I had an appointment to get a flu shot. I had to wait over an hour once arriving. Why make the appointment. Their system doesn’t work. I would have just walked in and not made the appointment. B
DJ was very helpful in the store. Found what we needed and he was friendly. Great store manager.
Needed help at the self checkout and there wasn’t a single employee up front or on the floor. Another customer was nice enough to help me.
Such friendly staff and wasnt on hold for a long time (which is a huge W in my book)! Made medication transfers a breeze!
I am a very private person and work in healthcare. CVS needs to do better with protecting customer/patient privacy. I have always used Walgreens for Rx’s for nearly 20 years, but unfortunately had to switch due to insurance. Walgreens offers more privacy. At CVS you have to spell your last and first name and say your date of birth out loud in very open areas where people are within 10 feet of you or closer. There’s no privacy windows or adequate spacing for lines and this particular CVS has wait seating right next to two of the cash registers. On several occasions coming to this location the person helping me has said my prescriptions out loud for everyone to hear after of course spelling my last name and first name and telling them my date of birth which instantly mortifies me. Do better CVS. This is not ok.
Went here to pick up some Losartan which is generic blood pressure medication and was told by a younger pharmacy tech that it would cost me $152 after insurance. It should only be a few dollars so the people here obviously dont know what theyre doing. The customer service was also below average. This must be why dozens of CVS stores are closing.
They had not filled our prescription. Had to wait while they filled it once we got there. After we called more than twice to make sure it was filled
Patronizing
So happy for my CVS store. At Christmas time, there were a few items I could not find at other stores like Target or Walmart etc..but CVS had my items in stock!!! And...They were on sale so I got them cheaper too! Way to go CVS! :-)
Ordered photos on June 5th and got a confirmation email saying they would be ready by 9am on June 6th. On June 6th I called at 4:30pm to see if my photos were ready since I hadnt received an email saying they were ready for pick up. The store said someone forgot to print them in the morning and they would be ready in an hour. I arrived at the store at 7:30pm to pick up my pictures and the lady said they still werent done and it would be another 45 minutes. I waited and then she charged me for the pictures twice. I had to call customer service to have the store ready to give me a refund because a manager never seems to be in store. Customer service said I could go in anytime and they have my information to refund me. I went into the store and the lady said there needs to be 2 people to do a refund and the second person wont be in for 45 minutes. Dont waste your time or money printing your pictures at CVS. Worst service and experience. I would not recommend CVS at all.
I love the deals at cvs so much,I just wish they carried enough stock so if you cant shop on sun you cant find a lot of there deal because they have none.
Accidently dropped a can walking out the door and the lady at the desk wouldn’t let me exchange or a new one. Terrible customer service
They close early around 8:45 even though it says 10 on the door and website. Don’t go there in evening Walgreens is better and open during the hours they post.
Have been out of stock of common drugs several times. Long waits sometimes at the pharmacy.
Pharmacy staff are super friendly and very helpful. They will go out of their way to work with your doctor and insurance.
Went to the MinuteClinic a few months back, my 30 minute wait was more like an hour. Went in with a migraine and sore throat, after asking about 30 minutes worth of questions she finally examined me and took a strep test. Never did hear back from them on what the results were, nor did they send the info from the visit to my regular doctor as requested. Isnt that sortof malpractice not telling someone the results of their testing they had done?!
I went to your pharmacy today around 10:30. I was greeted by a teq telling me your company doesn’t association with my insurance. I wasn’t sure what that meant for me. So I asked her if she knows who I could go to or how I could Find out. She just again told me they don’t cover medicine there. So I asked her if she could send my prescription to another pharmacy and she told me no she couldn’t do that. The pharmacy would have to call Cvs to get it from them to fill it and walked away from me. I made a phone call and went back up to pharmacy and I ask for a print out of my prescription and the pharmacist answered it was sent electronically so I can’t print it but I can call the pharmacy for you, who would you like it sent to. During that time the teq did her best to not look my direction. So this messege is to you teq with the light brown braided hair with glasses. Your job is to help people feel better. When someone approaches you and asks you questions expecally ones you could find the answers for if you cared enough to try. You need to help them. I was friendly I wasn’t rude I wasn’t asking anything of you that doesn’t fit your job discription. I was hurting sad and confused and I look to doctor and pharmacist for the answer. If this is what your choosing to do, you need to slow down and care about the person standing in front of you because if you talk to people this way they feel like they don’t matter. Without people you would have no prescriptions to fill. Now I’ll end on a positive. thank you to the blonde pharmacist with the pony tail. You listioned to me and helped me, I truly appreciate that.I was very sad at that moment and the way you talk to me made me feel like you were going to take care of me. Cvs is lucky to have you there.
Thank you to the pharmacist, Patrick, who called my doctor to get my prescription on a Friday afternoon before the weekend. I really needed that antibiotic before going into the weekend. Was Afraid it wouldn’t show up via e-scribe because the doctors office was behind. Thank you!
Always friendly helpful staff, at pharmacy & the store!
Says the hours are 7am. Its 7:15 and they are closed. I need my inhaler filed
Insanely slow pharmacy service.
Super long wait!! The time between the doc sending the prescription and them claiming they received it was 1.5 hours. Another 20+ minutes for them to fill it. Poor sick kid in the car. Never had to wait this long at Target CVS!
