues with the online photo system and they sorted it out for me 100%. I was really impressed with the time they invested in fixing the problem. Great to know that a place has your back if anything goes wrong!
I have had only good experiences here. The pharmacy staff greets me by name when I come and pick up my prescriptions. Very friendly staff, clean store, and efficient.
When the 25% off coupon I loaded onto my rewards card did not work at the register, the manager suggested that it was either an online only coupon or that I had selected merchandise that did not apply. (The only stipulation was that it is not good towards sale/clearance items, or items that are already on a promotion like buy one get one 50% off). Later on, walgreens aired a commercial advertising the same 25% off promotion that this store refused honor. Turns out I didnt even need the coupon! Its disappointing that the management at this location is unaware of promotions that are advertised on national television. Needless to say I will never spend another penny here.
The store is brightly lit, the aisles are wide, they offer numerous selections on most products, and the employees are friendly. No complaints the few times I have stopped in.
Theyve remodeled and the location is convenient however it seems like no one is around.
Pharmacy here is terrible. It used to be good until a few months ago. Male pharmacy assistant with long hair was a nightmare to work with and didn’t try to figure anything out. Pharmacy manager didn’t even apologize. After 6 phone calls, 4 visits to the pharmacy I finally moved it to CVS at 87th and Lackman and they got everything taken care of within an hour. Just had to drop everything off and come back an hour later.
Good service. Pharmacy hours are less than store hours.
I always have get service here and have never had any issues.
Why do your employees get so mad when you want to redeem your points? They act like it comes out of their paycheck. This store sucks.
Pharmacy closes an hour before the store. Extremely inconvenient. Poor management at its best.
Pretty nice place overall
