I already know how great a person Ryan is, but to see him as the salesman was incredibly impressive. Knowledgeable, thorough, and passionate about what he does! The manager John called me begging me not to send my bad, yet honest review of their poor service. They made me drive out there, which is 30 minutes for me, just to tell me they didnt have the rental they promised and tried getting me to pay for a service they already did. This place is disorganized and poorly ran. John called me begging me not to send my report to Hyundai in fear of what they may say to him which is pretty pathetic. New management would be required for a successful business operation.

Unimpressed with how a family members service was here. It’s all a scam in my opinion. You come home with more issues on your car than you went up there with. They try to sell you a car that’s not close to the one you have. Tried to sell them a car that had paint damage. Nice employees I heard and that’s why they got the extra star. I

Had my car towed to Hyundai because my alternator bolt snapped. They called and said it would be $800 for a new alternator and bracket. I had my engine replaced about 2,000 miles before this so they had caused this problem and want me to pay even though it should be covered

John in the service department is horrible! Terribly rude.I originally posted this with a 1 star review but I’m editing it because Anthony, the GM at Diehl called me personally to apologize for his employee’s behavior. That was something I honestly did not expect to happen and very professional of the GM to do that. He also offered me a free inside & out detail just to make up for it.

Was told they could bring up the sante fe i wanted from pittsburgh area. The day i went down to put down the payment to have it brought up they kept me waiting for over an hour just to tell me that now they cant bring it up. The reason they gave me is one dealership wont sell it to another because in 6 months there may not be any cars left to sell. So i was told if i wanted the suv that i had to travel to pittsburgh and buy it. Not sure why one dealership wont sell to another but will sell to me. Sounds like Preston just doesnt want to sell carsSo i recomend you do your business elsewhere.

Our entire experience was great, quick, to the point, and no games. Ryan was straight forward with us about everything and equally included both myself and my husband in the buying process. Searched for months to find the right car while also staying within my budget. Finally came across just what I was looking and in my price range. Spoke to Ryan, one of the salesman at Preston, who was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. Ryan didn’t beat around the bush and spoke nothing but the truth which was greatly appreciated considering it was a two hour drive one way. He even went out of his way and stayed late to accommodate for my time schedule. Got approved online through our bank for a newer truck, Ford F-150 . I drove through the lot to check this truck out and a sales rep, Ryan Feola, introduced himself and was just an all around cool dude, not fake & didn’t act like your everyday car salesman, knew he must of been from the Castle (New Castle, PA). He handed me his business card and told me he was busy closing up and to call him tomorrow to figure numbers out. I came to Preston Ford to lease a Ranger. Being that the car I was trading in had my parents on the title and I had no credit, I was a bit of a rough case to get up and running. Ryan helped me through all of the trouble and was patient and flexible in the several meetings it took to make sure he had all the information needed lease the truck. He maintained a friendly attitude that made me feel less concerned about all of the issues my situation caused.

First and last visit to this place. I took my Genesis in for a motor diagnostic due to extra vibration of the motor and the lifters ticking. They broke my filter off of my air intake (I know this because I checked under the hood before I took the car in) then, they left the piece in there and told me my car is fine, the noise was coming from the broken air filter and its just the sound my turbo makes. Thanks guys, I guess I will have someone else look at my lifters and motor mounts since you guys cant even do that. I specifically told them what was wrong with my car and they didnt even take the time to check it. Dont waste your time at the service shop here, these guys dont know what they are doing.

Terrible place. They dirty up your car dont clean it horrible service. I went in for inspection they tell me one hour then I get a call 30 mins later stating they need registration and insurance. Why wouldnt they ask before i left office. I will never be back and Im registering with BBB and Hyundai this place is a sh** hole.
