This is a must stop if you are in the area. Great customer service and great burgers and fries.. thats what we had, all the food looks really good. Burger was tasty and fulfilling. You wont be disappointed. Store was clean and stocked.. we are truckers and we will be back. Thanks for the great service

Scam artist .. I’m not one for reviews or hating on a store for stuff but this is beyond unbelievable. First time going in store I got a small drink that is typically a dollar something. I payed the for it with 2 dollars and got the correct change so I didn’t notice anything. But second time I go in I get 3 items that would typically cost round 10 ish at another store but here she mumbled the price and says it so quickly and softly that you can’t understand her she then proceeds to upcharge you more than what items are priced at . I thought it was a miss understanding but I looked at reviews and it happened to other people as well. So heave the warning I will not be shopping there anymore and if you do listen and keep track of your prices or you’ll spend or money on your items than any other store in town ….

Restroom still out of order. Pumps down and the diesel pump was so slow I had to get a refund for the fuel I payed for. The store itself was dirty. Didnt think much of it. Maybe they just had some dirty guests today and hadnt got around to cleaning but judging by other reviews, the store being dirty is just normal.

Besides the overall nastiness and general lack of upkeep or general cleanliness the people running it are basically thieves, if you don’t let them upsell you they will “mistakenly” short change you. I stopped here twice and it happened both times.

Highway robbery definitely wouldn’t recommend going there everything you purchase gets up charged they don’t even scan items they just punch in whatever they want most of the things in the store doesn’t have a price on it and it’s dirty I’m EXTREMELY UPSET CAUSE I FELT LIKE I WAS ROBBED ! Only got a star so I could continue with a review.Stopped to get gas, snacks, and use the restroom. Paid for gas at the pump and went in to use RR. I seen the sign that said restroom out of order. When I asked if both were out of order, the cashier rudely stated the sign says they were. No ma’am. The sign said restroom. I refused to spend another cent, and will never stop there again. By the reviews I’m surprised that they have any customers. This kind of customer service is becoming to acceptable.

Don’t stop here if you need to use the restroom. It’s apparently been “out of order” for the better part of a year.

Half of the pumps don’t work (bags on nozzles, error screens, or won’t take debit cards). Bathroom is always out of service.

And I found another reason to visit Shawnee. I was going to some cold water for the drive home, and stopped at the Thunder Stop Conoco Gas at 14108 Acme Rd on the way out on 177. They were advertising Gyros! The best in town!During my 11 years in Germany, grabbing a Gyro (Donner Kabob) after a gig was a tradition - these places were generally open very late or all night, and one of the most nutritious and refreshing sandwich you could get anytime.So I got one, and it really was very good. The sauce was not at all like the Greek Tsatsiki (thank goodness), but a lighter creamy garlic sauce that balances the Kabab meat, grilled onion and fresh vegetables. I wish I had ordered two!

These people are thieves. I stopped for gas and paid with my debit card, they charged my card $15 for gas and an unauthorized charged for $19.99 as well! When I called all they could tell me was I dont know!!! So I posted my problem on Facebook and found out they do that to EVERYONE especially the men that work over at Baker Hughes!! 2 guys have the paperwork to press charges against them and believe you me so will I! This is fraud at its finest and these people think they can get one over on me? I dont think so. Its amazing what you learn when you post your situation on Facebook, the whole damn town has been robbed by these people!! Goodbye thunder stop! Hope prison suits you well!

Well there is a 🇮🇷 lady in there she is very disrespectful rude hung up on me when i asked her if they had the big bag of chew or just the small bag and i got omg and hung up on. Very rude

They stole 19.99 from my card on the 11th and the 12th of this month. Im an employee at bhge and we all go to this stop for break because its across the street. Ive never had a problem with them i always buy red bulls or tea and black and milds on my break. I noticed money missing out of my account so i called to check it and the owner has been taking money from me ! Unauthorised charges for $19.99. First off, how would anything come out to 19.99 unless they did not tax me? So i go in to confront them and she says wheres your proof? When i tell her i have it and im pressing charges she then tells me she did it because i stole a red bull from her store! I NEVER HAVE STOLE ANYTHING FROM ANY QUICK STOP ANYWHERE. I also found out from the guys i work with that they price change every day. We all pretty much buy the same thing on break and its always a different price. These people are fraudulant and i would never go here if i were you. I am pressing charges and by the looks of the other reviews i am not the only one who has been robbed by these people.

My wife ran out of gas on 177 walk to the gas station to ask to use the phone to call me the lady refused to let her use the phone unless she paid $3 and when she asked a customer if they had a cell phone she could use the store clerk then started screaming she was going to call the police on her for harassing her customers because she would not pay the $3 to use the store phone then she has the audacity to refuse my wife to use the phone to call said it was because of all the criminals getting out of the Safety Center coming over to use the phone I will never return to this store again and I will make damn sure everybody I know will know what kind of people works there and run that store

I dont understand why something as simple as a door for the mens restroom can be something that gets neglected and would be in need of repair. If that gets fixed, then another star can probably be awarded.
