My name is C.J. and I am handicapped and am not technically inclined to say the least and I really wanted something that would allow me to watch my apps on an older television in my bedroom so I called Video Only to inquire about Tivos. I spoke with a gentleman named Dar who told me that an Amazon Firestick or Roku was what I was really after and that they didnt sell them there but pointed out where I could procure one. I appreciate not getting the hard sell and recommend doing business with them in the future.

If it had not been for someone else giving me a reason to notice the store, I thought the building was empty and use to be an old VHS video store.WELL, its not empty, mostly and only LED TV, with a wide range of sizes and prices. Do your homework before going in, the variety and # of TV manufacturers, include, Sony, Samsung, Konica, LG, and others. My friend got a 46, Sony, paid about twice what I did for a 43 Konica, 4k Ultra HD, Android TV with built in Chromecast, IR Remote,which with taxes was $275, ($249 before tax).The sound is adequate, not so good on the bass frequencies, but the the TV support surround sound, screen Casting and takes a bit and a while to set up.The TV is light and has a thin side view profile. Color is good, But seems to bleed a little, but that could be due to The antenna TV stations I was watching.I have not used it enough to date to provide any other useful commentary. Free would have been better but $275 final cost wasnt bad for what I got.It replaced a 32 inch Samsung, not so smart, and network and memory finicky, Older Smart TV from 2012 era. Best final detail support wireless and wired mice and keyboards. Second to last better technical detail, the on screen keyboard Konica uses is superior to Samsungs.The remote could stand a design review and up grade in quality of material to improve tactile sense it wasnt going to explode in your hand, being so light and seemingly flimsy.All in all, I wont complain or applaud it any further.

I was headed to the big C for a new 65 TV to upgrade from an older 55. En route, I decided to check out Video Only in Tukwila. I worked with Rick and he gave me a great deal on the TV I was interested in with an extended warranty that I know I couldnt have gotten elsewhere. After setting it up at home that evening, I realized quickly it just wasnt the right TV for me. I called Rick back the next day and he was able to provide in-store credit and another great deal on a different model I knew Id like. I couldnt be happier with the service and the amazing deal they provided. Next time Im in need of a TV, Im going straight to Rick simply because I know hell give a great price and great customer service.

Had placed an order for a receiver at one of the big box stores for same day pick up 3 days later and 3 1.5 hrs phone calls they still could not locate the order nor tell me if I could pick it up immediately. One call to Dewey the very nice store manager here and I had a receiver picked out and purchased. Picked up within 30 minutes. Superb!

Unbeatable prices, no pressure and knowledgable sales team that helps walk through the technology so you can make the best decision! A little old fashioned decor etc., but they need to keep costs low. Seems like a good trade off to me.

I was greeted right away by a gentleman who identified himself as a store manager. I wish I could remember his name because he was very helpful and I typically try to mention folks name when pointing out something good they did.Anyhoo, Store Manager patiently answered all my questions and I was happy with my purchases, especially since someone from the store loaded them in to my truck for me. I feel like I got a good product at a goid price. I asked if the store had any kind of veterans discount and Store Manager said we dont have an official policy, but we like to honor our service members so Ill take fifteen dollars off the TV. Its not a huge amount of money but Store Manager didnt think twice about doing that. So, finally, I would happily recommend Video Only to anyone.

Just like their ads say, if you dont stop into video only youll be sorry! I have bought all my tv s, speakers and amps from VO for over 30 years! I have never found any other store cheeper!

Great store, they recycle of TVs and have a great selection of new models. Prices are good as well. I will probably start here for any future TV purchases. Way faster and they seem more knowledgeable than some other big box stores. I really had a good experience here.

Skip Best Buy and go directly here. These guys know their products and when they cant beat a price you see they will price match. They know their products and are there to help you pick whats right for you without the pressure. I highly recommend Video Only!

We had a very good experience at the Southcenter location on Dec 13. We were really well taken care of by Rick. He made himself available to answer questions, etc., but did not pressure us. We ended up purchasing a new TV there that day once we knew they would price match until Jan 31. Their in store price beat all online prices by alot, so its worth stopping by.

Excellent service. I bought a small TV - too small, as it turned out. No problem returning it and buying one a bit bigger. Everyone was helpful and pleasant throughout.

I will preface this review with the fact that I did not have to deal with any returns, refunds, or out of stock items. That said, I will never purchase another TV without doing side-by-side comparisons and this store is designed just for that.The store is relatively small and does not have much in the way of bells and whistles. There are around 20 brands of TVs with 2-3 sizes/options for each brand on display. There is also a small demo center in the back to listen to a few sound systems. Prices are competitive to most of the online deals that I have seen and the salesperson I talked with was able to shave a bit more off before purchase. I can confirm the environment was very low pressure and my salesperson was very informed and helpful. The thing that surprised me the most was how TVs that had identical specs looked completely different in person. In terms of walking in the store, finding what I wanted, and purchasing it this was an ideal experience.One quick side note: the financing they have available, while convenient, has outrageous interest rates. I would not recommend financing.

A place where you can get some awesome deals, as long as you are skilled and willing to bargain. Just be cautious as the salespeople are agreed and will use tricky/sneaky tactics to up-sale you to the higher priced models. Great strategy is to bring in someone with you not easily swayed by hype, dont be shy to mention you want to check out the local Best Buy or Fryes.

For the most part, weve managed to find what we needed and it didnt cost us an arm and leg. My only problem is? I dont like it when a salesperson tries to pull one over on ya believing that youll fall for their sales pitch. I found that honesty works best. 😉

This was an amazing experience. I started by contacting Magnolia on the phone and got a rather unpleasant person who told me to go ahead and order the 85 inch Sony on line with installation. I had the order all ready when I realized that I would have to drive all the way to Magnolia to pick up the wall mount for the TV.Then I recalled this dumpy building in Tukwila called Video Only. When I found the great ratings on Google, I called the store. A very pleasant man called Mike answered my call. Yes, he could have the TV installed and would take the old one away. Since this store is close to home, I drove to Tukwila. Mike was very helpful and very pleasant. Price was much lower than Magnolia, Amazon, or Crutchfield. He saved me several hundred more dollars telling me that I did not need a wall mount. Delievery and unpacking were very professional with the technicians making sure the TV was working before leaving. The TV has a beautiful picture. I am so happy. Thank you Mike.

I wish I had read the reviews of this store and their practices. You will be SORRY if you go to this store! The upshot is I better hurry and use my STORE CREDIT NOT A REFUND before this company goes out of business/bankrupt OR before the 1 year issue date BECAUSE you then lose your store credit and get nothing. If you happen to be a sucker such as I was be sure you read the receipt before you sign, Actually you should just ask to see a copy of a receipt before you even shop there. They will tell you verbally (lie right to your face) that you can get a refund no problem, what they dont tell you is that it is in the form of a STORE CREDIT. SO you now have to buy from them!. If I were to do all over again...Costco, Best-Buy (at least they tell you there is a re-stocking fee), Frys or Amazon.
