Well, I’ve been in the wrong Peloton position for over a year and the ladies at the Peloton store were so helpful in getting time fitted. They were so kind and lovely!
The staff I chatted with was not helpful. He was rushing things even they had no one in the store. He made an error spelling my email address and costed me 4 phone calls to customer service trying to figure out how to add the purchases to my account. If you can’t fulfill the only job you are meant to do (helping customers learn about your product), and if you have no patience to turn the iPad to me so I could double check my order - you definitely deserve a one star. I end up re-doing everything online. Peloton store, you are useless!

They have nice fitness equipment but they are not honest and can’t keep up with the promises.About thanksgiving we went there and ordered our treadmill and it was supposed to get delivered by January 8th. Before we go to the store, I read a lot of reviews here about they are postponing deliveries just a day or two before scheduled delivery. So I mentioned this issue to salesman and he assured us this is unlikely to happen. Well, this actually happened to us, after waiting for a month and a half, we got an email saying delivery is rescheduled for sometime later in February! I decided to write a review here for them and surprisingly I saw they somehow deleted all those bad reviews regarding deliveries getting postponed!!! Be ready to pay for a pricy equipment on day one without getting it for several months.
