Chris was extremely helpful on the phone and located the car battery for my car. The installation tech was friendly and obviously knowledgeable and competent. It all took less than a half hour. Update: they made it right and gave me a new battery.I bought two cr2016 batteries one battery would not work when I installed it. So I tested it with a battery tester and found it was dead. I took it back and the man there swapped it for one he had in his inventory (maybe for replacing watch batteries). I get home only to find that this one was also dead. I am very disappointed. I have never had this problem before with batteries. Now I have to make another trip there and hopefully they will still replace or refund my money.

Ive been here a few times to get batteries for some vintage 6v dirt bikes, and theyve had them in stock and have been very helpful. The last time I went in, I was looking for a replacement bulb for an after-market tail light. It ended up being so unusual that I ultimately had to get it directly from the manufacturer. However, the guy behind the counter (long hair, geometric sleeve tattoo) was a wealth of knowledge about it. Clearly has a genuine interest in his work, and provided exceptional customer service. Much appreciated.

I had a watch back I could not remove myself because it being on soooo tight. The gentleman who waited on me was able to remove it after several tries. He told me that if he couldnt do it he had a recommendation as to where to take it. Luckily he was able to finally get it off and saved me an hour of drive time in going some place else

STAY AWAY from these guys for watch battery replacement. They somehow managed to trash the gasket, burn the coil out AND break one of the battery contacts as they were fumbling around. I wound up taking the watch to an actual watch repair shop. The guy there told me I wasnt the first person to come in with a watch that they had broken.

Joseph and Nolen were SO HELPFUL. I have a European phone (Realme 6), and the screen had shattered terribly. Despite not having the glass screen in stock anywhere (due to this being a foreign phone) they told me how to find and order the part I needed. I brought it to them and despite never having fixed this kind of phone before, they were confident and fixed the screen perfectly! I dont think anywhere else in town would have been able to go so far out of their way to fix my phone. I had only had it for about four months, so I was extremely thankful they did all they could to fix it! Best service Ive had!

Ordered a new battery for my riding lawnmower online in the evening. Picked it up the next day. It was in-stock at a reasonable price. Came to pick it up at this Northgate location. A young man named Braden (Brayden??) promptly asked if he could help me. He knew my order before I could spit it out. He then offered to carry the battery out to my car for me... which was EXTREMELY nice. The battery wasnt heavy, but I walk using a cane, so it wouldve been a bit awkward & a hassle to carry back to my car behind the building. The whole process was easy, quick, and made better by great customer service. Will definitely look to Batteries Plus Bulbs for my needs next time before looking to Amazon. Good customer service makes ALL the difference!👍

Professional and outstanding customer service! I went in because I thought my car required a new battery. After a full set of diagnostics, I was told I simply needed to go on longer drives to recharge the battery. I really appreciated the thorough and honest customer service!

Staff was very pleasant, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt they went the extra step and, without prompting, installed my phone battery for me. A task I did not want to do myself. They also were very reasonably priced and even will replace a car battery!

Great customer service very helpful with a difficult battery install

I love the service and the people at this store. Todays experience included them not doing work that was authorized because it really wasnt needed! They saved me about $100.Whenever someone comes in they are warmly greeted and yet the attention doesnt stray from the customers who are already being helped. A delicate balance.In two instances they have helped me find really hard-to-find batteries for old technology I wasnt ready to give up on.

They didnt have the exact thing I needed but they helped find something that could work. Customer service was definitely 10 out of 10. Very helpful sales staff.

My iPhone was completely broke. Austin was very helpful when helping me replacing the screen of my iPhone and let me transfer the data out successfully. After I got my data out, they took the screen back and only charged the labour fee during the whole fix. This is definitely the best experience of fixing a phone ever!

The folks at the location I visited were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help with a screen repair that turned out to be more complicated than expected, and did their best to assist me with the fix over the period of a few months.

Based off of one visit. Staff was attentive, and helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. Couldnt find exactly what I was working for, because of a new law on incandescent bulbs in Wa St, but I also would have never known that without coming here.

This store always has whatever you need, and the customer service is consistently excellent. You can tell its the kind of business where employees are well trained and given autonomy and freedom to troubleshoot your problems make their own decisions. Im moving away from the area soon and I actually feel a little sad I wont be able to visit this store anymore.

Dropped off battery pack for my dirtbike, I was told 1 week to build new one with my harness. Three weeks later nobody could ever give me a good reason why its not done. Week 4 finally had a guy get right on it, i had it shipped since Im not near Northgate and it showed up in packaging with the wiring already busted off the battery pack. So frustrating im done doing buisness with this outfit, it was with shipping around 85 dollars that im basically out now!

DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I brought my phone here to have a simple screen replacement. Instead, their employee broke my phone in the process. As a solution, they offered to order me a new phone and then forgot to actually order it - leaving my phoneless for almost TWO WEEKS. Finally when I picked up the new phone, I was unable to transfer any of the information from my old phone due to the damage their employee caused. This meant I lost ALL my wedding, pregnancy & newborn photos of my daughter. Should I have backed these up? Yes - but I was unaware that such a simple request would cause so much damage, so I did not. If I could go back in time, I would have just kept my cracked screen.

My personal story is heavily weighted in medical appliances. I was so happy to see that batteries plus bulbs was able to replace my ceiling lift batteries. Thank you for caring and being a part of everybodys story

Havala helped me and she was terrific. I had gotten a lifetime repair plan at another location (which did not properly label my watch such). We got that location on the phone and confirmed the lifetime repair plans I had for two watches. She then diligent replaced the batteries on three of my watches.

It was a seamless experience to order online and retrieve in the store. Not that many places have 1200 GS batteries just sitting around in inventory, so the instant gratification was nice. The battery was already prepped for me (thank you!), and the guy who helped me check out was really friendly, too. I always thought it was an interesting business model – a dedicated battery store? – but it sure worked for me when I needed it.

I purchased a wide variety of products that they sell, from a deep cycle RV battery to a cable for my Apple fone charger, a couple of 6-volt lantern batteries, and a brick of AA batteries. Pretty much the gamut of things that move electrons about. I did NOT buy an inverter, but thought about it. And the staff was extremely helpful.

Definitely recommend coming here for any battery or bulb needs. I found the service to be quick and friendly. I went to buy a florescent tube bulb and it cant be beat because you can bring your old bulb in, and theyll find the replacement for you. The prices are also much better than Home Depot or Lowes (from what I saw online), and theyll recycle your old bulbs on the spot for free (the other stores dont offer recycling).

The store is a great place to replace batteries, from car batteries to watches. I got my watch battery changed and now has a lifetime install warranty! Ill never have to purchase another battery for my watch again!

Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff, Joseph and Austin in #262 Northgate store. Shout-out also to Nolan and Karima. They took a lot of time with me and explained everything, including all discounts. (Austin needs to wear his face mask PLEASE) Parts needed (battery for Iphone 6S, new screen, new case) were in store. Free parking is easy in next-door lot. Got service on same day with online appointment - discount coupon for doing that. I had yet another bad experience at Apple Store in Alderwood, so was extra appreciative. Batteries Plus offers a wonderful much-needed comprehensive service with a smile.
