Thanks for Fix Auto Interbay, my car looks brand new! Charles, their manager, is fantastic and communicated well with me the entire time! Worked with Charles J. on estimates. Does not work on what you want but what he wants. Had requested an estimate for both quarter panel/bumper repairs and quarter panel only repairs. He said he can only do one estimate and cant provide other estimates, that is both panel and bumpers only (other body shops was able to provide me with both ). I planned on not including the bumpers since I have a steel bumper option, and he does not know that concept. Charles J made the customer feel that the customer was very lucky and privilege enough that he accommodated a walk-in since its reservation only because of covid 19 ( there was no statement of such in the shop or the website ). He could have just said that they are not accepting walk-ins, that would have been fine. No problem with that, customers has a lot of option. Note it was before 8am in the morning and there is no other people. He mentions that other shops are not accepting walk-ins, and I was lucky enough that he accommodated me, note that other shops was able to accommodate me when I walked in and without reservation. Every question you ask to him, he makes you feel that you are stupid of asking such question.I thought that the other reviewers stating them being rude is false, but I experience it first hand. I dont know if it just unique to Charles J, but this fella is condescending and is not willing to work with you, will say a lot of things for what we wants and not what the customer wants.If youre willing to experience this type of attitude then go on, else find another shop that is willing to work with you.

I have used Fix Auto Interbay for two repairs; the first covered by insurance and the second out-of-pocket. Both times, I found working with Charles easy and reliable, he is friendly and honest. The work that was delivered was been top notch quality both times. I have had deep scratches removed and my front bumped replaced and painted. The service is great, the quality of the repair outstanding. When I picked up my car, it was cleaned spotlessly inside and out. I told Charles that I hoped I wouldnt see him again soon, but if I need to, Fix Auto Interbay is where I will go.

The customer service and knowledge was exceptional. I took my car in for an estimate after hydroplaning into a guardrail. They explained my options with minimum and maximum estimates using either new or salvaged parts to help me decide the total cost of the repair up front. They are professionals and know cars down to each component and use professional software for accurate planning of the total repair cost. The knowledge and kindness will make this my auto repair shop of choice.

I had a fender bender that required multiple panels on my minivan be replaced. The team at Fix Auto went above and beyond to make sure they got the part as fast as possible. When an issue with the computer came up due to being unplugged and requiring a reset, they were able to get a mobile unit to come and reset it. They delivered my car back looking better than before my accident. I highly recommend Fix Auto.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Charles was excellent at communication and incredibly friendly. They arranged transportation to the rental place before AND after, I didn’t have to do a thing. Friendly, expert service. Thanks again !

My car had a leak and shorted out the blower. I had to have the leak fixed before fixing the blower and Fix Auto was able to quickly schedule an appointment for me and give me a quote. They fixed the leak for a reasonable price. The manager, Charles, also walked me through everything they checked and the fixes they made by showing me pictures of the work performed. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto!

I took my Ram Truck here to fix a busted side mirror and they went above and beyond! Mirror was fixed perfectly, buffed out the damage on the door, and then washed and detailed the inside of my truck. Chars was great to deal with, and I will definitely go back if/when I need more work done.

Im a repeat customer at Fix Auto and would highly recommend! I was first referred over to them when my car was hit while parked, and they were an approved body shop through my insurance. But I was really blown away by their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. The second time I needed repairs, I immediately called them. I have to thank Charles in particular for always delivering the best advice and the best repairs possible, communicating updates and always getting the repairs done quickly. Will definitely be returning for future car needs!

The employees here are rude and have no manners. I’m not surprised to see such a low rating for this business considering the quality of customer service is poor at best. I would assume this is management’s fault as these types of issues begin at the top. I would recommend Arrows Automotive, Taskar Garage, Loyal Automotive, Greg’s Japanese Auto, Jay’s Garage. Pretty much any shop would be better than this scam shop. I’m sure they are still in business only because the insurance agencies that refer to this place don’t know who they are sending their customers to. DON’T TRUST THESE CRIMINALS!

I had a dent in my bumper and got a quote from here and from another place, which was a lot higher, so I brought the car here. They did a beautiful job. They estimated 3 days to finish and actually took 4, but that worked out fine. They are very pleasant to work with. I would definitely go there again if I needed another body repair

I have taken my car here a couple times for service and I am consistently impressed. The owner and office manager are not only knowledgeable and professional, but personable and pleasant. Both times I have taken my car here, service has been prompt, professional and thorough. Any delays were communicated clearly and promptly. Additionally, I find these folks go above and beyond. Each time I have taken my car in for service, the agreed service was completed, as well as my car cleaned and always a little extra thrown in, like a small bit of touch up. I think this says a lot for the pride they take in their work and business. A+. Highly recommend.

The quality of work was fantastic. The job took a bit longer than the original quote, but Jessica kept me up to date on the progress every step of the way and was very quick to respond to emails. I would definitely recommend them.

Phils was recommended by a long-time, car-loving resident of the neighborhood. This neighbor has restored several cars using Phils so I thought they had to be decent. I just had my humble car fixed up by Lonnie and his crew and they were terrific. I expected a reasonable price and good work; what I got was a fantastic price and a really great result! And super-easy to work with. No hassles. Sincere. Theyll be on the tip of my tongue whenever I have a chance to recommend a body shop.

Came in after being referred by my insurance company and was very pleased. Scheduling a quote was a breeze and upon arrival they were very inviting. When I dropped my car off form the repair they were ready and very prompt. The end result was amazing.

A Seattle utility truck hit my daughters car and these guys got it fixed just like new. They even straightened a panel on the opposite side at no charge. Good communication and completed on time. Car was detailed inside and out which was a nice touch. I would definitely use their services again

First experience here in 2017 was 5 stars, good work, great service. I went back today for a quote for non insurance related work and I couldnt even get that without some mansplaining of how to spend my money. I didnt come in for your permission, just the quote. On to the next shop...

We picked up our car this week, and they did a wonderful job! Jay, the manager, went above and beyond to help us through a lengthy process of fixing our car. There were some issues with communication from another employee at the beginning, and Jay made a huge effort to step in and personally take care of business. I am thankful for an excellent job done.

One of our business vehicles was involved in a collision. Fix was the only firm in the area that was able to take care of us on short notice and could get us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Nice clean shop, great people, the truck was nicely detailed when picked up, all in all a great experience.

A week ago, I was hit by a lady which damaged my fender. My fender actually fell off and the frame in the front of my car was bent. My insurance company referred me to Phils Body Shop. The people at Phils constantly kept me in the loop of how the repairs were going. They wanted to make sure I was informed of everything that was being done. When I picked up my car today, I had a gorgeous fender that had been painted perfectly. You can tell that they really care about their customers and care about doing a professional job on the repairs. I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Phils. I know the next time I need to get body work done on my car that I am going to Phils!

Was a recommended shop through the insurance company of the lady that hit my car and i dropped it off perfectly fine engine-wise and ten minutes after i picked it up all the lights on the dash came on and my car started sputtering. Have never had a problem with this car. Immediately took it to the Honda dealership and had to pay $400 for something they called a “freak accident”. Completely convenient it happened after i got the car from this body shop that had it for nearly 2 weeks. I call them and tell them what happened and they said i can take it back but i would be paying for it. They also initially told me they never went under the hood and then call back saying they actually did. Gonna be filing another claim. Complete scam.

These guys are awesome. I had my 83 Ford F150 roll into my neighbors brand new Mazda SUV...needless to say there was extensive damage. Lonnie worked with me and repaired the Mazda at an extremely fair price, on top of the fact the the work its self was flawless! They were honest and available, Thank you guys.

I had, hands down, the best no frills customer service from them compared to the other places Ive been to. I dont want anything to happen to my vehicle again, but if it does - I would gladly drive a distance back to these people.

This is a horrible place. I ran into my garage with the bikes on the roof of my car. Not to smart, my car needed some minor body repairs on the roof and rear pillars. I took my car to this place for a repair. Everything was normal until I picked my car up. I called in advance to ensure the car was ready, I arrived and my bumper was hanging from the light wires, Finished they say? Then I look over the car and find over-spray on the the black trim and even inside the car on the molding. I find broken clips that hold the molding on, the antenna was not removed prior to painting so now I have a little dam of paint and mask lines on my roof antenna. Molding parts of the interior are misaligned and installed incorrectly. This is all what I find before I even get it home. I take the car home and find in the garage lighting that the new paint on the roof is HORRIBLE! There are hundreds of contaminated spots in the paint, the roof looks like it has chicken pox. I could have done a cleaner job outside with rattle cans from the auto parts store. I have no idea how its even possible to have that much contamination in the paint, it must have been bad paint or they were sanding another car in the same room. There were also runs on the vertical surfaces.I was assured they would order the replacement clips they broke removing the trim for painting. It was four months of phone calls, until I finally just left the car in the parking lot with masking tape marking every contamination before they fixed the clips and contaminated paint.

Im a woman and naturally a bit fearful of any type of car shop. I had been recommended a body shop near to Phils and needed to get multiples quotes to give the guy who hit my car. Phils had superior customer service and didnt treat me like a dumb girl. They were able to get my job done quickly and it was perfect, just like new.

These fellows are perfect car guys - down to earth, no selling - just doing. I scraped the side-view mirror off my car (yep- I did) backing down a driveway. Phils was recommended by Sams The Shop .... so I called and they were willing to talk to me (estimate and all) whenever I could get there. They ordered a mirror (looking for used/re.habbed) - when it came - they put it on in 5 minutes (literally) and charged me less than the estimate.Yay. (Mirror looks great - works fine and just feels so good).

A lady answered the phone said I can stop by for quick estimate, I stoped by 7 minutes later met an unfriendly technician and told me that I have to get approval from insurance (he doesnt care that I have claim number already) and it will take hours before final estimates completed, he also suggest I have to make appointment . What a waste of my time!! They seems dont know what theyre doing. Unprofessional and inefficient.Not recommended !!

Wanted a small dent pulled out. They kept saying it wasnt possible, theyd have to pull the whole panel off, etc. Quoted 1200 to 1500. It cost me just over $200 and took a few minutes at an independent shop just up the road.

Above and beyond - took my car in for an insurance-covered dent, and they not only fixed that, but replaced headlights, mud guards, did some painting, and cleaned inside and out for no extra charge!

I was bumped by a student and agreed to let her family pay the repair cost directly to the shop. When I dropped my car off, one of the rather disorganized staff, first said he didn’t have her credit card information and I said I would bring my car back. Then he came outside to say he had found it.On the day my car was supposed to be done, I called and was told one more hour, called again and was told that they didn’t have the credit card information to run and were trying to get ahold of the family. I was told that their contract was with me and getting the payment from the other party was a courtesy on their part. If I wanted my car back I could wait and hope they would get ahold of the other party or I could pay myself.The lesson learned: the shop was not taking responsibility for their commitment to have payment prior to commencing the work and did not acknowledge that they had said that it was covered. Next time I would be very reluctant to not hand this over to insurance.The work was fine, the bumper looks brand new. But they put me through the wringer because they are disorganized. The last straw? Waiting outside the shop because they couldn’t find my car key.
