Super cute little store. Very friendly, knowledgeable owner. Great selection of shampoos, conditioners, hand soaps, laundry detergent, toothpaste, etc that you can refill in your own jars, borrow a jar or purchase a variety of jar sizes. I love that you can borrow a jar if you dont have one handy and they just ask that you pay it forward by donating a jar back next time. Its awesome to see a shop living their values too, so there is a water dispenser with glass cups rather than plastic, which is a very nice touch. Lets support small businesses that support living more sustainably!Parking was easy and free on a neighborhood side street, Saturday afternoon around 3pm. Bring your jars and they can weigh and subtract from the weight of your items.

You get friendly service and great advice along with the thoughtfully curated products. I love it!

I love this store so much, its truly a gem in West Seattle. The owner is incredibly kind and knowledgable and she makes it easy and not intimidating to shop sustainably. I shop here regularly for refills on everyday things like kitchen/bathroom products, but she has lots of items at every price point to help anyone start shopping (and consuming) more intentionally :)

I love this store!!Ive never felt so in the right place for beauty homesteading in my life.The store owner, Jolene, is an absolute creative genius. She invokes inspiration, and is super helpful with questions and infiltrating ideas.I hope one day she does classes when things get more settled with the current health situation of our state.She had thorough, realistic ideas for making a first aid kit. She even played around with ideas potential body bars.She went out of her way to deliver a soap dispenser, she fixed, to my familys house when it wasnt working seamlessly. I just cant believe how wonderful and genuine she is.There are many interesting, hard to find, products in here, whether you want to make your own beauty and body care products, or bring your containers to fill up, well sourced, natural, quality from bulk, its all here.I cant wait to come back!

Incredibly helpful and I was impressed with the range of good products packed in here. I got witch hazel (and she put a bit of aloe in it for me), a rose geranium hydrosol, and 16 oz sizes of shampoo and conditioner for $70. Pretty sure all that would have been at least 25% more if Id have bought my normal brands, plus it is all plastic free. So glad we have a spot like this on West Seattle Island. Next time Ill also be trying one of the deodorants she offers.

I really appreciate the pickup and delivery service! So easy to use the website for ordering, and not having to head out in public these days is such a relief. Ill hit you up when I run out of the bath supplies, and will expand to dishwashing/laundry supplies when I need those next too!

Such a wonderful store. Lots of helpful advice from the awesome business owner.They have lots of cute jars to buy if you dont have your own and even some miscellaneous used jars if you forgot your containers or have some at home you prefer to use.The scent samples/testers are helpful and the selection/variety is awesome.This was my first visit and I left with over a half dozen small amounts of various products to try out before deciding what to come back and get in bigger amounts.I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

The service here is one of a kind! The owner of the shop has a plethora of knowledge to share! I personally drive from the other side of Seattle in order to use the bulk refill services. There are so many refill options that you cant find anywhere else. The owner will even refill your containers for you! There are also tons of zero waste options to support your home. I have purchased the liquid dish soap, the dishwasher powder, pink grapefruit shampoo & body wash, peppermint shampoo & body wash, jojoba oil, citrus acid, and acne face wash. I cant wait until I finish other house products so I can switch over to the refillable options from this shop. Such a cute store to check out in West Seattle.

Ive been here a few times, and this place has been consistently great! High quality products, good prices, and great/knowledgeable service. I personally enjoy the shampoos and conditioners, which I’ve been using for months. Don’t forget to bring your reusable bottles :)

We purchased 2 of the triple insulated stainless steel food containers. I love these! We used it to bring a hot lunch on the airline and it was just the best! I am a hardy eater and the small one was perfect. Our kids liked it so much we gave them the large one.We purchased the cheese storage bags as well which work so much nicer than using plastic. If everything in the shop are as good quality as these items the store is sure to be a hit! We will be purchasing more items for sure.

I love this place and the goods they offer. Jolene, the owner, is wonderfully friendly and really knowledgeable about all the products she carries in her beautifully displayed shop. I appreciate that she has all kinds of products to fill in either your own container or nice quality containers for purchase. She also has a great variety of items that would be wonderful as gifts for others.

Jolene is so knowledgeable and friendly and I am always amazed at the incredible selection that is so carefully curated for this wonderful store. The display is strikingly beautiful and there are new products every time I walk in. There are a few specific items that I come here for because I cannot find them anywhere else, and it always worth the trip!

I stopped by a few weeks ago for bulk shampoo and body lotion. The quality is great and I was pleasantly surprised by the price too - several buck less than I would have expected to pay for comparable pre-bottled products. Ill be back to branch out!

We have gone in three times now to refill our soaps and have loved our experience each time! The quality, the value and the reuse of our plastic containers is an all around win. Highly recommend! Plus, Jolene is rad.
