Very poorly run and inconsistent. Highest priced gas in town, and there is always something broken down. Every time! Whether it be a gas pump, card readers or the car wash. I dont go inside much because theres always a long wait. Makes no sense for such a new business. Comparatively speaking, Holiday just does not have these difficulties.If it were not for the Starbucks, I would never buy gas there. By the way, the Starbucks is excellent!

The station is clean and well lit and is usually a great place to get gas.However, today I had a poor experience with the manager. Went to redeem my fuel-saver perks today and discovered that I had a negative balance. Inquired about how this was possible and the manager gave some nonsense explanation about redeeming rewards you dont have rather than acknowledging an error. Had a debate about how ridiculous the idea of negative rewards is for a customer. Left frustrated at the lack of sense.Contacted Hy-Vees 800 number on the phone and inquired about the issue of negative rewards and they promptly explained that sometimes they have a pump not sync correctly with the server resulting in a consistency problem causing a negative balance. They promptly corrected the balance.

The young man who works there in the afternoon is very rude!

Gas pumps work about half the time. 101 questions like “do you want a car wash”. No I want gas it is 10 below out here. Too many issues with their pumps and car wash is trash.

Thought you couldnt play scratch offs behind the counter while working well not here 8:58 pm on 2.13.21 they are gladly cheering and bragging about winning 50 dollars on scratch offs
