My work hours are the same as the store hours. I had to purchase some last minute school items for my son and was finally able to leave work a little early to get there. I arrived at 435p (they close at 5) and there was a rude woman standing inside the door not allowing anyone in. I normally try to shop local, but I’d rather spend at Wal-mart than be treated the way I was yesterday.

Its a mess, no one helps you, they stand at the counter talk...the hangers have wrong sizes on them, 2 of the the 2 jumpers they had in the size I needed were stained, the clothes are jammed so tight you cant get them out to look at them without pulling a bunch out at a time, then you cant get the back in to hang....the sizes are not separated, its like shopping in a picked over thrift store....for 28.00 a piece, no thanks...do better.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful with my daughter in finding the items she needed to start the new school year and first year of her chefs courses. And the items that she had to have embroidered were done the next business day. Of all the times Ive been here, its always been a pleasure dealing with the staff.

Starr uniform staff was wonderful and more then happy to get our order ready and done in a short period of time. And for the lowest price in the area (and I did call several places) they were about 5-6$ cheaper per item!!! The woman that helped me really knew her stuff, she answered all my questions and was able to give me options that I didnt even know existed. Over all great local place to get embroidery work done or school uniforms.

They were fully stocked with school uniforms in all sizes, even at the last hour before first day of school. I will never drive around aimlessly in search of embroidered school shirts again. My one stop shop going forward will be at Starr Uniform!

Came here with gift cards for my girls. The cashier that took care of me was so nice. While I was being checked out, I had to stop for a while because my teenager decided to take forever deciding what to do with the remaining little bit we had left. The cashier was so patient. The variety of items was endless & I loved that. They were out of sweatpants for my niece that is 7 though. I was lucky to find a pair in the boys section, just a pair.

Their hours are terrible and they dont actually keep them anyway. I left work early today and the place was closed at 4:20 in the afternoon. Was supposed to be open until 5pm. Theyre overpriced and the store is a disorganized mess. I dont know how they have so many customers or how they have so many good reviews. I mean they arent open weekends, they open at 9:30 and close at 5. They clearly dont cater to working parents!! This is why I shop online.

If you need school uniforms for your children this is the place to go! They were out of long sleeve embroidered shirts in my sons size and they went out of their way to get them made for me. And even advised that that particular company runs bigger in size and advised I get a size smaller. They also have nurses scrubs and other adult uniforms. Will definitely be going back!

We needed school uniforms immediately for my child who was starting school the following day. The staff was helpful and friendly and they had pre-embroidered shirts available in the size we needed. Highly recommended.

Very expensive for uniforms but it is the only place to get certain items for uniform code. A Bow was $8.... $8!!! The pants were 10-15 I can get them much cheaper elsewhere.

We ordered a total of six jackets for our EMS service at a cost of around $900. After receiving a confirmation e-mail and several weeks had passed, we received no communication from the company and no updates on the order. I called Starr Uniform, and they said that the jackets were backordered, but should be shipping by the end of the week.Early the next week I followed-up and was told that the jackets had shipped today but that the order confirmation and tracking numbers were in another part of the building. The person I spoke to assured me tracking numbers would be e-mailed to me by the end of the day. Two days later, I finally received an e-mail with tracking numbers, confirming that the items had shipped that day. That is, a Starr Uniform employee lied to me and told me the order had shipped when he knew this to be false.I understand that, occasionally, there will be mix-ups and there will be problems with orders. When a company goes so far to hide these mistakes that they lie to their customers there are serious problems. Whether its training, problems with a single employee, or a systemic problem with the entire company I dont know. However, when it takes over a month and several phone calls to get a single order shipped, I know that I wont be buying from them again.

I hated it. I found out, at checkout that every shirt had a different price. I was, embarrassed because, it was more than I, expected and more than I wanted to pay. They had no prices on the clothes so a person didnt know what it cost til checkout . All the shirts were overly priced. I wound up only buying one shirt for my son for school. Because it was just too much. They used to be 10 dollars each. Yesterday It was $16.50, $14.50 and finally $12.50. Crazy price for a mens medium- student -uniform school shirt wouldnt you say?
