Being new to Arizona amid a pandemic has been tough to find new doctors! Dr. Wooten’s staff was super helpful finding an appointment time that fit my schedule and wasn’t 3+ months out like a lot of other appointments/doctor’s offices. Everyone was very kind and helpful throughout the process of my appointment! Dr. Wooten is amazing and was thorough in her explanation of everything, including helping me understand my options!! At the end of the day, I got some glasses to help with work and reading, and I am so excited!

I always have a great experience at Ironwood Eyecare! The office is very welcoming and Dr Wooten and her staff are always very professional and friendly. They make sure I can see my very best and that my eyes are healthy, and they work with my contact and glasses prescription until I’m totally satisfied with it. Ironwood Eye Care has been able to help me when others couldnt. Also, very professional and friendly office. I have been a patient for two years now, the staff is very professional and the Doctors are fantastic.This year I had my eye exam with Dr. Allison Wooten, OD. I am very happy with the services I have received and have booked my next years appointment .

They are not recommended they want to charge you for every non imp and irrelevant thing. They will give good quality service if only you pay out of pocket to their usless demands Like before checkup they will ask you what kind of drops you prefer non blurry $35 medium $25 or blurry free . I mean seriously what if someone needs to drive back and dont have budget to spent $35.. they shall risk their lives back or wait whole day to reverse blurry eyes. Disappointed!

Sold me contacts per a $100 rebate. They never said they operated under a different name So the rebate didnt go through. Contacts gave me an eye infection.

Wonderful staff members . They really care about your questions and answered honestly. Doctor is knowledgable and kind to take time with young kids. Though glasses are high range but when I put on my glass first time from them I have to admit it that glass made of very good quality anti reflecting coating. I saw other reviews before visiting about prices but really satisfied after care and with glasses. It is little pricey but you got what you pay I believe. This is my first time here. We liked it and definitely recommend this place to others.

While taking my wife to her Doctors appointment in Scottsdale, the lens of my glasses fell out. And being from Prescott, we knew nothing of the area we were in, or where to find someone who could help us fix them. Luckily I had my GPS. And even more luckily Ironwood Eye Care was just down the block.We were greeted warmly by the girl behind the front desk. NO problem, we can fix that. A woman I suspect was the Doctor took my glasses in the back. She returned and asked if I had my prescription, because they were progressive bifocals and almost round, the lenses had to be put back in a very specific position.When she was finished my glasses were cleaned and returned to me. No charge. And before I could get the words out, SHE thanked US for coming in.With people like that working for you, you can be assured of the continued success of your business. i want to recommend these smiling people to anyone in need of eye care. They rock.

Dr. Greene is by far the best optometrist I have seen - at thats quite a few. I never am really comfortable with a Dr. right out of school - or one that has been too comfortable for decades to keep up with changes and technology. Dr. Greenes practice is cutting edge if not setting the edge for others to keep up with. I had recently had my eyes examined at THE big warehouse store optician but before investing in a new pair of glasses, wanted to confirm my prescription since it had been nearly 4 months. Not only was it off, but after an amazingly thorough exam . . . I could hardly believe how sharp and in focus everything was with my new glasses. I literally didnt realize what I had been missing.At 66 I am learning to appreciate that not all professionals are created equal - Dr. Green is exceptional and I appreciate the wonderful assistance Rosa provided in finding the glasses and choosing lenses that are perfect. I would give 10 Stars if it was an option!

I have been to optometrists all over the U.S. for 55 years and the people at Ironwood are by far the best I have ever done business with. They do a very thorough analysis of your eyes and tell you what needs to be done to maintain your eye health. Their prices are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. So, if you want a simple eye exam and a cheap pair of glasses then go to the box stores. Personally, my sight has no price tag.

My husband and I have been coming here for the past couple of years and we have to say, they treat us like family. The staff is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. We highly recommend them to anyone.

The examination is very thorough and the provider seems very knowledgeable of his profession. Be prepared to pay the very highest retail prices to have eyeglasses made. Most curious is the fact that the provider mentioned continually that he, presumably in a past career, examined the eyes of military pilots and astronauts. He mentioned this not just once but repeatedly throughout the examination, seeming to be a little obsessed or perhaps needy of the validation. I was put-off by a poster of a biblical quote in the restroom of all places but maybe thats just me. Again, the examination is very thorough but overall the experience was just a little bit uncomfortable so I will not make a return visit.

AMAZING! First, I made a last minute appointment with Zocdoc. I called to confirm and it was confirmed immediately. Next, I Get there and everyone was warm and welcoming... they had candy for my daughter and had decorated the office for Halloween. Then, as I was being examined, the conversation was nice and they entertained my five year old who talked non-stop and is learning to spell so you know how that can be. Julie, who is the GOAT, gave my kid coloring sheets and crayons and then proceeded to get on the FLOOR to help my daughter color. Sooo sweet. Doctor Allison Wooten is young and vibrant and fun. She’s so sweet, she gave my baby a free mini exam to show her what I had just done because she was worried about the doctors hurting her mama. They complimented my makeup so much. Julie humored me and let me try on Harry Potter glasses lol. They were so patient with my busy 5 year old who couldn’t stop looking at herself in the hand mirror I asked her to put down but they didn’t mind. Thank you guys! Amazing service. I didn’t get any glasses just because I’m so indecisive but they gave me my prescription in case I found some online that I thought were cute. :)

After my last checkup at Ironwood they gave me an incorrect printout of my prescription. As a result I have been 6 weeks without reading glasses and have had to pay 2 deductibles. They have a sorry not sorry attitude for customers when they make a mistake.

I booked an appointment several months in the past for my daughter. We have been on vacation out of the country, so when they emailed and called to confirm the appointment I wasnt available to confirm the appointment. Imagine my surprise when I showed up to her appointment this morning only to find out they took us off the books. I have never had a business do that before. Up to now I had been happy with them, due to this inconvenience I wont return for my daughter, myself, or my 4 other kids.

My children just started school and needed eye exams. Ironwood Eye care did an outstanding job taking care of my family. The entire exam could not have gone any better.
