Went in to inquire about pumps not moving past the loyalty after hitting cancel. Both workers on their cells. On talking while the young girl that helped me would not look up from her phone. All she said was hit cancel then you can pump. They lost a regular client just from her service!

Sign on the door says. “ masks required per county health department “. 2. Yes two employees not wearing any and two customers. Night time here (2022) must be relax time. Good to know. Since one employee is the manager. I assume she would be the one who put that sign on the door that’s all nice and official. Excuses were. The mask is hurting the back of my ears. And she’s the manager she can do what she wants. Must be so. Since I’ve sat writing this three more obviously regular customers ran right in from their cars. No mask. We literally can’t do even one simple thing correctly. I’m am Amazon driver. Think they would care if I stop wearing my mask when delivering to their house? It’s not about weather you like it or not. Or it hurts your ears. I’ve literally around the clock night and day been out here for you people. So you could stay home and have a nice vacation. I’m tired worn out and sick of wearing this mask. But I do what is right for you because you ask me to. Enjoy your day. Btw. This is a great store. With great people. Very clean and neat. We are all sick of it. If we are not going to group up and go after the government offices that need changed. Then your one opinion doesn’t matterAnd I was about to wrap this up and a fire engine pulls up to get fuel the fire fighter most likely full-time paid jumps out with no mask because right in the store I can’t believe that I literally just recorded that because I had to I wish you all knew somebody who died somebody who was very close to you so you could all feel what it’s like

Sign on door clearly states masks are required, but the young person who helped me did not wear a mask; other employees were casually chatting nearby with masks down. When asked why she didnt have on a mask she said they had plexiglass up. This is disregard for county health ordinances is especially disrespectful in a place that sells food. unacceptable and disrespectful. In two previous times I have seen customers without masks. I hope the manager will take action to correct the situation.

This Temp Stop is hands down the best convenience store Ive found in the area. The employees are SO nice (Merideth and Freddie helped me today) and they keep the place very clean and well stocked. For such a high traffic location, I was impressed just walking in on my first visit!

I never felt more uncomfortable in my life!!! I felt like they was harassing me and was not friendly at all. They told me to hurry up and pay for my drinks and get out of there store!! Ill never go there again they need to hire better costumer service people!

Just moved here from Florida, fantastic coffee, very pleasant cashier, welcomed me to Kansas... I found my morning stop...I will be back everyday! Very clean store with clean restrooms.

I live in Lawrence and misplaced my card. The last place I used it was at BP on SMPkwy. I called and asked if the lady (Erica) could check by the pump. She said no. I explained to her the situation and that I lived in Lawrence and if she could ask someone else in the store, like a customer if they wouldnt mind checking. She said no. I thought this was so rude. If someone asked me, a lady called and thinks she may have dropped her card, would you mind checking for her I would have absolutely done it but this lady wouldnt even ask someone for me. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Ill just go to the Hyvee Gas thats right next door from now on.

Not a good gas station

Worse gas station ever. Commercials play while you pump gas and are so loud you cant hear yourself think. Never going here again until they get rid of commercials.

Slow pumps, annoying advertisements playing while you pump. Its worth the couple extra miles to go elsewhere.
