They repaired a couple of items on my Chevy Cruze, but the service advisor didnt take any time to go over the repairs or talk about future maintenance I may need. Car drives great, but there was quite a bit of engine oil residue left over that needed cleaned post-visit. I confirmed there is no active oil leak, but wouldve been nice to avoid the clean up to determine the car is leak-free.

Very poor job. I was charged for something that had nothing to do with the problem at hand. I was told the fix would solve the issue and it didnt yet I still paid for it. No one offered to fix it at all

Ordered part on Tuesday, it arrived on Thursday morning. Service called me at 11:00, had my pickup in at 1:15 and out by 2:30! They also checked for recalls and performed a fix on my brakes while it was in. Friendly and easy to work with!

They replaced and repaired the AC condenser on our Silverado. They had to source out the part that was on a two month back order from the factory. There was also some issue from being slightly out of warranty and they negotiated this with Chevrolet for us. Awesome service team at Chuck Olson Chevrolet!!

BEWARE Jim and Frank are very sketchy. They ran a hard credit check with out my approval. They said they needed to run a soft credit pull to see my financing options even though I gave them my credit score. I asked several times if the pull would show up on my credit report and I was told no. I said I only authorized it if it would not be a hard pull. My credit score immediately dropped after Chuck Olsen ran this unauthorized pull. When I tried to talk to Jim about he said I misunderstood, that a soft credit pull to a car dealer really means a hard pull. He was extremely rude and brash, yelling and talking over me. He said that the drop in my score would not affect my ability to buy a car with them. Lying to potential customers will never get you business.
