Scheduled a flu shot. Got there 10 minutes early. Waiting in line till 10 minutes after my scheduled time. When I finally talked to someone, she said: Youll have to wait 15 minutes. When I said I had an appointment, she said: Youre lucky, it was an hour late yesterday. A very compelling rebuttal! (And I took the 15 minutes with a grain of salt).If they dont have staff to do flu or COVID vaccinations, I got it; then dont make them available with a website. If its first come, first serve, also fine.I ended up going to the Polyclinic which was both faster and far more civil.

I use this Walgreens because it is very convenient. I fill all my prescriptions here. Many of the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the pharmacy is chaotic. Today, I again encountered this chaos. I scheduled a vaccination on-line. I filled in all the forms and provided my insurance information. When I arrived at the appointment, the pharmacy had me on the schedule but did not have any of the information I provided on line. Mistakes happen. A sincere apology would have been appropriate. When it was not forthcoming, I prompted the staff person. She responded to the prompt and apologized. But the encounter is not over. After my vaccination, I purchased a few items. I receive digital receipts. This is a bad idea. When I came home and looked at the email of the receipt, I saw I was overcharged. Instead of receiving the advertised sale price, I was charged the full price. So, two lessons. First, do not assume that the pharmacy will have access to any information provided on line. Second, ask for a printed receipt and check it.

Awful. If your looking to pickup your refills- do it ANYWHERE else. Whether its them locking up at 5:45 or the pharmacist excusing himself for two hours at a time, they will make you wait.& wait,& wait some more.Not only are they consistently “short-staffed” but the employees could not be more rude or just plain apathetic. I work service, so it pains me to write this, but honestly this Walgreens Pharmacy has let me down five months in a row. Definitely switching to ANYWHERE ELSE, highly recommend you do the same. Btw, they will use your outdated insurance without telling you, costing even more $$ and frustration.*you have been warned*

Was turned away for COVID-19 Vaccination because of their lunch hour approach.Thanks a lot! You should post your signs so people dont waste their time. Should I have any reactions, highly unlikely the pharmacist would be able to do anything except monitor the situation.Terrible.

Not sure why I even tried their photo department.Ordered 2 prints two days ago. Went in to pick it up when I got the email saying it was finished. They hadn’t even started it and said it would take an hour. No problem, we agreed I would pick it up the next day.The next day I go in and they are searching everywhere for the prints (very messy and unorganized). They found them in the footwell of the printer, just sitting having fallen from the printer. Scratches. No care at all. Would take another day to finish.Ill give them credit: I asked for a refund and should be getting one. Wouldn’t be surprised if they messed that up too though.

We auto msg, phone-in person new or refills prescriptions in advance, OFTEN the prescriptions are not available or ready. A few pharmacy techs who work there are LIMITED-English speaking & w/ a low voice you cannot hear them clearly which worsens the situation when the correct prescriptions arent filled! To top off, when you call in advance to arrange an auto-refill for an ongoing prescription, they most likely will NOT auto-refill and get confused with the other prescriptions & put temporary prescriptions on auto-refill or may refill old prescriptions that are out-dated. You must check all your prescriptions when picking up thru drive-thru cause they dont announce what prescriptions youre picking up either. You have to name your prescription even if an advance refill or was pre-ordered cause they may give you something else. This in an ongoing hit/miss with them. Simply put, very unorganized! Makes one wonder if they have they educational background required to work at this pharmacy.

The pharmacy is run by a prejudice Asian gang. The pharmacist is the leader. I asked if they had something the lady googled it and said what google recommended, but you work in a pharmacy? She said it would be on aisle ten. I asked for the pharmacy because she seemed unsure, and he seemed real disgruntled from the beginning. He said aisle 13 maybe. He also wasn’t sure, so I asked him if he knows for sure or not. Then he said they don’t carry it and other customers asked for the same item before. While having a screaming match outside of the pharmacy while his Asian gang(workers) laughed and giggled the whole time from behind the glass.

I use this Walgreens because of its location is convenient. Many of the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is especially true of those working the registers. I primarily use the pharmacy. Here too there are some nice, helpful people. However, in general, I am less than completely satisfied with the pharmacy. Here are the issues: 1. If it is necessary to contact my physician for a refill, there is invariably a delay. Sometimes, this is at the physicians end but sometimes at the pharmacys end. 2. The lines can be long and the time required to service a single customer seems inordinate. 3. On occasion, the staff struggles to find the prescription it has filled. 4. On occasion I will receive a notice that a prescription is due for refill. I will direct for it be refilled. When I come to pick it up, it is not prepared. 5. Everyone makes mistakes and no organization provides perfect service. An occasional apology would be appropriate. It is very unusual for anyone to say, we apologize for inconveniencing you.

Went here to get some medical Supplies for my mother...every time this particular young lady(light skinned, medium/short brown curly hair) at checkout is there; she always has an attitude like she doesnt want to work there or has personal issues she dealing with and doesnt leave it at home...what happened to capital customer service. I thought it was an isolated incident but my mother had a similar issue and she mentioned the same young lady got into it with other customers she witnessed some time ago. Just far warning just in case you visit and not get a warm reception from this clerk. Other than her lack of customer service skills, the store and rest of staff does a great job.

The Walgreens staff at this location is incredibly friendly. I have to give a lower rating to try to get the attention of the pharmacy. Wait times inside and at the drive through are outrageous. I just got in line behind three cars. 25 minutes later, I am still waiting. Finally pull up only to find that they dont keep my prescription in stock so I have to do this all over again tomorrow. It will be the same long wait all over again tomorrow. This is typical for this location and it is frustrating. They either need more staff or a more efficient system for processing orders.

Fine if you are just getting a prescription refill (I recommend the drive through window) but if you need actual advice from a pharmacist, I dont recommend it. I had a new prescription and the pharmacist was no help and kept filling other prescriptions while I tried to talk to him. He was distracted and unhelpful and after 5 minutes of me standing there and him doing other tasks rather than communicate with me I left and figured Id just google how to take a new med that could interact weird with my other meds. Thanks for nothing.

I went today and tried using my walgreen coupon and lady on cashier was very rude to me. She said in the air that i dont know why they have coupons to make our life difficult. That was very frustrating to see that women behavior. I felt like she was giving something to me from her own pocket. I am guessing she ws store manager. I will never visit this walgreen ever again.

Hating the automated answering system. Currently on interminable hold for over 11 minutes without hearing a human voice, Im listening to ads and elevator music and missing the days when real people answered the phone to answer quick questions. Shall I give up?

They told me about an hour. I came back 90 minutes later, and they had done nothing. I’m told 5-10 more minutes. It’s been almost 20. The girls are laughing behind the counter as if there’s some big joke, and clearly offended another customer. Very unprofessional. Don’t use this pharmacy!

The pharmacy department dispensed 2 different versions of the same medication to my husband on the same day. He was not made aware of the change in his medication at the time of pick-up. When we spoke with the pharmacist, Amy, about this after the fact, she agreed that they simply filled out the new prescription that his doctor had sent in, but since his previous prescription had not expired, they continued to fill that one as well. She said it was auto generated by their computer system. It was only after we had notified her of this discrepancy that she decided to reach out to the doctor to confirm the prescriptions. As professionals, we trusted that they were doing their due diligence to double check and confirm with the doctors as required if 2 different versions of the same medication were prescribed at the same time. That doesnt seem to be the case. This has cost us $40. Please be sure that you check and re-check that you are getting the correct medication every time.

Ok so after my 9th time of going there I am leaving a review because all 9 times the pharmacy is awesome I got my prescription filled in under 15 minutes and they were really nice even when I used my good Rx coupon....I could have gone to Costco and saved 20$ but they are grouchy snails in comparison

This store is a joke. There system on how to do things suck and the employees are lazy and give a terrible look. Except for one lady who always seems to be joyful I wish I had her name. The lines are aaalllwwayyss so backed up and there is no urgency to speed up but remain at a slow careless lazy pace. Oh yeah and dont ever buy there fruit thats a huge no no

If you want a prescription filled plan to wait a hour or more. Too few employees, disorganized and often rude. I called ahead and they told me I would have to come in and ask in person to get prescription filled. Money over people of course.
