Great customer service from corporate and inside team. The inside team worked amazing and helped with the coupons. Then we got a car wash and it didnt clean the vehicle very well, we called corporate to let them know and they had us stop at the next closest kwik trip for another car wash. The corporate lady called the store and set up the code for us! AMAZING WORK KWIK TRIP!

Opened a business in Shakopee a while back and they were extremely generous, gifting gift cards for our grand opening. Will go to this Kwik Trip anytime I have a chance (and Kwik Trip in general). Love the community support!

The dude that works Sunday mornings needs to check himself. For some reason he thinks hes something really special and can treat people like junk because hes been working there a long time. The way he spoke to myself and his co-workers shows a deep lack of respect for others and he really should be fired (hell be fine, he claims to be an engineer). I highly recommend skipping this station.

I dont usually write reviews but I just have to share what happened here this morning. I was on my way to my 12 hour shift as an ICU nurse, wearing my scrubs. I went to purchase an energy drink but had forgotten my wallet. Unfortunately, I did not check his name, but the gentleman cashier with the glasses and black mask kindly said he would cover it for me. It was a small act of kindness that really made a difference in my day because I did not get good sleep. This is the kind of thing that sets customer service standards. Thank you!

I come here every day before work and glad to say that Ive never been disappointed. Great staff, great people. Everything is cheap here compared to other places. Very friendly people and convenient for me to shop here and for gas.

Always spotless, with friendly staff. My most recent interaction had an employee explaining to me the intricacies of their new loyalty card. Spot-on service. Plus, they have an air compressor that fills your tires to exactly the PSI you desire. (great for me, since my front and rear tires require different pressures)

Friendly helpful staff. Weekly discounts on gas, frequent discounts on food items. A great place to pick up pizza, and lots of everyday food items. Milk and eggs are very inexpensive. Although machine prepared, the specialty coffees are very good and frequently discounted. Great cookies that are frequently discounted.

Date of Visit: 11/8/2019 - Visited this location solely for the air pump. Its pretty neat; you just set what tire pressure youd like, and the pump fills it up perfectly. No need to bring your own tire pressure gauge.

I have never reviewed a gas station. But I have to share our experience. It was 10 PM on Christmas eve. My moms only request for Christmas was cinnamon rolls baked by my wife. Since we just arrived in town and we did not have any yeast and all other stores were closed, we decided to stop at Kwik Trip for one last try. They did not have yeast, but they did have fresh cinnamon rolls that a lady had just set out. We sheepishly purchased them for mom and hope she would not know the difference. Mom loved them! Kwik Trip saved our Christmas!

They have often good deals on a lot of frequently needed, last minute, on the way home type of grocery items such as butter, eggs, cheeses, breads and especially milk when you buy it in the bags. (Although it can be tricky to figure out how to best cut and use the bags with the free pitcher.) Good selection of bakery treats!

I go to Kwik Trip stores because the employees are always pleasant, greet you, and are helpful. They do not hide behind the counter. Great prices on bananas, onions and potatoes. Stores are clean. Their house blend coffee is my favorite and the half and half is fresh coming from a dispenser not little cups.

I love Kwik Trip. But this place is a joke. Went there and there were 4 employees working. They were in 2 groups having arguements. I wasnt greeted when I got to the register, I was simply summoned with a hand gesture. Lady continued to argue with what my guess is the manager, who did nothing to get her to focus on the customer. The entire interaction she did not say a word to me, just arguing. Might want to work on their customer service skills a bit.

Its a Kwik Trip. It has everything you could possibly want at a convenience store. Their pre made food. ( burgers, chicken pizza etc is pretty good for gas station food. Something is always on sale too, warm food, day old doughnuts etc. Good coffee and healthy food options too. Very clean as well. This one has a car wash.

Prior Lake Kwik Trip is the best convienance store in town. They have good food options and very friendly employees.

No gas station on this end of town is open past midnight. Huge inconvenience to everyone that lives on this side of town. Super irritating and has not changed in years!

Rude They call you a criminal make you pre-pay for your gas they write down your plate number and wont cross it out once youve gone inside and paid. I will not be going back to this place.
