The staff is very helpful and friendly, but there was one that stood out from the rest. She took a lot of time to help me find the best options -- especially by going in the stockroom to find every shoe in my size (14) and by helping me to make the best shoe selections! I felt really appreciated as a customer, so thank you!

I love the Vans, Sperry and (yes) Ugg selection. I bought several pairs of Vans and some shirts. Good selection, nice staff.

Alright place to get sneakers from but pricey

Had an amazing experience at the Journeys at the Viewmont Mall. The boots that my brother bought for our Mom for Christmas did not suit her needs and we went to return them. The wonderful sales associate, Carla, went out of her way to help find the perfect pair of boots for my Mom, taking time to show her many styles. She demonstrated the ability to think out of the box when she realized that my Mom needed a wider width due to arthritis causing swelling in her feet, and suggested a pair of mens boots that fit perfectly and were really beautiful. But the store did not have them in a color that Mom liked. So this young lady called several stores along the eastern seaboard until she found the size and color that Mom wanted and arranged for them to be delivered to the Viewmont Mall location. I hope Carla knows how much we appreciate her help. If the powers that be at Journeys see this post....this girl deserves a raise! 😊

There is one location in Dickson city pa where the sales girl is very personable, very knowledgable and just an overall awesome sales woman! Ive encountered her twice during 2 of my visits to this store and each time I was beyond satisfied!!!
