I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer from Diehl in Hermitage Pa and within a week noticed that it was not shifting correctly. My husband called to make an appointment with service ( who couldn’t get us in for 2 weeks ) just for them to tell us that there was an issue with the transmission, and they did not have a transmission technician to fix it. Then proceeded to tell us that WE needed to find a place to fix it. Mind you we just bought the car, and haven’t even made a payment on it yet, and WE need to find someone to fix it….. well after finding a dealership to look at it ( which it better be covered under my extended warranty) they didn’t have a loaner car for me. So I called Diehl back to let them know that I needed a car to get back and forth to work while my car is being fixed by another dealership since they were of no help to me. They told me that they did not have a loaner car and couldn’t do anything. How do you sell someone a car, then refuse to help them fix an issue with it and then not have a car for them while it is getting fixed. I will never do business with this company again let alone EVER let anyone I know do business with this ridiculous place!! If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. The absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
I bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent it had 95000 miles and Kyle made me an awesome deal I couldnt refuse I paid cash. It was easy simple painless and everything was done after I brought back the money within 25 minutes they did all the paperwork right there. Transfered registration license plates the title ect all I was responsible for was getting insurance within 10 days on my new vehicle. If I would have had to wait I noted they had coffee and drinks a vending machine with snacks and soda. There was signs everywhere that you could call the manager if something needed attention or wasnt up to your standards. I also seen a few awards they had recieved and I wasnt surprised.UPDATE... 3 days afterword low tire light came on and I filled tire up. Went low again so i brought it back to Deihl. Before even looking at it a salesman said to me you must have a nail in it. I assured him that probably wasnt it and I was suspicious immediately. Sure enough after about 30 minutes the service guy came out to tell me that I had a nail on the sidewall of my tire and it couldnt be patched due to the location. I had only driven home and back on I80 to the dealership. I professionally expressed my thought that I bought the car with the leak in it,, I also said your going to blame me Im going to blame you and in the end I declined the offer to fix it ON MY DIME, especially when they came back with the price of a 14 inch tire at 127$ when I can get on from Walmart for 37$. I brought it to my local mechanic and he found a couple holes from a piece of wire, pulled it out right in front of me and and I was extremely disappointed by the incorrect diagnosis of a nail and not in the side wall at all. My local mechanic patched my tire for 20$. I felt lied to and I could have bought a whole new tire if I didnt get a second opinion. Or worse would they have patched my tire and charged me for a new one? Very sad and angry after I had expected so much more with all their awards and being such a large shop.

VERY unprofessional. Took my car in, which I bought from them just a few months ago, to get my AC fixed and they had to order a part well the part came in but they have no one to fix it for me for 3 weeks. I was okay with it at first because they did re charge my AC so it was working again but now it’s not working again. I have been calling since Monday leaving voicemails with no call back at all. I thought the very least they could do is re charge my AC for free since it’s their inconvenience that my car can’t get fixed for weeks. However they can’t even call one of their customers back. Not cool.I will also add that I have two very young children, and the AC is not working in the back. I have mentioned this on the voicemails I’ve left as well. But apparently they don’t care about that.
I have been dealing with all the sales guys in the area for a week. Every night of the week. Kyle at Preston helped me out and got me into a great truck at a great price. Their team bent over backwards to get us the best bang for our truck, I mean buck. We brought the kids with us and they could watch TV or play, and it wasnt a problem.

I bought a set of Michelin tires off of Preston. 2 years later and 30,000 miles my tires went bad due to no fault of my own. I called Preston and asked for the paperwork so I may pursue a warranty with Michelin. They were unable to find my paperwork. The general manager promised me he would take good care of me no matter what. After weeks of phone calls and promises I received a piece of paper that said somebody bought tires. There was no name no mileage no nothing! So in the end I had no warranty and the dealership left me hanging out to hold the bill for new tires. That was the general managers definition of taking care of his customers! Thank you Preston for your due diligence! I recently leased a truck from Preston and when that lease is over it will be the last thing I purchased from them. I will also spread the word on how I was treated.

Edit: Its a car dealership with the stereotypical car buying experience. We agreed on certain packages for my new vehicle that were never delivered, even after the salesman (Trevor) confirmed that everything would be delivered to our house, in a few days, before we left that day. Disappointed to say the least. Multiple attempts to get it taken care of seem to have fallen on deaf ears. We even made the deal directly with the manager, Anthony. If I could write a review without even having to put one star I would not give this place any. It starts with when you pull in and walk to the show room the amount of cigarette butts that are on the pavement if I had the time to collect all of them I could open up my own cigarette factory and have enough product to sell for a decade at least. I’m not gonna mention any names but a salesman with shorter statue was very pushy and had an attitude with me the other staff seemed nice.
