We talked on the phone regarding the scope and set a date. He arrived as scheduled and was patient in answering my questions and concerns about the work. The job was completed quickly and he labeled the cables so they could be identified with the inputs on the TV.I really appreciate that he took time to answer my questions, kept me informed and provided great feedback and guidance regarding the work. Wayne was incredibly professional and his work is as close to perfect as you can ask for. He was originally only supposed to install our TV on the wall but he went above and beyond to help us out with our wire management as well. The outcome can leave a less than to be desired result from the initial expectations. Second, they were incredibly communicative about traffic conditions and precisely when they would arrive. Third, although I had a newer piece of equipment, it was installed seamlessly, with additional recommendations on location and suggestions for using a different piece of equipment than I had in mind (which turned out to look much better). Id recommend Wayne to anyone. He had my 77 TV mounted at the exact height I requested and perfectly centered inside 30 minutes. He brought all his own tools and even cleaned up after he was done drilling. Ill definitely use him again if I ever need something else mounted.

Great experience from beginning to end.I called Wayne to have a TV mounted over my fireplace and HDMI cables run through a smurf tube in my home after not getting a call back from another company and feeling like Best Buy was only trying to upsell me. Wayne picked up my call while he was on vacation and went above and beyond to help with selecting the type of frame and HDMI cables to get.
