Perry and his crew are honest and fair, with a great (albeit dry) sense of humor. The bulk of his shop is full of high end guitars, jewelry, camera equipment, pocket knives, and firearms (he is the last FFL in the city, and a great one at that). Really appreciated the hour or so I spent in the store with you and your team while you all helped with my situation.

Bought an acoustic guitar here. The price was typical for a pawn shop (slightly more expensive than what you would expect). The employee was very friendly and accommodating though.A nice locally owned store in the heart of downtown. These places are disappearing and I like being able to support them. You should check it out.

Nothing but great experiences buying guns and pocket knives. Have found so many killer deals on knives I have started buying them for cheap, sharpening and adjusting the pivot, get it back to new and gift them to friends! Go dig around for a multitool and/or knife!!remember leatherman, Benchmade And Gerber Have amazing warranty services so don’t be afraid to buy used!!!Been shopping here for 11 years and have loved every trip, even if it’s just to swing by and grab another box of ammo or a mag, just good to see them and support an awesome local business.Edit: moved out of downtown Seattle, I can honestly say this store is the only thing I miss. Done a fair amount of business with this company.I feel responsible to let others know that the owner of this business broke the confidentiality clause in the pawn agreement that he gives out when you do business with him.Even though I was never under any suspicion for any wrong doing, someone was able to call him on the phone and he told that person all kinds of information about what items I had in pawn and for how much and dates.As I said, he did this even though I was never accused of anything wrong (someone in my family who controls some money that was left to me) they called him and just over the phone he decided to release a lot of information about my belongings, and all kinds of things I believed were confidential (because of the contract)..Didnt want to divulge more about my personal business, but I think its important that I leave a review sharing this to let others know

After trips to 3 other places, I found this shop by chance. Not only was I given FAR more than the others for my jewelry, I was in and out in just a few minutes when picking it up. Top of the line.

Customer service is in the toilet. First impressions are everything, while I was inquiring about items. The guy with the matching tattoos on his forearms simply walked away on me. Gave me one minute of time and done. I asked for help twice again, before he shot me dirty looks and came over to me with a bad attitude. Shouldnt have bought anything, never will again.

This pawn shop is poor. They like to rip people off especially if you live downtown​. Thats why they have so much junk in their pawn shop. They cant give you a decent price for your items but they sure will sell it for way too much. Although they tell you the opposite. Very very poor business.

Wouldnt even bother to see what kind of computer I was selling...

This appears to be a front for other activities. They never loan money. Nobody shops there as it is on a very shady corner. Union gospel mission right across the street. Unless you like slumming my advice is stay away.

Popped into this pawn shop looking for a cheap acoustic guitar, found my new baby for $200. Friendly staff, good selection, they even threw in a little gig bag.

Great no nonsense shop.

Went there, tried to buy a firearm. Pinky ring guy is a moron. The other dude is dressed like he works for Barnum and Baileys. IDK who was the ring leader, but they aint brothers.

Several years ago, I had a home burglary so extreme that it got covered on KOMO News. Everything of value was stripped from my house, and it took me months to clean up the destruction and mess.While all other pawn shops I spoke with were eager to help ensure that they were not unknowingly selling items stolen from my home (and one other pawn shop even identified stolen goods brought to their store, IDing one of my burglars, which led to her prosecution), Palaces observed behavior towards me was hostile, belligerent, and uncooperative.When I asked if I could e-mail them a list of easily identifiable stolen items, and asked if I could discuss whether any of these items may have been provided to their store -- they unconditionally refused to do either. They actually claimed that they did not do e-mail, despite staff sitting in front of an internet connected computer in their store, and an e-mail address clearly listed on their website.This is extremely poor customer service behavior and reflects poorly on their integrity.

I called ahead of time to avoid going for nothing the man understood everything on the phone looked at my item he said eBay he found it on eBay he seen it told me how much you give me I got down there he lied and said he never spoke with me the guy that I spoke to supposedly was out to lunch they were very rude mean and wrong totally Trump supporters

If it was possible I would rate palace jewelry and loan zero stars because I once brought in an I pod touch that I had purchased from this place that had completely stopped working and when attempting to if not be provided a refund for the I pod touch that I had purchased from this place that had completely stopped working at the very least receive a swap for a fully functional similar I pod touch of equal value and as a result was shown the most rudest, unprofessional, hostile, infantile, and juvenile treatment from the owner of throwing the I pod touch that I had purchased from this place in a garbage can in the most rudest, unprofessional, hostile, infantile, and juvenile manner and would never ever recommend anyone doing any business whatsoever with palace jewelry and loans
