Had to wait for about 2 hours to get my car done. But was worth the wait. Polite and done a great job. Took the day off just to get this done.

I dont feel like have to pay for a tire swap when I already bought the tires from hibdon. Im an ex employee from Bridgestone/hibdon tire. All I was wanting was to have my new set of tires mounted a set of wheels on a car that Im keeping and the older tires mounted a car that is going to the salvage yard. It doesnt make sense to just let a salvage yard pickup a car with new tires on it, knowing that your going to need the new tires very near future. I havent even paid them off using my cfna card. The salesperson at the counter wanted to charge me $ 80.00 to do this for me. Im not complaining about the cost. Im complaining about the principle and ethics of the whole thing . Both sets of tires I bought from hibdon I have proof of purchase. All Robert had to do was look up my customer history .

Horrible. Called and was told there was one car ahead of me. Immediately got there and was told it would be two hours to patch a nail in my tire. Very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever.

I made an appointment last week to get my oil changed to ensure I had time to get in and out. Walk in customers trumped my appointment, and after waiting over an hour, I left. My money will support another business. Why make appointments if you dont honor them?

What is the point of offering online reservations and not honoring them.....

Went there for an oil change, and no matter what I seem to new a tire everytime. Last visit my tires were still under warranty from my last visit so they replaced it. The replacement tire had a slow leak. At first I thought it might have been under filled. Nope! Slow leak. I just suffered through it until I had the money to go somewhere else rather than deal with the ridiculous wait and possibly another bad tire

They seem to be pretty good. You tell them what you looking for They tell you what they have and how much. You decide. They beat everyones price so they claim.

Great experience. Got good service. Fast and friendly. Gave me good deal for tires.

Ive been using Hibdons for I think about 20 years. Im so disappointed in their service time and the service counter employees are very rude. I keep thinking when I go back it will be better for about 3 years now. Im sorry to say, I will going some where else on my next tire purchase.

I went in to get my tire replaced on my company vehicle this morning. My company has an account with Hibdons. When I went in the guy at the counter asked me for a phone number. I showed him the card with the account info on it. He didn’t even look at the card and demanded a phone number. I called my dispatch office to see what number to give him. They told me we just give them the card and they can look it up. I went back to tell the guy what my office said. He still wouldn’t look at the card. I asked for a supervisor. He said he was the supervisor. I told him he was being very rude. He then told me he was going to deny service. I asked him if he could just look up the account using the card like everyone else does. He then THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE TO Escort me out!!!! I left and went to another location where they took the same card no problem. This guy needs to be fired. I will never return and I will be sure to let others know not to as well.

5 hrs later for an oil change and a diagnosis. Never again and they still didnt get to it. Dont waste your time

If you could leave negative stars- this Hibdons would be lower than OK’s cold temps right now. One year ago I ordered set of 4 tires; received appointment date and time for 3 weeks following order. Appear at appt time- estimated 2 hrs and vehicle would be ready. 7 1/2 hrs later- my vehicle was ready. Go to drive off and find out tires ordered were never received - tech decided to go with oversized tires which happened to be in stock. But told- don’t worry- you won’t be able to tell difference. The new Tires rubbed constantly because they were way too big for my vehicle. You would think after this experience I would learn- but nope.... I listen to someone else selling me how much the store had changed- so decide to put A/T tires on brand new Ram truck. Open an account with Hibdons and order new tires - of course- again has to be special order (trend here is this tire shop obviously has no tires stocked). Again appointment set 3 + weeks out- appt date comes amd I’m advised tires not in- don’t know where tires are and would receive call once they arrive. Meanwhile almost total of two months later- several calls to store with promised status call back- not a word! I have contacted corporate 3 times and promised call backs from store manager AND District Manager... guess what? STILL no call back!! No TIRES!! But new credit account on my credit report! I wouldn’t ever recommend this store- and beginning to believe with Hibdon’s period!! May be time to try one of the other tire dealers. Sheesh!

Worst experience in my whole entire life Do not take your vehicle here unless you have 5+ hrs to wait on a simple alignment, tire rotation, oil change or possibly any service they offer....

They ate now under new management but they have always been helpful. They check your tire pressure for free and they use to do other things but since changing management I really dont know what all they still do for free. The people are still very friendly and helpful.

Always great service. I watched them explain to an elderly customer that her vehicle didnt need the repair she thought it did as well - it was nice to see a business NOT milk a customer for everything they could! Kudos to Dustin for friendly courteous service!

The Shawnee Hibdon is absolutely fantastic. Very honest and up front. The Midwest city store charged me for new rotors that they didn’t change and I only found that out because of Shawnee Hibdon. They are righting a wrong that they didn’t even commit. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Employees were nice. Store was crowded. Service was ok. Just had oil change, flush and tires rotated. Pricing was moderate. But they did have it done that day...

Slow...man working desk more worried about masks than cars. Strange disinfecting procedures. I’d rather nothing of mine be sprayed with the mystery cleaner. Almost as obnoxious as Taco Bell handing you food in a tray.

This Hibdon’s would have to be a no go for me. Save your time and your frustrations and go somewhere else that actually knows what they’re doing. Secondly if you decide to take your vehicle here make sure it is right before you leave. Customer service I would say is 0.5 out of 10. While the first of the conversation. Starts out great by them using the Hibdon’s slogan maybe, and after that it’s just a downhill slope to a rude and mostly annoyed employee by a customers questions. 45 minute drive would definitely be better than coming here...

Supposedly fixed my tire... flat the next day.

I’m not sure why they even have appointment times you can setup. I set my appointment for 4:00pm and finally left at 4:35pm since my truck hadn’t even been pulled into a bay yet. The man at the desk was pleasant that wasn’t the issue. I saw empty bays so why not have enough staff to keep the bays full when customers are waiting. I was at this Hibdon’s a couple of years back and they were very efficient.

I went there to get my headlight changed was also looking to price tires. The gentleman behind the counter told me it would cost me 150.00. After I walked out on disbelief that a headlight would cost 150.00, I thought to go across the street to oReilly just to check the cost of a headlight for my car. A very nice young man came out to my car popped open my my hood and changed the light for less than 15 dollars. I will never go back . I hardly believe the other reviews

Quick quality workmanship with customer service attitude.

This is a very busy location in Shawnee. Small parking area. Not enough bays and employees to efficiently give quick customer service. They were very good about getting the tire we needed in the same day. However, we had to contact them shortly after the estimated time given to us. We went directly down to have the tire installed. We were there for over two hours getting one new tire put on our truck. Luckily we were watching when they started working on our truck. At first the technician removed the wrong tire so my son quickly went out and let the technician know before he got any further. This was not an isolated incident. Weve had to correct technicians in the past. Most of the time, the wait is extremely long. Would suggest customers drop off their vehicles unless they have a lot of time to waste waiting on their vehicles to get finished. Really think Hibdon Tires need a new location in Shawnee with a larger building, more bays, several more employees and definitely a larger parking area.

I have been going here for the last couple of years and the last few times I’ve dropped in have me leaving that place with a smile. The quality of service and professionalism with the main guy (didn’t get his name; not sure if he is a manager but he seems to run the place efficiently) has been exceptional! He manages very well and seems his coworkers enjoy working for there. They are all about teamwork and it shows. They do a great job and quickly as possible. Very trustworthy and efficient!

Excellent customer service. They do appointments, take cash, card, check or mobile payments. Wheel chair accessible, friendly people. Work as quickly as they can, and do a guaranteed price match on top of beating it by 5%. They also work well with truckers who need to bring their cars in for maintenance but are only home for a few days out of month. Service open during weekdays and weekends.

I set up appointment on 5/16/20 they over booked could not honor appointment. Made a another appointment for 5/18/20 at 11:00am left my truck came back in 2 hours was told the did not have the tires that I reserved Came back at three and finally got tires after waiting another 2 hours. This place is not customer friendly and would not take responsibility of being wrong. I wasted a full day for bad management of this store. Will not get my service back.

Had an appointment set for 2 I drove over an hour to get there, show up and they tell me they havent power for over an hour now. They even knew I was driving over an hour to get there for tires and an alignment. They dont care about your time.

We got new tires a year ago, the service we got was amazing. So we came back to have new tires put on again....WOW what a difference a year makes. The service was slow, the employees were rude. They didn’t take cars back in any kind of order. Every customer in the store was complaining. Is this store under new management. Not an improvement. We will go somewhere else next time

Second week we took car in for alignment. First time it took from 9am-7pm and still wasnt right. So schedule another appointment and it took 4.5 hours. Notice it was a new crew. Need to bring back old crew. Will just go to discount tire.

Service is slow.. Like watching snails travel slow. Dont even bother going on a weekend. Always over priced and work being done typically with minimal effort. Used to get all my tires here but never again after being charged full price for 2 tires still on warrenty because 1 tire had less than 1/2 a centimeter more tread then the other tire.. So obviously they voided warrenty and blamed alignment and said misaligned tires arent covered.. Id rate 1 star but Ive had decent service in the past.

Came in for a tire patch. They fixed the tire. A different tire started leaking a couple days later. Realized my lug key was bent. Broke the lug key trying to get the tire off. Went back. They immediately replaced the whole lug set (spline set, not cheap). Every time Ive been there, theyve been very professional.

They are so very helpful & it doesnt matter that Im a woman!

Wow! Be careful. Caught me unaware. Was not prepared to spend $70 on a pickup oil change. I should have asked first.

Horrible customer service, they act put out, and act mad when you say, No thank you to their sales pitch. It took 5 hours just to put 4 new tires on my car. Then had to return the day after I purchased the 4 new tires, because they didnt even check the alignment, which took 3 hours with an appointment. Wouldnt even take the time to show me my alignment results, which they only aligned the front. I paid over $1,000 for tires plus an additional $100 for an alignment. That is a ridiculous amount of money only to be treated with such disdain, contempt, and spitefulness by their staff.

This place is a joke!!! The manager Blayke is very unprofessional and rude! With people like that running your store this company should be rather embarrassed. Its a wonder why you have all these negative ratings. Disgraceful business in Shawnee OK.

I had someone pick me up while my car was being worked on. I called them after realising it had been a long time. I guess customers who dont sit in awkward silence for 1+ hours get a very low priority?

We had a chunk of metal in our tire and was able to get our vehicle to Hibdons right after closing time. Devin at the front said even though were closed well fix your tire. He didnt charge us a penny and was very personable I will never go anywhere else except for Hibdons Plus

I have been using the Shawnee location for tires, brakes, alignments and oil changes since 1998 and have NEVER had a bad experience. I cant believe all of the negative reviews. Surely Im not the only satisfied customer in this town. Its a business that provides a service based on a daily flow of customers that varies from day to day. You may actually have to wait a while - especially on a Saturday when everyone else that works during the week is needing their services. If you are so impatient that you cant wait a few hours for work to be done, go during the week or drop it off and come back for it later.

It really doesnt deserve one star... Poor Service @ Shawnee Hibdons Tire Plus!! The only cars that left in 2 hours of waiting was people that gave up and left and there was only a few cars in the parking lot. Three of the guys working in the shop were just standing around talking. If they would work on the cars as hard as they were keeping from working, no one would have been waiting...I left myself after 2 hours and still never seen anything getting done. Bad service!! How long does it take to rotate tires? If Hibdons dont fire the 3 tire guys in Shawnee OK., they are going to loose a lot of business!! I have done business with them for years and have had to wait but the difference this time was they werent busy and the workers were not either.

Waited 3 hrs for an alignment finally left without it.. they didnt communicate with me at all.. went to the Tulsa one a week later had it done in 30 min

Staff was friendly, the guys joked and spent majority of the time chit chatting I need a quote for alignment & struts got talked into a complete vehicle inspection. But they did not even check my alignment which I had the go check before I left after he explained the other recommended service that did not include the items I came in for. I asked for the print off and aftee getting home to read it, it did not include the quote for the alignment. Was there for almost 2 hrs and didnt get what I came for

My mother made an appoint here for today drove from chandler (about a 30 min drive drive for her) and my mother is on oxygen .. shows up a little earlier only to get told it will be a 4 hour wait. whats the point in making an appoint.. so she left . you lost business and ill never spent money at a place that turns away old women on oxygen

I have conducted several transactions with this store over the past few years and had always had a reasonable experience on the up side so to speak. Had some mechanical work and several sets of tires. So I dropped in with a used truck to have an inspection done on the front end was told they were busy so it would be at least an hour and a half so I agreed that was ok. I started this experience at around 1 pm maybe a little earlier and left and returned almost 2 hours later and was told they hadnt gotten to it. I know people came in after me and got their work done so Im left to assume that as I only wanted an inspection at this time they simply preferred I just go elsewhere. I have now set here and waited till 3:30 and still waiting for a 30 minute inspection which most likely would have been more work later. I must say I was very suprise and disappointed in this service. As I said between myself, my husband and daughter I had been there several times in the past. Still waiting almost 5 pm. I suppose if it does need front end work I may as well plan on taking it elsewhere. Very disappointed. Still here at 5:30 pm. Finally at almost 6pm got out of there. Jason was very informative and helpful, your only saving grace. He explained about appointments and such however I already understood all that and knew it would be a while. If I had simply been told it could be all day instead of 1.5 hours that is what I would have arranged for.

Came in for a simple pressure check and the employees were all rude except for the employee who filled the tires. The only positive aspect of the visit was that it was quick.

If I could I would give no stars. They are so slow. I had an appointment at 9 am and my car didn’t even get looked at for 2 hours. It took over 4 hours to get front brake pads changed and the back brakes cleaned. It has really gone down hill. I won’t be coming back here!

Pleased to use this Hibdons since they opened here. No complaints at all. They do what I ask and I verify it later as anyone should when getting work done anywhere.

We had 2 boat trailer tires blow out at the same time. Walmart was the closest place to go so sat at stupid Walmart for 2 1/2 hours. Picked up still blown out boat tires and took them to Hibdon Tires Plus. We had new balanced tires in 15 minutes!!!!!! Those guys are simply amazing!!!! Thank You Hibdon...... You Guys Rock :)

Poor customer service. You lost our business forever.

We dropped off our vehicle to have two tires fixed and were told it would be ready in an hour and that they would call. Two and a half hours later we went back to check on it and they hadnt even started. I had heard that they were chronically late but I thought I would give them a chance anyway.

They have taking good care of us. Always happy to fix our problems

I brought my car for a flat tire, i arrived by 11:00AM and they got released my vehicle 2:53PM, the reason why i stayed on this repair shop is because i was 80 miles away from my house in OKC. now the quality of service is poor, the manager doesnt have respect to the customers, i asked why they taking too long to fix a flat tire, basically told me that they have short personnel, but if i want i can take my care to somewhere else if idon;t want to wait,he was very rude, of course i could take to somewhere else if i have the chance, but once again my had a flat tire. I will never take again my car to Hibdon Tires, never. horrible experience

Came in saturday for 2 tires waited 3 hours then was told they did not have them in stock and they would have to be ordered and they would be in Monday at 8. Came in Monday at 11 and was told they would arrive at noon and they did took 30 minutes to install. Waited an additional hour and a half for an alignment to get done long story short I waited 6 hours for 1 hour worth of work.Staff at front desk were very nice and professional they also apologized for the wait.

All I needed was one tire changed and I already had the tire with me. I came in one day and they told me to get here at 8:00 AM the next day so I could get in and out very quickly. I got here and they said it would take about 45 minutes to get my car in. It took almost two hours to get my car in and another hour to change one freaking tire. The employees are very unprofessional. I could hear them laughing like idiots and goofing off in the garage when they should have been working since there were a ton of people waiting. And according to these comments, Im not the only one that thought this. Overall, a very horrible experience. You will never see me in this place again.
