Previous visit was good but this time... I have waited for over an hour and half and I had to go back to the front desk and question about the job. The person came back said the leak cannot repaired and they even did not dismount the tire. it is wasting time even they offer free repair.EDIT,The most interested thing is after the experience I had at lake City. I went to Costco where I originally bought the tires years ago. They did ask me to make a appointment so I had to go back. But amazing thing happened. They told me the tires dont need replacement and they fixed it and also tire rotation done. Free of charges.
I went for a tire rotation. I was waiting for 2 hours because that one was the tiempo the said to fixed it. After 2:30 minutes I ask for my car and they said that I have to wait 40 more minutes approximately. Dont play with the costumer be honest since the beginning! Jims Costumer Service 2 stars. I left and the tire rotation couldnt be done.
Came in for a tire rotation and I was told it would be a two hour wait and I was totally fine with that. Waited two hours in the waiting area and my car didn’t even move. Went to Randy (sadly the manager of this place) and asked him when my car will be worked on and he said it will be three hours when he definitely never told me that in the beginning. I told him I have been waiting for two hours and he didn’t care. Randy was very rude, continued to sit and argue with me and told me he definitely said it would be a two hour wait and he never said that. I’ve been to another Les Schwab location and the customer service is 1000% better than this location. I understand things take a while but to be rude to customers when they have been waiting for a long time is unprofessional and unacceptable. No one should have to wait half of their day for a simple tire rotation. Never do a walk in at this place cause you will waste your day waiting for your car. I don’t recommend anyone come here.
Today I had the air in my tires checked. I wanted to tip the young man and he told me that he was not allowed to receive tips. Thats excellent customer service. Kudos!
Stopped by had my tires checked, needed air the young man was very friendly and added air. Was there early last week, thought I needed new tires. Upon inspection I was told to come back next year. Hows that for honesty, I plan on giving them my business next year.
1 hour wait was expected on a Saturday afternoon. Great service and work. Its easy to see why they are rated number one in customer satisfaction.
Good service and kind employees as expected at a Les Schwab. They were busy so I did have to wait 3 hours for a tire that was in stock. And just a random gripe - I didnt have any mobile network signal in the building, had to stand on the sidewalk for 1 bar.
I got a nail in my tire from driving on downtown roads with construction nearby. I called at least a dozen different shops in the area and all of them wanted me to come in at least 2~3 days later. This was undesirable for me as my tire was slowly leaking air and I really wanted to avoid having to swap it out for a spare. Luckily, this Les Schwab location was able to see me and get my tire fixed in just over an hour! On top of that, I was able to see that they repaired it properly from the inside and reassured me that the repair should last for the remaining life of the tire. What really wowd me was that this was all done free-of-charge! I was so shocked that I asked if they were sure and they insisted that I do not pay for the service. The shop was fast and had all 5~6 bays full around the clock. Would highly recommend this location to anyone!!!!
The customer service here was very amazing! I made an appointment for my car and they honered the time. They werent late for my appointment and I got my car back on time. I bought tires at a very reasonable price and they work great!
Take the time to drive less then 3 miles to other Schwab stores. They are bigger, better, faster and way nicer then anything you will find on LCW. While they may not run out to your car like yesteryear the folks there actually like people. It’s so strange that this puny little cluster eff gets all the business they do.
I had a nail on my tier and called them to make an appointment. Nick was awesome took me in as soon as I got there. Fixed my tier and even put the back up one in the right place. From lake city all the way to Edmonds I seriously believe they are always so good. Knew my car and model and I took my book to read but within 45 minutes it was done. And the place was busy with other customers. Thank you so much .
Have been to this location for a couple of our cars and they are always super helpful and fast. Our van got a flat tire and they fixed it very fast and for free. Just went in for new tires for my new car and they were super helpful helping my find the best ones as I’d never bought tires before. They got it done really fast which I wasn’t expecting. Definitely appreciate it!
It was great. Not too long a wait.
Great question! Highly recommended.
Beware online booking.Found out today that if you book online, for alignment service, Les Schwabs systems dont talk to eachother. (or so the front desk worker says) So you appointment actually wont be in their system. So, youll essentially be treated like a walk-in. I ultimately ended up asking for my keys back and leaving.Talked to the manager Randy after on the phone about it he didnt seem to care about the issue or just didnt understand. Just told me that he was sorry that I was upset.(+1 stars cause the office and alignment staff made an honest effort to accommodate me after I was not recorded in their system. Its not their fault they have a poor booking system)Edit: Hi Joe, thanks for your response. I just would like the scheduling system to work properly. Dont want to be told I have to come in twice for service for an appointment I already scheduled and scoped.
After struggling for a few days to find a way to compress and assemble foam wheelchair tires on split rims, I visited the store for assistance. They were very willing to help. Within 15 minutes the task was accomplished without charge for my client.
I have always had good experiences taking all my cars and van here. This last time was no exception. I did have to make an appointment because of covid. Took my car in to have the tires rotated and checked out. I had one of the loosing air slowly and it was becoming a hassle filling if with air every two or three weeks. I was told my tread was wearing unevenly on the the inner part of my rear tires and it was getting close to needing new tires. They had records on the car having had tires replaced 7 years ago so I decided best to get new ones now. They gave me 3 choices and told me the cheapest were what I had on now. I dont drive much anymore so I went with what worked for me before. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way. Tires have been great so far.
These guys are GREAT. I took my car in with a slow leak tire and they fixed it while I waited. No charge,, and I didnt even buy the tires there. Next time I buy tires that is where I will go!
The WORST service! I made an appointment for 2:30 p.m. and I showed up to my appointment on time and the RUDE older gentleman tells me that there’s a 2 HOUR WAIT! I mean, what is the point of making an appointment? I LEFT because I’m not going to wait 2 hours for a service that should take 30 minutes (fixing a flat tire) then I I drove to a different spot on lake city and they patched up my tire in 20 minutes. Avoid this spot if you can!
Stopped by today as I needed some snow chains. Lady behind the counter was very friendly and very helpful. Recommended “chains” that were good for my AWD. Also Sergio put some air in my tires since they were a little low according to my sensor. Also offered to reset my tire pressure sensor (didn’t need it as I knew how to do that).Overall fast, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend for the great service.
I had a flat tire in downtown seattle on a Saturday morning. This was the only place out of 10 other I called was open. They put the patch in matter of 20mins and the best part it was of NO CHARGE!! Amaxing customer service.
Les Schwab Lake City is the best. Super helpful and reliable. No pressure to buy, just good recommendations and excellent service.
Bought tire chains. The employee gave me numerous options to choose from, and explained the differences, including price. I left feeling like I had made a well-informed purchase.
This Les Schwab shop seriously saved my butt today. Went in for a flat tire. Was promptly greeted and setup service quickly. Was in and out the door in no time. Will be coming back to this location again for other services.
I was told it would be an hour if I dropped of my car today, so I do. 2.5 hours later, I had some new tires. Otherwise, the quality and service looked good.
Hats off to this location! I was working as a delivery driver and had gotten a flat tire late in the day. The shop was closing down and there were complications getting a tow due to the weather, but John volunteered to stay back after hours and help me switch the tire out for the spare. He lived up to the Les Schawb moto of doing the right thing. Forever grateful and I wanted to make sure I endorse John and this location as much as I could. Great work gentlemen!
Free work on tires you buy from them!!!
A tire of my car had an air leak !! Les Schwab paids attention to my car and repaired my tire !! They have won a customer !! Thank you so much !!
Staff was through and helpful.
Quick and professional service as usual!!
Excellent service!
Awesome place great staff reasonable prices
Friendly an excellent work ethics perfect place to go to vehicle service
Good location. Great customer service. Fair prices.
Theyre always professional and very helpful
Went over without an appointment because of a dash message for my tires - which I didnt get at LS, but now wish I had. There were several people in the waiting area so I wasnt optimistic about having the stability serviced that day. I also had a question about tire pressure so I continued on to the counter. I was greeted with possibly the best smile Ive seen in years. S, (I wont use her full name - to protect her) is one of those people that make you become/stay loyal to a business! All of my questions were answered - and the projected wait was reasonable, but i opted to set an appointment online. S walked me out to my car to show me where I could find the proper pressure (Ive misplaced my owners manual) for my tires. After pointing it out, she checked them herself and inflated them without even being asked. While she was removing the cover for the air intake, I noticed her nails had been recently manicured which had absolutely no effect on the way she went about helping me. She was truly professional - as well as kind, very knowledgeable and thorough. This is now my go-to car place. Good employees make all the difference.
I have always gone to Les Schwab (specifically the Silver Lake location) and I love the quick, helpful service. Now since I moved to Lake City and coming to the Lake City location, I am annoyed. I’m sure the service will be good... when I get it. I made an appointment for 4:30pm and am having to wait for an hour to get serviced.... So why did I need to make an appointment? Stupid. I work all day and the last thing I want to do is sit in an uncomfortable chair with a mask on in their waiting area.
I ve been going to, and a customer of, the Lake City store for over 20 years. Always great service from Manager Randy and his staff. Once tire service is done, I always feel safer and taken care of.
Busy store but make appointment online your better off that way
Fixed a flat for me at no cost. How can you ask for anything better?
So efficient. We made an appointment and they took care of new set of tires in a very short time.
Had my tires replaced here, before that they fixed a small patch on my previous tires, had small non issues that have been looked at and addressed incredibly quickly here during walk in visits. Quick, knowledgeable service, will always come here.
I am talking about service, because tire price and quality are very various. You can search and compare other tire stores. However they have all kinds of tire brands. So service is wonderful, very professional, and satisfied. But you may wait longer than you expect, because there is always a lot of people waiting whenever I visit.
Les Schwab is clean, fast, and efficient. Not everything is the cheapest, but they also have a lot of good deals, and they have a lot of neighborhood locations. In the winter time, they sell snow chains. They allow you to return the chains by April if you havent used them.
I had all four tires replaced at this location about a year ago and was told they would fix my tires for free if I ever get a flat. I have a nail stuck in my front tire and decided to go there this morning to see if they would fix it for me. One of the guy(Muhammad) that work there told me they cant fix it and that I would need to replace the two front tire because my truck has bad realignments. He gave me a quote for $785.00! I told him those tires that I bought from them are only about a year old and I paid around $3000.00 for all four sets and realignment services. Dont think Ill ever go to this place again for anymore tire replacement
Awesome staff. Knowledgeable, not pushy, didnt try to up-sell anything.Went in for a free brake inspection. Problem actually turned out to be bigger than the brakes, and they still didnt charge me for it.Pricing was reasonable for parts and labor. Made the appointment within a couple days. Dropped it off that morning and picked it up that afternoon. Car is aligned perfectly, no more rattling, and running great.Having worked in auto repair myself, Im pretty good at seeing when shops try to push unnecessary services. This location is not that at all. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Great service all around. Thanks again guys!
So went here after running over a road hazard in north seattle to get my tire taken care of. The wait was a little longer than quoted but they went above and beyond to make it right. After a little bit of back and forth about whether or not this repair would be covered under their warranty they managed to get me taken care of. Thank you Mohammad and John. Happy 4th to you and yours
Omg I love this location! They are always friendly and fast! I had a slow leak, found a screw in the tire...Les Schwab removed and patched my tire for free! Recommended big time!
They are so amazing and even brought my car to me.... Love les schawb I won’t go anywhere else!!!!
Amazing service! Shout out to Muhammad who went above and beyond!
Super helpful, wouldnt patch my tire due to the nail being in the tire wall. Which was a bummer, but they did a great job working with me to get my tires replaced. Going back for new brakes next, and fully confident in their ability.
I waited an hour just to be told that my tire leak caused by a small screw can not be repaired due to low treads, if anyone bothered to just take a look right when I dropped it off, that One hour can be saved.I was not immediately told that the repair can not be done, someone took their sweet time to compile a list of new tire options during that hour, with hugely exaggerated prices! For gods sake, Costco Michelin cost 200 less than their no name brand quoted.I went to Discounted Tires instead. They were happy to repair my tire, and I was happy to purchase 4 Michelin tires from them since they were able to match Costco price. What a shame!
They made a mistake and fixed it easy-peasy no questions asked!
Its that scary time when youre driving and a light on your dash goes on saying theres a problem with your tires. My car doesnt identify a specific tire so I pull over and check all 4 tires. They look OK to me but that pretty much means nothing. First thing I do is check my phone for the nearest Les Schwab. I head to the nearest Les Schwab and even though all their bays are full the tell me to pull up to the door right away and one of the men will help me. A nice young man came over and checked all 4 tires and added air as needed. As he was getting my tires to the recommended psi he explained that extreme weather changes effect the amount of air in the tires. For a person like me who just dropped in, without an appointment, I never felt rushed. The employee made time to answer all my questions, get my tires psi right and was polite the entire time!I can always depend on Les Scwab to do a good job in a reasonable time at a good price. This visit didnt cost anything. Les Schwab always does a great job in the hopes that you will consider them for all your tire needs in the future. There is always free parking and they are easily located in their numerous locations. I love Les Schwab and appreciate this business even more for how they treat customers whether they are paying for a service or not. This is why I will always choose Les Schwab over all other tire businesses.
My company car so desperately needed a new battery that the last few starts could only happen with a jump. This Les Schwab got me in with less than 90 minutes to close and no appointment and still managed to get me out pretty quickly. Thanks for your help!
The service here is excellent! I cant say enough good things, they have taken care of us through several cars and now my work van. I had low tire pressure, which they filled up, but advised me that it might go flat. It did go flat, so I brought it back. They installed a new tire for free, because they found that they might have damaged the bead when filling the tire. I would never have known that on my own, they were completely transparent and honest! (Also, not a cheap tire, I have a Sprinter van)
Wow, what an amazing experience! Just bought my suv Bmw not too long ago and it woke up with flat tire two days in a row after putting air in day before. I googled places to take it and this location didn’t even pop up, I was about to pass it, and noticed they were open. I was worried about going there and having to pay an arm and a leg for service. I told the gentleman my tire issue and he took my info down and told me he’d have it checked in no time. I went out and waited with my fam and dog in their parking lot in the beautiful weather ☀️ we were having. We watched them work on the car. They inspected all the tires, not just the one with issue. Then they took off tire with issue and I was worried, thinking, “here goes the expensive part”. In little time gentlemen came out to us and said it’s all patched and fixed. No more issues and no need of a replacement!!! I waited to hear the price damage and he said, “have a good day, here’s the keys”.... 😐I asked, “how much do we owe ya?” And he said, “NOTHING”!!!! 😳 wow how amazing! Going through this quarantine time with no income at this time made me feel so grateful for the work these people that are still working are doing. Beyond appreciate this fella and their work. My vehicle has been riding great with no tire issues.
Worked us right in under an emergency situation. Great service
The place is a madhouse, everyone is getting tires and accessories before the end of the NewYear. BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!
Nice staff,friendly and professional
My visit to Les Schwab was great. John was my tech, Carlos took my phone call and payment, and I thanked 2 other team members. I am very happy with the service.
Always takes forever and is definitely over priced. They dont even complete the job both times Ive been there.
What kind of business makes you wait 2x more than the time they promised to finish, tell you it was because they made an error in judgement, and dont even bother to say a SIMPLE SORRY? This Les Schwab. Thats where.
Pretty good prices on a set of new tires for the old horseless carriage. Actual proper waiting area, even had a place for kids to play & some toys.It would be 5 stars, but their stated wait time was quite a bit less than what happened.
My wifes car has had an ongoing issue for several years with a tire pressure sensor that has been causing damage to her tires. We took her car to Les Schwab on a recommendation from our regular mechanic. The first time we went the staff didnt seem to want to discuss the tire sensor issue, which is what we wanted fixed. They did work on the tire but did not address the core issue, and told us there was nothing wrong with the sensor. We started having the same issue again within weeks. The second time we went in was due to a flat tire on my wifes car. We asked them to fix the flat and also to address the other issue again that we were having. The receptionist was very short with us and made us feel like we were an annoyance just for coming in. I couldnt get her to engage with me about the pressure sensor issue. An hour later they called to tell us the car was fixed. When I asked about the sensor it was obvious that they hadnt looked at it and did not perform the service we asked for. Worse, I had to deal with the same receptionist who was very rude and demeaning on the phone. It was mostly her tone. She seemed annoyed and resistant to even listen. This was a horrible experience. A waste of time and money. I am so disgusted right now with this place and I will never go back.
The crew here is always super helpful and very knowledgeable! They always do it right the first time and are more than happy to answer any questions. Id rather work with them over anyone else in the North Seattle area!
I am always hesitant about taking my car in, because I admittedly know very little about them. I have been taken advantage of in the past, and am always referring to a friend or family member that knows more than me.The first person I spoke with (Randy) said I would be paying either $15 or $90. With my previous experiences, I was already speaking with a friend about what to do if they charge me 90.Someone came inside (Nate, I believe), and I pulled out my card to pay. He told me that the issue was small, he replaced the necessary part, and there was no need for me to pay for it! This was the best experience I have had in any sort of car/tire place, and I am hoping to continue giving this branch my service in the future. Thanks again for letting me drop by!
I always appreciate the honesty and efficiency at Les Schwab. My initial visit was to investigate new winter tires and I was actually talked out of buying $1000 worth of goodies--they assured me the tires I had were great for what I was looking for (a tire that will get us safely through the snow, but are okay for year-round use). They even offered to help show me how to assemble my tire chains! My second visit was when I had a slow leak in one tire, and it needed to be replaced. Because I had lots of life left on my other tires, the recommended a slightly used tire, so when the time came, I could replace the tires in pairs as usually suggested.I never feel take advantage of, their stores are clean (with free WiFi, charging stations, free popcorn and coffee) and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Well be a customer for life.
Working under the craziest of conditions, one of the employees filled tire after closing last night and told me to come back first thing in the morning. Today, they opened to a line outside the door. Everyone was fantastic in both attitude and clear communication.
I am sitting here right now in the waiting room and I cannot believe the level of kindness and respect. They got my car in right away for a tire rotation and what I hope is a rock in the brake pad. COME HERE. I was going to go to the one on Aurora but the man that answered the phone was so rude. Thank you
I took my car in for an evaluation, they gave me the time it would take to be ready. The evaluation was free, that was the best part and they were done with my car when they said they would be. Good and bad news is they were honest with me that they could not help me and I needed a specialist and about how much it would cost 😔
Customers service is top notch but tire price is outrageously high. I cant believe they want charge $1485 dollars for a set of tires that costed me $480 dollars 2years ago. Theyre price tripled in two years time. I cant afford them no more. I will have to buy my tires on line.
Randy (the manager) treated me with such disrespect yesterday that after years of great service I will be forced to think twice before giving the Lake City location my continued business. I am extremely disappointed and honestly really angry at how poorly he handled a situation where he simply didn’t communicate clearly and blamed me for it, resulting in denial of service for that day and a day taken off work wasted. I wish he wasn’t the manager because I’d really like to tell someone higher up than him what exactly happened. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work under this smug individual and any customer who has the misfortune of conducting business with him when he feels too busy to provide human decency. I have literally never written a review, good or bad, but I cannot sit here and say nothing. Someone in the service industry should not be able to get away with treating someone so poorly.
Great and quick service, the prices you expect for Les Schwab. They got the work done on our car a day before expected. Everything is working well again (wheel bearing replaced and all tires replaced). Also recommended future repairs but stressed they werent needed yet (back brakes eventually need replacing as the discs are wearing thin)
I went here on a late Friday morning to address a tire balancing problem that four other balancings at two other shops failed to solve. I came to this Les Schwab because they have a Hunter Elite balancing machine, which, as far as I know, is the most advanced balancing machine available. Anyway, they were fairly busy when I went in, but they got to my car more quickly than they said they would and got to work. They were able to address balancing issues on two of the tires (the other two were fine). After four months of frustrating vibrations, my car is running smooth again, thanks to the gentleman at this Les Schwab!
Fast and friendly quick pressure check showed we just needed air in the tires. They got me moving in no time! Even made into work on time. Thank you, Les Schwab!
Got my tires changed and the technician claimed my brakes on all wheels were at critical levels (as in it would be dangerous at current levels), including discs, and tried to sell me new brakes with an exorbitant labor fee. I thought this was odd (especially as he wouldnt give me measurements) but took him at his word since Ive always had good service at Les Schwab. When I did the brakes myself, I discovered ~8mm on the front pads, ~9 on the rear and discs with years of good use left on the discs. Highway robbery. Also, the lug nuts on my right rear were finger tight, which I discovered when I got a clunking noise from that corner a couple days after going to Les Schwab (but before I did my brakes).
I have nothing but good things to say about Les Schwab. Ive had work done from them in three occasions and in all three occasions theyve gone above and beyond to give me the best customer experience. I also really appreciate the free air pressure check.
Generally speaking Les Schwab has been great, my familys main location is the Redmond one, and we have never had any issues there. My experience today in Lake City was far from my normal experience. Dropped my car off at 12:45 for a pre trip safety check and a tire rotation, was told it would be less than an hour. Sat there IN THE LOBBY until 2:15 when I went outside to check on my car, which had been moved. I walked right back inside and approached the desk asking for an update on my car. Oh, its ready! We called you at 1:10 and left a message and called your name multiple times. I looked at the lady puzzled and told her there wasnt a message on my phone and I had been sitting and waiting for almost two hours in their lobby without hearing my name called once. Then she tried to tell me that I had left because she had seen me walk in the door and up to the counter, nope - pretty sure I know where Ive been, waiting in your lobby. To top this experience off, my tires were NOT rotated, because they only do that if I ask when checking in, which I did. I was offered to wait longer if Id like them rotated, but by that time I felt like I had wasted enough of my day. Really disappointed in my experience today, not sure if Ill be back to the Lake City location.
Very helpful, courteous, and honest staff. Saved me money and worked to make sure they knew what exactly was wrong with my car. Definitely recommend.
These guys are terrific, no matter which location I use (four so far in two states). Super easy to deal with. The only spot to go for tires and batteries.
Less Schwab has an excellent reputation. I always shop there for replacement tires and repairs. However, the chain is so popular now that I have been unable to get a tire repaired after several attempts. I sat in waiting room for approximately one hour today. I had another appointment scheduled for later this morning so had to leave before the tire could be repaired. Its very disappointing as the tire needs repair.
They tried to charge me $800+ to replace my brake pads, Bleed my brake lines, and balance and rotate my tires. I ended up learning how and doing it all myself. Parts cost me less then $55 dollars and it took me 4 hours with no experience. I would take my car to a trusted local Mechanic.
Fast service and kind people.
They have a good service but go to discount tire if you want to be able to make an appointment for rotation
Its worry-free tires. Not what I really needed this time; I ended up paying half the price of an old car, to repair a puncture, just because the tire wasnt worth fixing, and replacing one I might as well take four, and I should get a realignment, and one wheel bearing was worn out... Every step was rational, but if Id know up front, Id have told somebody to just put chewing gum on the hole, and let the old car roll for another couple of thousand miles...
These guys are good. Stand by their work and also fix flats on tires they sell a person. I wish they carried name brands, but thats not the kind of operation they run. Easy in and out. I rarely have had to wait longer than a half an hour w/o an appointment.
They stayed open 2 hours late to install my snow tires. I could hear them singing in the bays while they worked. I love Les Schwab.
My car would not start and needed someone to come and jumpstart my car. They sent a really nice guy to start it for me. It was quick and easy. May my day whole lot better.
I purchased a full set of Proxes 4 from Les Schwab at 90,000 miles. The tires worked great for a while until I realized they had worn down almost all the way by 120,000 miles. The tires came with a 50,000 mile warranty, so I figured I would take my car back down to Les Schwab and take them up on that warranty. They told me my car was misaligned and that is why ALL 4 tires were worn down. Interestingly enough, I have a lifetime alignment agreement with Firestone on this car and had kept up on the alignment. I also had just had it aligned a couple weeks before. I had always come in to have my tires rotated and inflated by Les Schwab in order to follow the warranty requirements. Funny that they never mentioned my alignment being off before when free alignment checks are part of the checkup every time you take it in. I even went to Firestone to have them check my alignment a couple days later and they told me it was within specifications. So either Firestone or Les Schwab was not telling the truth and since Firestone had nothing to gain from it, Im going to believe them.Overall the tires were fine, but didnt last long. If a company is going to lie about my alignment being off so they dont have to follow through on the warranty they provide, that warranty is worth $0. Ive supported Les Schwab since I started driving but will no longer if they dont want to endorse their own warranty that they advertise as so great.
Always do a great job
I had a flat tire and had put my spare on. I dropped the tire off with them. They called a little while later and said it was ready. When I got there they told me they had accidentally cracked the cheap plastic hub cap that came with the car when I bought it, and said they had already ordered me a new one. They also put my tire back on and replaced the spare back underneath my car. They did all of this for free. Theyre awesome.
Christmas Eve I get a flat. These guys saved me and I am so grateful they were open. I got there in time before they closed and they helped me so I can drive to the festivities. Thank you Les Schwab!
I had an overall poor experience here. I came in to have my car looked at because my rear brakes were squeaking. After looking at my car, they gave me all of these crazy quotes for work needing to be done - none of which related to my rear brakes. They convinced me that the front brakes were the problem, so I believed them. After having the front brakes replaced I picked up my car, and not only was the squeaking still there, but now there was something wrong with my brakes - I had to push the pedal down about half way before anything would occur. I called them back and they game me some nonsense about the brakes needing to adjust or something. I finally convinced them to fix that, as well as the squeaking which I originally came in for. Only a few weeks later my front brake line comes unattached from the braking mechanism, and resulting in me having to have my care towed. To say the least, it was not towed to this place. Thankfully, I wasnt seriously injured, or worse. I would never recommend this place, ever.
I got a nail in my tire and went to discount tire, but they wouldn’t take walk ins. So I stopped at Les Schwab, it was about and hour and a half wait which they told me up front but took me as a walk in and patched my tire for free (even though I didn’t purchase my tires there!). Will consider them for all my tire needs from now on
Les Schwab is an awesome place they usually wont let you leave if your tires popped will fix it for free usually. I highly recomend them
Fast efficient no hard sell
Twice now they’ve fixed and filled my tired free of charge. Highly recommend!
Went in with battery problems. They checked it for free then ran over the details with me. Got me a new 550 CCA battery installed for less than the dealership wanted for a 356, quickly without trying to sell me stuff I didnt need. Ill be back when I decide to make the plunge on snow tires.
Ive been coming here for various services for many years - it has always seemed like they do the most economic service solution, - never has it seemed Ive been soaked
