This is for an online purchase, and I acknowledge that it is my fault, but just f@&$ this guysI bought several items from Rapha.cc, a few thousand work of items! The bibs were size L, fit perfectly (like almost every other brand). The jackets (I bought 3, heavy coat, rain, etc) were size XL (I’m 47 so just got a little thicker on the top!) and they fit gigantic. Not big, like I can put a basketball in my belly and still zip them up.So you know Covid, yada, yada, yada, me and my wife had a baby (he won’t be using Rapha when he grows up!), and that I checked out as a guest so I had a hard time figuring out how to start a return (had to contact them to get things done). I was a few days late outside the return window. So my fault. I get it.I asked for help, clothes are in their original bags, with tags, unused. Just needed to trade. If they are cheaper now, give me the lesser trade value. I get it.No help. Just, Adios amigo!Sad because I like the brand, but now my little one and I will have to find another company. One a little bit more human.
The Rapha Celebrating Womens 100K was great!
Lovely location and they serve coffee! Like a fantastic cycling stop at a Cafe 💜. Limited selection as boutique stores feature and have a bunch of knick knacks you also see online
Excellent service. Helped me find what I was looking for. Friendly. The clerk didn’t blink when I handed her a garment I wanted to purchase. She wasn’t the cashier but just took me right where I needed to go.
Excellent customer service and product. clean and organized storeRapha is all about the details when providing an exceptional experiencecheers!
Pleasant people and great service
Great cycling apparel and some of the best espresso coffee in Seattle. As a cafe there isn’t many food options, but the vibe is more a cycling club. Staff and club members are very friendly.
Made my first time visit today. Was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and willingness to help me find the products I was looking for. Being 6’8 220lb...I don’t have the easiest time finding cycling clothing and 30 minutes after being in the store, I left with WAY more gear then I had intended to buy, thanks again...to the customer service. I believe her name was Laura, or Lauren who helped me and she was top notch. As others have said, I’ve gotten used to the weird snootiness in the sport and it was refreshing not to deal with it today. Store was clean, organized, and truly just an overall great vibe. I’ll be back every time I’m in the city.
Great clubhouse! Good place to go when what you need isnt online 😁
10 min browsing - thanks for the reminder, it’s 20 min on sign - at least be consistent if want to be an arrogant store
Today was my first time at Rapha Seattle, and I gotta say it is a very cool place! Paul as part of the staff, he was very helpful since the first second I went in; he makes you feel welcomed and you do not get the feeling of someone whos just trying to make a sale, he also gave me a good explanation of the different gear available at the store, and they have a good selection. The Rapha staff even offered me to come to their organized rides and gave a complementary Rapha cafe latte before I left the premises :) Looking forward to try my new gear and I will definitely be back to the store soon. THANKS!! ~ Jorge
Predominantly a bougie bicycle shop that happens to also be integrated with a coffee shop. They serve the usual espresso drinks you are familiar with, but they do it well.
Uffda, that’s a rad shop! Staff was on point, super friendly and even offered me a coffee. They showed me around the store and pointed out some killer sale stuff. Rapha gear is definitely top-notch, so bring some dough and prepare to find exactly what you want! Oh, and the bikes are sick too!
Fantastic customer service!!! The Rapha style of service is amazing. I recently made a trip to Japan brought home a Jersey for my husband (wrong size). Osaka and Seattle Rapha worked together to send a exchange in the right size. They really went above and beyond to help me get the right size and save my bacon!!! Thanks Rapha Seattle and Rapha Osaka!!
Part bike clothing and accessory store, part coffee shop, part cycling clubhouse, much like other Rapha stores. Super helpful and friendly crew. Pro tip, Rapha members can rent super high end road bikes for $20 a day.
Let’s be honest, most high end bicycle shops tend to lean towards the elite/arrogant side when it comes to customer service. Think Portland brunch scene circa 2002. Rapha on the other hand, is the exact opposite, in my opinion. All the employees have been so kind and helpful! They’ve never shamed me for not knowing how to pronounce gilet, or asking what the difference between product lines are. They even laugh at my jokes sometimes, and if you know me, I’m not very funny. I highly recommend Rapha’s clothes, coffee, and hang out destination. I’m thankful this place exists!
Rapha is the pinnacle of cycling, both in apparel and in riding adventures. Their service matches the quality of their goods and while the price tag may be higher than expected you cannot beat the comfort and performance of wearing their product. Plus lets be real, it looks cool!
Love this place! Great coffee and treats. Amazing guided bike rides around Seattle. Rapha makes timeless cycling apparel for the disconcerting rider. $$$
You certainly dont have to be an avid cyclist to benefit from the great coffee and friendly service. Ive been here many times as both a rider wanting to talk all things cycling as well as someone just wanting a decent coffee.Everyone is warmly welcomed whether they are looking for high end cycling kit, a cortado or to borrow a pump for their daily commuter.Ive ridden a Saturday group ride with them and was very pleased to find everyone friendly, nobody was left behind and whilst the pace was solid nobody had an ego indicating delusions of grandeur.A first class experience on all counts.
Best cycling apparel there is. Great staff. Great location.
Love visiting Rapha when Im in Seattle. The staff is awesome and the selection is pretty stocked. Its also got a really good vibe.
A very polished, clean, and professional location. Perfect place to stop for a mid-ride snack and coffee. The team that mans this shop is top notch in knowledge of the product and the bike-hire service provided to RCC members is great. Would recommend visiting this location if for nothing other than to buy yourself a cup of coffee and soak in what a shop that goes all-in on the cycling lifestyle looks like.
The folks at Rapha in Seattle were very helpful in picking out riding gear, in particular hi visibility gear for my wife. Thanks Rapha!
Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I had an issue with a jacket and they exchanged it no questions asked. Ive been in a couple times and staff is always very friendly.
So I don’t ride BUT I do drink coffee 😃This place has great coffee and small bites to eat. Awesome spot to get work done. Friendly staff!
Staff are real passionated and the café is great. I felt there could be more items available. I love their products.
Fun place to hang out and browse the latest stuff from Rapha. Excellent coffee too
Beautiful cycling kit, good location. Parking was reasonable the evening of our visit.
Excellent staff. Super friendly and clean. Good coffee!
I guess Bauhaus Coffee has been replaced by a shop that sells $350 cycling jerseys. Consider buying a jersey at REI for $50, then using the extra $300 to buy food for someone living in a tent under any Seattle bridge.
The best cycling club! Super friendly staff, great bikes for rent - super happy!
Difficult to find full kit, only to discover graphics on shorts are cracked and peeling off. Fresh out of package unused. Return to store no replacements available, and graphics on remaining 2 xxs, xs are also failing. For $150 I expect better quality.😤
Great staff, incredible coffee, fun environment if you like bikes and racing!
The bike shop has the finest gear around. If I could afford it, I would would buy an assortment of their items.
This is a great spot for cyclists to grab a quick bite, some coffee and check out some nice cycling gear from Rapha.
Amazing service by Sean! Always a very welcoming experience!
Neat place! Loved the retro Colombian racing attire.
Its not a bike shop, its a bike-themed shop. If you walk in with a flat tire you are out of luck. Its like a clothes shop thats decorated like a bike shop. Giving this one star for people who expect this to be an actual bike shop.
Good place to grab a coffee and hang out if you love bikes!
Great place for bicyclist . Hope to go on their Saturday rides
Relaxed atmosphere, good bike racing on tv, friendly staff
Awesome environment, great people, quality clothing, excellent coffee, and valuable club membership.
Very nice people. Thank you guys for help.
Friendly staff, friendly customers, great coffee.
I was in town for a family event at Woodenville this past weekend and have been wanting to visit Rapha Seattle since it opened earlier this year. Having visited the Rapha Boston pop-up store last month, it wetted my appetite to visit a full store. After a missed turn on my vehicle GPS the store was otherwise easy to find. Its on the east side of I5 outside of the downtown core. The corner store is big, spacious and tastefully done with a coffee counter in the middle. Merchandise was well organized and displayed. Derrick the Assist. Manager was helpful and answered all our questions. The store has a good size washroom, my only initial feedback is that I wished it had another change room. My wife and I shared, but if was busy, I am sure having one change room would be an issue. I really liked the store and will now plan to visit it every time when I am back in Seattle and look forward to joining Rapha Seattle RCC. Thanks Rapha Seattle!Update April 1, 2018. I spent about 2.5 hours over two days over the Easter weekend shopping at Rapha. I always love the quality and design of their clothes/kits. Spending that much time requires customer service, product knowledge and patience. All strongly displayed by Sean Diaz on this recent visit. Thanks again Sean. TheWiseConsumer.
Great service, if you are a cyclist Im sure you know about Rapha. Nothing to add...
