Going of business, sad day!

I had a store credit of $69.95 from 2009 which I wanted to use today. One of the owners, Carol, refused to honor it as she said they were unable to verify it hadn’t been used prior. She stated the receipt was only for my record and since they updated the computer system there’s not record within the store. It is horrible to not value my business or hard earned money or to think that I’m attempting to re-use a credit. Clearly, there is little regard for customer relationships and the preservation of them. I, personally, will not be shopping at Suburban going forward.

Giving a 5 star rating because the sales associates were very kind and helpful. I wish they had better sales. Prices are a bit steep.

Nice store in a great location with top notch, name brand attire. The staff Is also very eager to help. Very friendly.

Love this place to get scrubs and work shoes. You can catch some good sales too!
