It would have been better however the associate that was standing next to my cashier was very unwelcoming. I mean everybody has a bad day but you have a customer service job at least keep your opinions to yourself and put a smile on your face. Come on now be grateful you have a job youre getting paid. Just smile and be pleasant...

A little bit of everything in this store! Lots of unique tee shirts to choose from...usually something for everyone. My daughter enjoys the K Pop merchandise. Prices vary but more towards the medium-high range. Service has always been good. Worth checking out.

Great store. The only drawback was that they only had one girl working at the cash register while the other girl (who I assumed to be the manager) just putzed around. They technically have two registers, why dont they have them both open?

OMG. I love Hot Topic, its my favorite store. I come here like everyday and the service is great and so are the people, there is nice and they have a lot of jewlery and clothes, makeup and they have a lot of merch of the people I listen to also. Always a pleasure going here the manager can guide you to anything youre looking for. If they dont have an item they can usually get it.

Last time I went the staff were super nice! One lady even helped me find some adorable pins!! Even when I couldn’t choose which pop to get they were patient so over all super great!

The staff were very helpful in trying to find a pop. Even going so far as to check Google! Thank you for going the extra mile.

Have to admit I dont know about what most of the stuff in the place is about but my daughter sure does!!! And she absolutely loves that place!!! She found some interesting things she couldnt find anywhere else and most of what she got was on sale! Plus they gave us 5 bucks off for my birthday. Really fun shopping there.

Sorry, but not sorry. Not a great selection on the shelf. What is good is poorly organized.Service is slow but not many employees.Then sale prices are decent but anything non-promotional is rather steep. Definitely check out the other similar stores in this mall before making a purchase you think might be too high. They just might have it or an equivalent for less.

Normal Hot Topic with the normal Hot Topic products. The staff was friendly though and checkout process was fast.

Been going to HotTopic since I was about 11. (My family was built on killer b horror movies, a marriage that occurred on Halloween, dark humor and good music) Usually a little expensive for me but their products were fantastic so I never minded saving up to go there from time to time. Since its arrival is now closer to where I live and I make a decent amount at my job, this has been my new favorite place to be. The staff are awesome. When my friend was visiting from Virginia, her and I came here and the lovely lady at the counter and her coworker were play P!ATDs new album at the time. And I squealed to my friend how much I loved them. The woman said If you stay for about another half hour it will be playing again since I love them too. My face lit up because not many people knew the band earlier in their career and this young women was close to my age! I wanted to stay if only to hear the music but my friend and I would have never left if we agreed. Definitely a memorable day that day and it made a day that was both joyful and sad, (she was visiting and then forced to head home) much better. I didnt know the ladies names but I want to thank them for giving my friend and I a good memory to cherish. That one sentence made my day.
