Im purchasing a car from a dealership for the first time, and called day-of to schedule a pre-buyers inspection. We were done in less than an hour, and he gave me everything from price estimates, easy things to fix on my own, what it would cost to get various fixes, explained everything in an easy to understand manner, and answered all my questions. All this for - literally - 1/4 the cost that anyone else within 30 min. had given me, and in 1/3 of the time. Super nice, and would highly recommend!

Had a leaking brake line and took the car in here. Ed found the leaking caliper seal that day, realized it looked new, and checked to see if I had warranty on it somewhere else. Found out I did, and set me up to take the car there the next day, free of charge. Cant ask for much more that.

Highly recommended! They took very good care of my friend from out of town who was having trouble with her brakes. They discovered a part wasnt properly lubricated and was seizing up. They cleaned off the bad lubricant, used the correct one, put it back together and test drove it, only charging $30. Given the fact she was stuck in Seattle and had no idea what was wrong, an unscrupulous shop probably would have stuck her with a huge bill. Honest, reliable auto mechanics are a rarity that should be cherished.

Beyond The Best!... My husband took our car in for repair. Not only did they repair our Camry, they found some nuts sitting on the manifold that another repair shop failed to put back on the transmission. They installed them! The best customer care we have ever experienced and so hard to find especially in this day and age. They are true, honest and fair! Thank you so much Duncan & Son! Will surely recommend.

Ed is one of the BEST mechanics around. We worked together at Sears in Bellevue where he was my Assistant Manager. He is very productive and knowledgable. I would TRUST them with any auto issue.

Ed is awesome! On my way from Bellingham to Oregon and had a misfire issue. Happened upon Duncan and Sons and they started checking into the problem within minutes. Gave lots of helpful advice and did some troubleshooting to narrow down the issue. Didn’t charge me a red cent (because “I didn’t fix a darn thing”) but the issue ended up resolving itself with a small purchase at OReilly’s. Good honest people there. If I lived in north Seattle this would be my go to. Very grateful for their work.

Ed is a no-nonsense mechanic who performs excellent work at a reasonable price. If youre looking for an honest mechanic to perform standard work on your vehicle, you cant go wrong with Duncan & Sons. I did an after-hours dropoff over the weekend, they had my car ready on Monday and arranged an after-hours pickup as well.

I tried to call and coordinate a tow for my car. Its a non-holiday Monday in October. The rude guy on the phone said, Sorry, were leaving today at 12. Its not a good day......Bye. There are plenty of other auto repair shops in the area - I went elsewhere.

I had something caught in my cars fan. I called and he walked me through an easy fix so i wouldnt have to come in. When that didnt work, we brought it in, he listened for a second, then showed us how to do it ourselves! Thank you!

One of the best if not to say correctly, the best and most trusted mechanics we find in Seattle, they are honest and professional, no tricking clients . We bring at list 4 different cars in 5 years to know them and if isn’t something to is no big science to fix, they let you know how to do it .. example: one of our vw beetles have a Brocken light The agency or other charge 150 dlls just to change the light bulb.They do for much less than that and after they show me how to do if happens again. Light bulb cost 20 dlls. They fix my 1994 ford ranger and change entire engine and still running like 2004.Ed and his son are the most knowledge and experience mechanicsThey fix
