Stopped by and the crew was blowing some glass, they have the entire thing open to view by the public and they were super nice when I asked if I could take some pics, looks like fun work guys keep it up!

These are absolutely gorgeous glasses. My husband and I received two as a wedding gift several years ago. Within a few months, they both cracked, but I wasnt able to contact the company because we were getting ready to move overseas and I ran out of time. I took photos and just contacted the company upon returning to the states. The person who gifted the glasses to us assured us that the company had stellar customer service and after living in a region of the world that does not cater to customers I was looking forward to having the glasses replaced. I sent photos in an email to the customer service contact, and they responded with friendly messages but refused to replace the glasses. I was really disappointed, especially considering they were a special gift from people we care about and what it would cost to replace them. Super disappointed.

I love Glassbaby but why have a store open if you cannot buy anything? Yes, that was my experience. No inventory Literally they had like 12 pieces for sale and 8 were purple. SMH

Swung in here yesterday to pick up the new Seahawk Glassybaby as a gift and one for me. I keep forgetting about this new location so much closer and easier to get to than Madrona and U Village but I do love visiting the Madonna show sine the hot shop is there. Had excellent service yesterday the sales person was helpful but not pushy showed me the ones I was looking for so I could hand pick what was calling me. Sometimes I surprised what people expect from sales people, but mostly impressed what some sales people would do. Have to say I was surprised that a call came in the person calling wanted the the Glassybaby person to run the package out to them, car window service. She actually wouldve done it if she wasnt the only person working that day and explained to the person on the phone very nicely and even went a step further to tell the where a load unload space was so they could run easily to pick up their bag. One thing I really like about this store is it has so much natural lighting. If youre walking down 7th its easy to find right next to a cute florist and gift shop. Rachels Ginger Beer will be its neighbor soon

We went by this glass baby on opening day! My husband and I were in Seattle for our honeymoon and we’re just passing by the store front. At that time, we got to meet Lee Rhodes personally! She was sooo kind and cheerful. Her passion and love filled our hearts with so much joy! We got a candle for ourselves and a friend we love it and we love telling the story of the origin of glass baby!

So you see, I recently purchased $250 dollars worth of merchandise at this store. As I was walking out I slipped on the front porch area and all of my merchandise was destroyed. It seemed as someone had applied lubrication on the front porch.
