Dan is such a hard worker. We had him do our sports court. It turned out beautiful. He did everything he said he would do and some. He removed old hoops and installed new ones. Took away all the old equipment and cement. Thank you Dan.

This man is a complete liar and absolute FRAUD!!!!!!! HAS NO INTEGRITY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. HE IS NOTHING BUT A LOW BUDGET GROUPIE. GET A BACKGROUND CHECK HE HAS FRAUD ALL ON HIS RECORD. Not to mention me hearing him say racial slurs towards the African American culture. Absolutely disgraceful. Black lives do matter sir!!!!!! Dan went above and beyond to get my hoop and court lines set up. Especially dealing with the UPS failures and re-ordering an entire new backboard.

Dan and his company are well worth the wait, he may sometimes be a bit late, but he always calls, and when he arrives, he makes you feel like your job is the only one he has, he takes his time and answers all your questions, he pays close attention to every detail of the machine hes working on for you. He really goes the extra mile for his customers, which is hard to find these days, plus he is extremely good at what he does, Im a customer for life Dan, and will bring you more clients, ( Ones that actually pay without you having to track them down ) lol,

Cannot recommend this company. He sold a piece of equipment to a woman who experiences autism on 7/5/2016. The exercise bike was not in working or useable order when he delivered it...as he didnt have the parts required to even make it useable. He has not responded to requests for refund ($500) and has not scheduled time to make equipment useable despite multiple requests. Now is not even responding to communication.Claims he sent an email offering refund after I posted this review. Did not. Nor has he arranged refund or to make the equipment usable. Now (8/28/2016 at 9:22pm) has finally sent an mail refusing to refund or make equipment useable.

Update: Dan said hed be here the evening of the 29th. He finally texted at 9 and said that he was on his way. Long story short I waited up until 2am he never showed and wouldnt respond to text or calls. On the morning of the 30th he said he was on his way and would be there around 9:45am. He finally arrived at 10am gave cash and took the bike.This was a bad experience that could have been avoided if Dan would have remained in contact. He was rude, aggressive, cussed at me and threatened to not give a refund if our reviews were not taken down. After all of that I can not in good conscience take the reviews down.Believe the bad reviews and you will save yourself a lot of money, time and heart ache.We helped facilitate the purchase of a precor recumbent bike for our friend and room-mate who experiences autism. She paid $500 for the bike.Dan delivered the bike July5, 2016 put it together and then realized the main component that makes the bike work wasnt working properly. He took that part and said hed return with a new part later that day. He did not return. We then made arrangements for him to come a different day. He never showed and wouldnt return calls, texts or emails. Finally the next week he came at 9pm and supposedly was trying to fix the component. At 10:30pm he left with the non-working component... We have been trying to get this resolved ever since.It has been close to two months and he will not fix the problem or give a refund. He says hes coming and never shows. He has one excuse after another as to why he cant get here... We gave him a final chance with a weeks notice that wed be taking further action. We wrote that email on the 18th of August and gave a deadline of the 25th. He did not respond, so on the 26th our friends legal guardian started writing reviews explaining what we have experienced with Mr Hanes and his business. That got a response. He told us he was coming to Portland but would not be stopping here because of the crap reviews. He takes them off of his facebook page but he cant take them off of other review sites. I responded to that email saying that we are very disappointed that he wont take care of the issue and that we plan to file a suit in small claims. His response, go ahead and do whatever. Then stated that if we took down the bad reviews hed give a refund. I wrote and told him that I would not remove anything until our friend who is a vulnerable adult received a full refund. I also made two calls to him during this exchange that he wouldnt answer. This morning I texted him to ask when we could expect him and then tried to call. While I was calling he said he wouldnt be here until maybe sometime this evening, because his car wont start... Unfortunately weve heard this before and realize that we need to start the process of all the legal actions that we can on our friends behalf.Please take our review and the other reviews to heart. This is not the first time he has done this same type of thing to someone. We will continue to put pressure on Mr Hanes in hopes that he will indeed do the right thing and refund our friend her money or make the equipment usable.

It has been 3 months and I have not received a call back, email or a message back from Hanes Logistics. I have paid for parts and have received nothing at this time. I will update when I get a response.

This business is a complete rip off. We made an appointment with him and he never showed up. After numerous calls he called back and rescheduled. The day he was to show up he was 45 minutes late because he had to wait for his MOTHER to drive him. He moved a piece of equipment for us and ruined our spiral staircase by completely scratching it all the way down during the move. He said he would pay to repair it (which was more than his bill) but instead months later he sent someone to our door with a threat to send us to collections if we didnt pay him. You would have to be an idiot to ever use his company for anything!
