Variety has gone down but prices have not. Only way to get good items at good price is to catch a sale or clearance

Id give it 4 stars of they had anyone working there. No one in the shoe department and one register operating in the whole store.3 stars only because I was able to rummage through the stock and find the shoes I wanted in a size I needed

I love this store. Great sales great clothing. Went there school shopping for my grandson. Got a pile for 200 bucks. Always a clean store.

Terrible experience. Store was absolutely trashed I couldnt find anything I was looking for in that mess. The fitting room was a disaster overflowing with clothes. I felt bad for the poor associate trying to keep up with it all. There seemed to be no employees working on register. JcPennys has really gone down hill. Disappointed

Very disappointed in my shopping experience today. It was very difficult to find anyone working there to check out, and when I finally found an open check out counter, the employees working there were very rude.

Curbside pick up in a joke! Nobody answered the phone. Called multiple times, then asked to speak to store manager and sat on hold for 15 minutes with nobody coming to the phone. Just cancelled my order, I’ll go elsewhere

Went to Sephora to update my makeup brands. I told the girl what I was looking for. She guided me thru all the products. Knew which ones would work best for me. I spent some money but there was no way I would know what to buy myself. I would like to give her credit for her knowledge but I never got her name. Her makeup was gorgeous.

Ladies at jewelry counter where rude and didnt let my girl try on or hold any of the rings. Just cause people look a certain way doesnt me they dont have money.

My go to place for reasonably priced pants that last and fit me best. I avoid holiday shopping so my in-line wait times have always been reasonable. All my staff experiences here have been positive too. Kudos!

The place looks great. I usually buy high quality bourgeoisie type mens clothes. I like the Anne Klein long sleeve dress shirts. Moderate prices. Not quite as low as Gabes. I thought J c P going out of business but this one offers a nice shopping experience for the gay in this straight dude.

I have always really liked JCPenneys but like most stores they have very low inventory and almost no help which is frustrating because theres long lines to check out and Im afraid that if they dont consider that more and more people are going to start going to other stores Thats the only reason I gave it a three star

Definitely my favorite department store inside the Viewmont Mall. I usually go there to buy suits and Ive been getting complements on them ever since. They have a great selection of almost any item. The only downside is that department stores as a whole are going out of business and sometimes their stock Is low. Other than that, the staff is nice and helpful.

Normally a 5 star, but with Covidvrules, you cant try anything on. It makes shopping difficult.

I went in here to try on some shoes and accidentally sharted. I left without buying anything and went and cleaned myself up. Ill go back again someday, but only if I dont eat at Taco Bell the night before. I lost my best pair of underwear at this store, thus the 3 star rating.

Called 1 day before Christmas and was told they would hold a drone for my grandson. I went to pick it up and was told they had none! It was Christmas Eve and it was the only thing he asked for.

This store is changing for the better. I saw a big difference this year with product. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, name brands and a full department store experience. I will most definitely spread the word. I do recommend to friends and others to give it a new look.....

The women plus size section needs an overhaul.Its a big mess and and what they offer is for women 60 and older. They need more updated fun cloth in that department, to attract a younger people.

Jcpenney is a nice department store. No body can beat their price. I was in store week ago, and their sales were great, I was able to buy four garments for $12.00. They have suits, pants, sports coat, shirts, ties,all kids clothes, womens clothes, jewelry, watches, pots and pan,blender, toaster, all kitchen stuff, blankets, bad spreadsheets, pillows a d much much more. Better price better place.
