Sunday, October 24 at 4:30, black woman behind the counter where food is served is exceptionally rude. This is my 3rd encounter with her. She spent her time cooking my burger, making rude comments about me specifically while she thought I couldn’t hear, and complaining about being at work since 10am. All I heard and experienced from her was complaining and rude comments. Absolutely unprofessional. She mentioned that she was the manager, but thankfully the real manager showed up while I was eating my burger. I did speak with her, she was very respectful and said the problem would be addressed.

Now that youve jacked up the price of my smokes to only about 60 cents less than what I can buy them for in OKC, I no longer need to drive out to Shawnee, which means I wont be stopping in at the Grand Arcade, which many apparently still believe is a casino! Thanks Grand Travel Plaza!!

Absolutely the slowest diesel pumps around. They have good prices, but it takes over 20 seconds per gallon. Just put enough in to go somewhere else.

Stop by to get some fuel at disel side everything when well Good customer service, every one was nice . And they have a great selection of drinks coffee was fresh they have a mini grill, were you can get your fried chicken 🍗 and fries. Life is good on these side of Oklahoma.

They lost a $1000 fuel sale because of their mask policy. Laughed at me when I said I’m not supposed to because the CDC said so. WILL NOT COMPLY

My family has been shopping at firelake for over 14 years and now I wont be back to any of there stores you throw your on tribal members out of your store because they cant wear a mask you dont have to Walmart or lowes or any other store I dont know about everybody else but I am sick and tired of watching the triby ran like the Democrat party i work in the trucking industry and I do not recommend any truck drivers or Escorts drivers to go here

Was refused service for not wearing a mask. Told the guy I had health problems and due to them I couldnt wear a mask. He said we are all sick and it doesnt matter. I informed him that the American disability act prevented them from denying me service. He said he didnt care. Masks dont work anyway. Wake up people. We are turning into communist China. Been a customer for a long time. Never again.

Great gas prices! I wish they would list the gas prices on the north side of i40 when youre heading west. They need to put a sign before you reach the exit so you could stop and get gas if you liked the prices!

It was OK. About average for a gas station. Not really impressed. I wish they would have had more drinks. The staff was nice enough. I did get gas while I was there and didnt have any problems.

The food there is amazing it’s better than KFC and they have the Altoids that I want couldn’t find them anywhere but the only thing that I’m saying they need is padlocks to put on my trailer door

The ladies at the grill were so nice and friendly. And I even witnessed as one tried to catch a customer who had forgot his change. She went all the way out to the parking lot to try to find him. Talk about going above and beyond. 2 thumbs up for the ladies at the grill! Yall are awesome!

The stuff being rude and unprofessional to a truck driver and she refused two give me any service on April 12 at 8:30 PM.

The guy that was working at the grill at the truck plaza has no business working with customers. He was soooooo rude that even though I had paid for our food I left it there. The lady that cooks is awesome, always has been everytime Ive been there but that guy needs to work by himself or in a factory or something

The chicken tenders are awesome for a low price if you buy the meal instead of individually. Very tasty

If you have mobility issues DO NOT PARK ON RIGHT SIDE OF STORE. THE MAIN ENTRANCE IS CLOSED. PARK BY Smokeshop SIGN. Instead of putting a sign up on the windows facing the parking lot by the handicap parking spots. My father is 72 and slipped on the painted area wet from falling rain, almost fell. All because theyre too lazy to DO THE RIGHT THING!!!

Was refused service when the sign says no shoes no shirt no service I was wearing a shirt ( bra too !! ) with pants and shoes with socks. Was refused service when all I said was 20 on pump 6 told me to leave.

For a travel plaza, truck parking is pretty limited. I stopped here because of the advertisement of a Hot Grill Restaurant. After I entered I found it typical gas station food such as corn dogs and cheap chicken wings fake tamales and shriveled up Fried Chicken.

They get you in and out and help with any issues.

Cheap fuel brought me here but the fact I cant take a piss without a mask means Ill be spending my hundreds of dollars on fuel each fillup somewhere else where I wont be treated like Im infectious from now on.

Stopped to get gas and shower along my trip. Clerks and shower attendant were friendly and attentive. Store was clean. Shower room was clean. For $10 it was great.

Just like the name, GrandDecent fuel price, showers are clean, plenty of space for big rig parking. Fabulous buffet, better than Las Vegas because of the 18 wheeler parking. Recommend

Easy on and off for the interstate. The gas station is clean and offers both 100% and ethanol gasoline. The only issue would be with some of the locals that get gasoline there. Seems to be quite a few rude wacked out folks that get tunnel vision when trying to buy their smokes.

The best service, nicest employees, nevermind the plumbing smell at times, always clean and functional

Won a $1,200 jackpot. They asked for my Social Security Card and drivers license. I didnt have my SSA card with me but I had other Government ID with SSA number on it but they refused to accept it. They took 30% tax out of my jackpot. How many retired people carry their SS card with them, not many.... Who knows if the casino turns that tax money into the IRS. Should be investigated................. Never will I visit that place. They need to take a lesson from the non-Indian casinos..............

Cleanish bathrooms, great grab-n-go food, gasoline is quality, well lit parking lots with a lot of security cameras.

Food was overcooked and old. I could not finish my fried green beans and borritos. Would the management of this facility eat the food they cook here

Plenty of parking for cars and 18 wheelers. Nice large inventory and a massive amount of gas pumps. Store is always clean and staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is they closed the drive thru for the cigs.

I have been going to the store since the opening. They hired a girl and since everytime she is working i get rude comments from her or snickering. Today was my final straw. I wont be back till you get professionals working in the deli area. Evidently in the open is your complaint dept. Contact me by my email address or my name if you are even worried about complaints. I will suggest to all my friends not to go there too. Professionalism needs to be taken care of this isnt high school.

There is a double turn into the lot for the gas station even though it isn’t marked on the traffic light. Lots of parking - 30 minute limit. The restroom was clean.

2/23/2015 @ 1:15AM-Went to get gas & cigarellos due to snow storm coming in on Monday & I had checkbooks but NO driver license, debit card or any ID except for an expired drivers license and did not have enough gas to go home and retrieve my ID.I dreaded waking up my 80 yr old Mom in law to come get me and the clerks did not recognize me as I am in there approx. every other day.The manager on duty, SHELLY & cashier-LISA, came to my aid as Shelly heard me on the phone with my husband explaining my dilemma.She checked my expired license and since my checks, license and picture all matched, she willingly allowed me to get my gas and smokes without having to go home and risk running out of gas in single digit temperature and a wind chill of lower than that.ALL MY PRAISE AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO THESE TWO LADIES!!I will ALWAYS purchase my gas & smokes at their location due to their willingness to come to my rescue!Firelake would be losing 2 of their BEST assets if these two ladies decide to part ways with the travel stop on I-40 & Dale/Hwy 102 South location.They have TRULY earned my respect!
