I’ve been servicing my car here fir 4 years since I moved to Seattle. With Greg as my service manager I’m impressed more each times I visit. I’ve old and owned a lot of different cars. This is undoubtedly the best of them all in all categories
Greg was amazing! There’s a lot of stress that comes with your car being out of commission, but I quickly realized that I could trust what he was telling me and he put my mind at ease. I always think that taking my car to a dealership is going to be a huge headache, but my recent experience has changed my mind. Greg is knowledgeable, honest, responsive and he seems like he genuinely cares about his customers needs. I will always bring my car back here now because of him. 5 stars!!!
Kiosk sign in sucks. Sat in lobby doing some work on computer. After a while i noticed my car was parked in the area they use when finished. Waited a few minutes, no one came so asked the person at the desk what was the status, said everyone was busy. Waited another 10 minutes and finally got the bill and car keys.
Bill Pierre Ford took the lead and initiative to clear out the homeless camp in their neighborhood. This is exactly what is necessary. Local businesses and individuals need to take the lead and clear out these homeless camps. We can no longer count on our city and local officials solving these issues. Bill Pierre Ford has shown great leader ship when solving this problem.
So Ive been buying Tires for about 45 years. Traditionally, if you are replacing all 4 tires they ask you Whites in or out?, If you are buying 2 tires, they match the existing tires. After I had my oil changed and replaced the front tires, I just hopped in my truck and left. A couple days later I realized that the existing rear tires are whites out, but the front tires Bill Pierre just mounted are whites in, and are missing valve stem covers...... not the end of the world, but .....
They struggled to do a simple tire replacement and let me know what the break pad wear was looking like.What went wrong? FIrst of all, it seemed like they skipped over my car amongst all of their other work. I brought it in on Wednesday and I called up for a status on Thursday only to be told my advisor was no longer with the dealership and I would need to call back on Friday for a status.I also got an automated sorry we missed you at your appointment email from the dealership when I clearly dropped my car off then.When I called back, they hustled to get the repair made but left off the valve stem cap and handled me over a car with the new tire well over-inflated vs. where it should have been 39psi vs 35psi. Also, they didnt check the break pad wear - and if I need that done I need not go to the tire service advisor, but another one.Anyway, its a good reminder to me of what getting the details right looks like.
I purchased the maintenance package when I bought my new car from Bill Pierre Ford. They always remind me when it is time to come in for my services and it is easy to get an appointment. They are very thorough, friendly, and have a nice waiting area!
I recently moved to Washington and had 0 clue where to turn when I needed an oil change. You see, I drove across the whole country to move here and I desperately needed it. They got my car in as fast as they could and every employee I met was so kind. It’s odd to mention, but being a women by myself in the car world, a lot of places definitely would take advantage of that. They were different, they treated me with respect and made me aware of every step and everything they did to my car. I will never go another place to get my oil change besides Pierre Ford. Thank you!
My truck has 220,000 miles on it and is still running great! Greg at Pierre Service Center always makes sure that my F-150 is well taken care of. Im a happy and very satisfied customer.
This is the closest Ford Service center so Id love to use them, but I made repeated calls on multiple days to their service center to schedule an appointment and no one would return my call. In all cases, my call was transferred to a scheduling assistant who didnt answer but the call went to voice mail. Over several days I left a messages with different people indicating I needed servicing on my Ford and I asked for someone to return my call. Silence. I guess they dont need the business or feel they need to preserve a good relationship with potential customers. On to a different service center...

Greg Karras is the answer! I have some camera issues with my 2017 Mustang, he resolved it totally with good price, the issue didn’t happen again at all! Now I’m doing regular maintenance here. My service agent is Paul Salazaar and he always answers my questions and. helps even when I come in with new problems . Appointments are made timely and handled promptly. When needed, repairs are discussed with me and I am shown the problems. I feel I am being served well and honestly.

I was not treated well at this other dealership and was looking to make a change. I had such a great experience at Bill Pierre Ford. They even gave me a coupon for a free carwash. That did not happen at my old dealership!
Started coming here after having bad experiences with other dealers. Been there 3 times so far and everything gets fixed, quality is good and pricing is fair. Service guy Gregg is the star of the team, hard working, very helpful and professional. Give these guys a try if youve been having issues elsewhere.

Dont return calls. Youll have to get lucky and get them directly. Parts are on backorder for weeks but they dont give you a loaner. Ive driven a Ford for 40 years and this may be my last.
Very disappointed in my experience and service. Took my Ford F150 in for service. They fixed one thing broke another. Now it is a battle to get what they broke fixed while fixing my truck! The service manager we were working was very condescending and talk down to my wife and myself, very unprofessional.If you take a car or truck in for service and you leave with more things broken and not working than before, I think that is a serious problem. When confronted, there was no help other than shrugged shoulders with a not my problem attitude.Absodultey terrible experience that we will have to get fixed elsewhere. Save your time, money and sanity and go to a different mechanic to work on your vehicle.Wish we never went there in the first place, we would have been better off.
Not easy to schedule appointments anymore, but once you arrive at an appointment, all is great. Working with Greg is the best!

Easy access, simple conversation with man in service department. Quiet waiting room. When service was done, he came to where I was sitting and explained everything in detail.One minor thing: I received an email from Ford later in the day telling me that I missed my appointment and to call to set up a new one. I wrote back saying that I did NOT miss my appointment and all is well.
My service scheduler was very nice, booked me a Lyft to and from my house - but after I picked my truck up the service engine light came on while driving home. I turned around to head back because the Ford connect app told me what the error code was (cool feature) and it said the oil cap was not on properly or that a hose or oil filter was not properly installed. That’s the three star part of my review. I was blown away that a certified Ford mechanic didn’t execute my oil change correctly and a bit concerned at what else might be wrong, the truck is a 2020 f150 lariat, nicest vehicle I’ve ever owned. Definitely not a good first impression. Hoping this was a total fluke and not something that will happen again.

On May 1 I bought a 2015 Ford Focus Sedan Titanium and since the beginning I had issues with the onboard computer blocking some electrical components from working properly.The onboard computer, after a couple hours of use, blocked the use of turn signals, the electric windows and FOB key stopped working. Needed to let the car seat for 4 or 5 hours in order for the systems to work again properly.Prior to come to Bill Pierre Ford I had tried to have the diagnose performed by the people of Harris Ford, but they lacked the character and the skills of a good customer service representative and after 2 days with the car just parked and the premises I decided to move on and pick up my car. Then I did my own research and I came across with Bill Pierre Ford.The service department of Bill Pierre did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, they took the time to run an exhaustive diagnosis and took care of the problem. All of this was caused for a fuse.Kudos for Bill Mitchell because he went above and beyond to help me to solve this issue.Really happy with the results and now they got a customer for life.
I have had multiple issues with scheduling appointments for servicing at this location. A few times in the past they rescheduled my appointment for later in the week with minimal notice or told me they didnt have enough time to check on all of the items I had listed that need to be addressed. Most recently I had booked an appointment during my week off, and I booked it 3 weeks in advanced. I received a call roughly 4 business hours before my appointment telling me that they dont have time to see my car the entire week because of bigger projects and it would have to be the next week (which I no longer have time off to schedule). Very unprofessional, why bother scheduling an appointment when they are just going to cancel it on you at last minute notice?
There’s a reason why I take my Ford vehicle to this place. They do a great job and they don’t try to take advantage of you. Highly respectable staff who are courteous and professionnal.

Service was fast and courteous, I got the information I needed for follow up on general condition of the car. My only complaint was not finding the location through gps. It would help to get directions included with the appointment reminder.

A year ago I took my Ford C-Max in for a battery problem and Marysville Ford put in a new battery because my car would be dead for at least 3 times a month.About 3 months ago I took my car into Pierre Ford and worked with a service gentleman named Greg Karras. He was absolutely wonderful. Kind, attentive and took care of my car in great time..Yesterday I took my car back to Pierre Ford because my car was dead again 3 times a month. Greg had a day off so they gave me Paul Salazar. What a nightmare. Everything was hard. When I was telling my problem he was rude and kept interrupting me.I realized because I didn’t have an appointment I would have to wait until they could fit me in. I had no problem with waiting. In fact l ended up waiting over 6 hrs. No problem.My problem was there was no update the whole time. The one time he came in the service area to go the bathroom he rudely said over his shoulder they were still working on it very rudely to the extent another service worker in the room apologized for him. The service receptionist said “sorry it’s a Monday”. I was so embarrassed and could barely stop the tears. What has the world become???I can’t still believe what I went though at this dealership. When I first went to Bill Pierre service I did not have the best experience. My service manager was constantly trying to up sell and I thought I would never be back. Well then I got my F150 and started to deal with Greg Karras. He is kind, courteous, honest, responsive, prompt and honest. It is one of the best experices I have had at a mechanic. I definitely recommend Ford service if he is your service advisor.
We were first introduced to Bill Pierre Ford Service when our airbags were recalled and needed replacement.We returned for an oil change. During their multi-point inspection they found other things needing to be tended to. A few months later we tried scheduling the services; it took three calls to finally speak with Paul Salazar to schedule. He never called us back the first two times (over a week and a half period).Our car was serviced, however, we had to call back because we immediately smelled a strong odor from the vents. We had to bring the car back a couple days later; it turns out when the mechanic was replacing spark plugs/gasket covers there was leftover oil.Now a few weeks later, our steering is making the same noise it did at the beginning of all this ...again, we were told our tie rods were replaced. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Bill Pierre Ford Service for a third time in less than a month! We’ll find a customer service oriented facility and competent mechanic.
Never return my phone calls. Ive called about 4 different issues within the last 10 months and no one answers and no one returns my call. One time I was able to speak to someone with a question and they just told me to make an appt.

I was in for an oil change on my 19 Raptor and was beyond impressed. During my visit my wife who was home a few days from child birth had to go to the ER. I live in Snohomish and she was headed to Everett. I went and notified my advisor(I apologize that I didnt catch your name in the chaos). He quickly told the team out back and they got all hands on to wrap it up. Thank you for the understanding and making me feel more comfortable during the ordeal.10 stars

Ive been going to Bill Pierre Ford for my C-Max for almost three years now. I usually work with Bill Mitchell.Theyre consistently prompt, communicate well and are reasonably priced. This is the dealership, so sometimes their parts are more expensive than what you can find online. Ive had a few cases where Ive provided a used part or a part I bought from the internet, and theyve installed it for me. Its actually at the point where Bill has handed me the parts list a few times so I could get items from other sources.Ive always been treated consistently well by Bill, even when Im not fully meeting my obligations. They treat me well and consistently exceed my expectations.
Greg was able to determine the problem on my Ford Edge quickly after another Ford dealership couldnt. He was great to work with and very friendly. Very positive experience.

My service advisor Greg Karras has been amazing for the 5 years Ive been taking my car for service here. Pricing is reasonable, and the car gets maintained and fixed. Free shuttle within 10 mile radius. My next car will likely be a Ford because Im totally happy with the overall experience, unlike e.g. the local Honda dealers.

I took a used 2018 Focus here for inspection. Staff was very helpful with looking up my door access code & making a second key! The service was estimated to be done in 4-5 hours but actually took about 7 due to how busy they were. I also brought up a concern with a wiper fluid notification and they said there was no issue but the notification reoccurred later that day after I left.
Expensive service, and busy location (expect to wait multiple days / upwards of a week before they can even look at your vehicle), but ultimately got all my issues fixed without any hiccups.
I have used this shop for years and felt often uncomfortable with the pricing or lack of call back and responsiveness. But this time I’m done. I took it in for the second time for air conditioning repair and they quoted me $2500 with no written detail as of why. I don’t like the way they do business.
Paul Salazar, Service advisor, is the best! Just visited their service department (electrical) to adjust the CPU that controls how lights function. Paul gave me updates on how the work is going while I was in the waiting area. Electrical issues are usually lengthy, but looks like these guys have a quality knowledgeable electrician on duty because the work was done sooner than I expected. There were issues with my vehicle warranty coverage for this type of work and I was so surprised when Paul was able to resolve the problem and was really into making sure I’m leaving happy! I have never seen someone to be so so dedicated to their customers, especially in auto service industry! Thanks Paul!!! I’m proud of myself that I made a right decision to go to this Ford Service location! 100%!

I recently needed a new back light and blinker light replaced and I was in a hurry. This store was beyond helpful and finished working on my car in less than 15 minutes (including air being filled in my tires.) The staff was very friendly and answered all of my many questions with no judgment. I visited another mechanic beforehand and they were unable to do anything while also taking a lot of time trying to figure out simple things that this Ford Service Center finished immediately. I am so thankful to luckily drive by this Center because they really made my day! I highly recommend!

Pros: salesperson was great at communicating needs to management/two cars on the same lot for what I was looking for/nice looking dealership overall/the absolute best finance guy(Mr. Kim) weve ever worked withCons/ ran credit even though we secured financing somewhere else/ said it would be a soft inquiry when it reported as a hard inquiry.
We called ahead and made an appointment with Diana. We were greeted with Tyree who was very helpful and tried hard to find us a car we wanted. If he didnt know the answer to something, he would find someone who did. We were there for over 4 hours. He even found a way to entertain the kids and got them snacks. Devon was also very pleasant and they both made us feel welcome. We came in looking for 2019 model and drove away with 2020 Ford Escape Titanium.
Took my 2016 Edge to get an oil change. Told the tech to check our battery and make sure its good to go. The car had to be jumped about two weeks prior to our oil change so we thought we mustve left a light on.Got the oil change and paperwork that said battery was great and good to go.Later that week we went to the special Olympics at mission ridge and the car had to be jumped again but this time on top of the mountain. After getting a jump we drove straight to an oreileys to have the guy test our battery. The guy there shows our battery as bad and there must be a dead cell.This was extremely frustrating as the experts at Ford had stated our battery was in great condition.After all the great reviews I read about when it comes to Bill Pierre Ford this was not the best experience. I really hope that you guys have a better experience than we did. Harris/Bill Pierre is currently 0 for 2 with our family.

I’ve been consistently satisfied with the service and pricing for the past 7 years. Greg Karras is a pleasure to work with, explains everything clearly, and the team gets the job done efficiently and correctly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable (I saw extra Thorough surface cleaning on furniture, door handles, etc. for COVID-19), and the WiFi works well. Scheduling for routine service is easy through their website, and the appointment reminders are helpful but not overbearing. I never thought I’d tout the virtues of getting service at a dealer after lame experiences with others, but Bill Pierre Ford service is just consistently better. They don’t push useless services or up charges, and they give you a free car wash ticket.
I have been trying to get in for warranty work for a year...before my warranty expires. I called 8 separate times and never received a call back. I escalated to the service manager and he made an appointment for the day before he told me (he made it for a Wednesday and told me Thursday) which I obviously missed. I was told they cant get me in for another 2 weeks. Hopefully you have a better experience but I will probably replace my vehicle just based on this level of customer service.
