This branch is closed (despite still being on Google Maps and their website). Tried calling both phone numbers listed on their website but both were disconnected. Called their SODO branch and they clarified the SLU location is closed.

Extremely professional and skilled shop. Did amazing work at speed. Communicated well throughout the whole process. Even reminded me to check their work at the end, and quickly (5 minutes!) fixed something I noticed. Awesome job! Thank you!

Great place. They got me in fast, did the work in less time than estimated, and the quality of the work was great. I asked them to remove a paint scrape and touch up some scratches in addition to the main work, fully expecting to pay for it myself. They did a great job on the scratches and didnt even charge me.

I highly recommend this place if you want efficiency, great quality, and amazing customer service.A few things that I throughly enjoyed include:-A very detailed estimate including photos on the damage done to my car by the other individual.-Updates of every step in the process sent to me by email.-Super efficient in the time it took to fix my car. I dropped my car off on October 18th, the repairs were approved on the 22nd of October, and they reached out to me on October 30th informing me that it was complete and ready for pick up.I appreciate how kind they have been during this process as it is never fun to deal with having repairs done.Thank you to everyone that works at Seattle Automotive!

Terrible communication, terrible service. Told me they could fix multiple issues only to later tell me they couldnt. They had my car for over a week for two small dents, even transferring it from their other shop, without doing any work on it, while I was paying for a rental car, and when I called to pick it up they told me they hadnt even started repairs. Folks on the phone were friendly and apologetic, which didnt help my having to shell out much more than I would have in any other shop, and waiting much longer. Do not use this shop.
