Great place to go. The staff is really nice & if they dont know an answer to your question they find a way to get you one. The products are amazing, weve gotten multiple electronics, an entertainment center and now a king size mattress from here. They setup our payments in a way that reasonably works for us & as advertised going thru them helps build or fix your credit (if thats something your interested in).

I am getting really frustrated with my purchase from this company. I was told 10-14 days for delivery of my king bedroom set with mattress and box springs. It’s been 6 weeks. I keep getting told it’s on its way and I had a delivery scheduled for today, and when I called to get an exact delivery time I was told they don’t have it. I feel like I just keep getting the run around and I am not sure I will ever receive this set. I have made 2 payments on this set and about to have to make another. They did bring over the mattress and box spring a couple weeks ago while I’m waiting and I definitely do appreciate that but this is horrible customer service to not get it figured out. Also, nobody ever calls and gives me updates. The only time anyone communicates with me is when I call to find out where my items are. It’s also sad because I have away my old bedroom set based on their 10-14 day promise and now I’m having to live out of laundry baskets because I have nowhere to put my stuff. I’ve also spent hundreds of dollars on new bedding and decor based on this set. I hope this company and the people who work there get this figured out and make it a priority instead of constantly brushing it off. If I didn’t call once a week for an update they would never contact me.

I will say that I have spent alot of money here. and i have had no problems having anything replaced while it is under warranty and Dave and Wes have always worked with me I have no complaints about them, they treat you like you would want to be treated. I will have to say the other staff however gets a little snotty when they talk to you sometimes.... the only problem I do have is that I get a call the day my payment is due, saying I am late.....this I find annoying. if it is the date it is due...then it is not late. secondly I come here because I am hoping to build my credit, but noticed with my last pay off the account was marked as closed on my credit and the very same day my credit went down 4 points.....this saddens me for as much money as i have put into building my credit only for it to go nowhere or go down. I will continue to buy things from here because I do appreciate the way Wes and Dave do things.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They for one, call you the day your payment is due to tell you your payment is due and to ask if you are planning on coming in. Which is absolutely ridiculous. If my payment isn’t due yet, why are you calling me hassling me to get in and pay? There was another time when they drove to my house, which I caught them doing because I drove past them at my house. I’ve never gone through a company where they will physically come to your house and ask why you haven’t paid your bill, when you’re not even late. I highly suggest going else where. Yes, it’s nice they work with people who don’t have great credit, but they treat their customers so unprofessional. Save yourself the money and hassle.

This location has very aggressive billing practices. They actually sent me a fake letter letter threatening to reposses the items that I was purchasing from them after I paid $1800 in advance payments. I was tempted to let them try to explain that to a judge and then counter sue them for harassment and loss wages for my time. Instead I called them and ask them not to contact me until December when my advance payments run out. I also told them not come by home with the pretentious “sorry we missed you” leaflet they leave on my door although they never knock or ring the bell. The manager Dave tried to justify their actions by saying I promised to pay them after the lump sum payment, but I made it clear that I was paying my account up by 6 months when I made the $1800 payment. I blocked all phone calls from their store and will never trust them with my banking information. They even falsy reported my payment as 3 months late after I made the 6 month advance payments which I will be disputing on my credit report. Very shady buisness practices.

Bought a tv from here which was about 2 and a half times more expensive then anywhere else and overall not the quality I was expecting from a Samsung tv but I understand because they allow you to get a credit line started without having credit or if you have bad credit. The biggest issue I have is with them calling before your bill is actually past due and when I discussed this with one of their employees the woman gave the phone to another woman that works there then the second woman was extremely unprofessional and she hung up because i was expressing my frustration towards them for calling me before my payment is past due. I think they have horrible customer service skills and definitely need to be trained on how to conduct business.
