Friendly and knowledgeable. The employees here really try to help. They dont just upsell and move on. They take their time to help you figure out what best fits you. This Verizon has earned my patronage even though I dont really live in West Seattle any longer.

Gary was extremely honest and helpful. I watched him go out of his way and compassionately help a handful of customers along with me simultaneously.

Just called to ask about their plans and service since the Verizon 800 wait time is so long and the only thing the person who answered the phone was interested in was getting my first and last name.

Sophie helped me out with a new phone purchase and she made sure I was completely satisfied with my new phone transfer before leaving.

I had a major problem with my phone while on a trip out of country. It required going back to factory default to fix, but Id lose all my pics and contacts. They werent able to help over the phone, so I shut off my phone until I got home. Trish worked on my phone for over an hour in the store, and was able to save my pics and contact list. Going back to factory default saved the phone. I am so impressed with her technical skills, her patience and her good-humored, helpful demeanor. I watched several interactions with other customers while I waited. She handled even the difficult customers with tact and aplomb. Very impressed!

Once again the wonderful guys at Sound Advise were there to help. I heard about this store about 3 years ago and wouldnt go anywhere for help with Verizon phones, plans, accessories or insurance plans. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.The launch of the new iPhone 6 was just announced and I have been waiting almost a year to upgrade my phone. I knew I could call them to get a per-order done as soon as they can place it on Friday. They were wonderful and will call and let me know when I might get the phone. I know in the mean time they will find out all about the set up so they will be able to answer and of my questions. If you need help on any phone or plans they are the ones to talk to. They get 5 stars in my book any day.

Worst customer service I ever had. I called before to verify that they are open and can help me, the guy was trying to get me to call 1-800 number after I told him I did already and I needed to go into a store if possible, which eventually he said sure, you can stop by. When I arrived the door was locked, he saw me standing outside and it was about 5 min until he let me in and then he said I have a customer, I will deal with you when Im done with her worst customer service ever.

Not Impressed. My wife and I went into this store this month to inquire about combining our cell phone plans and upgrading our phones. The representative was not very helpful or informative. We left without purchasing anything. We will go to another store to adjust our plan and upgrade our phones.

Made it very clear they were only concerned with their commission, stick to an actual Verizon retail store

The gentlemen that helped me was named Gary and extremely helpful but more importantly very informative when getting me a phone that fit my needs and wants along with my service plan. He didnt once try pushing any marketing sales or items I did not come in the store and ask for. I didnt feel pushed into a corner to pay out the ying yang for things that only benefit his commission like most cell phone store workers do to people.

I wanted a new phone, they would have to order it. I went somewhere else that had it in stock. I love West Seattle, but flowing with the times is a good thing too, especially for a cell phone store.

I really like having a local shop to help with my Verizon account. They have been in West Seattle for a long time. Ask for Gary! He takes the time to understand my problems and explain the answers to me sometimes more than once.

I dont like going into cell phone places because they are usually bright, annoying and uncomfortable. But this place had some chairs, natural light coming in, cool music and the guy was not pressuring me

This place is my go to for all my Verizon needs. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Gary has gone the extra extra mile on more then one occasion to help me get my cell phones in order.

I went into the retailer in West Seattle and there was 1 person working in the store. After waiting about 10 minutes I decided to leave after never being acknowledged by the clerk. He did not say Ill be right with you or anything after 10 minutes. This clerk needs some training.
