No matter if is a late or early model BMW Nate is the Guru of the valley. Nobody knows there way around an 850 then Nate. I highly recommend Babbitt! They are great in every way. (Friendly, kind, speedy and quality work) This is the second visit with my 2007 M Z4 Coupe. As this is a pretty rare car, I don’t trust it with just anybody. This visit I got a new battery and headlight bulb. Easy “same day” fix. They did a great job and I really appreciate it. This place is THE place to bring your car if you don’t want to spend a mint at the dealer but still seek reassurance that your car will receive the specialized care it requires. These guys know BMW and do excellent work. I’m very pleased after they serviced my 2009 328 (e90) and my son’s 2007 e90.

Best place and prices I found in Phoenix area for maintenance/ repairs on my BMW 328i N26 engine. Had my whole timing/oil pump chain mechanism replaced for about half of what other shops were going to charge. Danny at the front desk was super cool and honest, helped me save money and get the best deal for what I wanted done. Would come back anytime.

Like most here I took my certified pre owned 2018 440I to the dealership just to get an outrageous quote from BMW North Scottsdale to replaced a cracked radiator. So I decided to look for another BMW mechanic and found Babbitt called them got a quote close 450 less than what the dealership quoted me!! Got there fixed my car within the day for way less! Very professional staff and safe to say I found my new shop moving forward!

Ive been having my BMWs serviced at Babbitts for nearly 20 years. Babbitts is the best in the business. Danny at the North Scottsdale location is super cool and super helpful. Danny is the best too. I cant recommend Babbitts highly enough. Five stars all the way!

They replaced my driveshaft and differential bushings. As well as installed new brakes rotors. Also did my ac evaporator. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I have a third party warranty which they’ve worked with every time and every time I’ve saved thousands. These guys are amazing and friendly and timely.

Ive used Babbitt twice this year as my 2017 BWM 440xi had JUST gone out of warranty service. Great service above and beyond. Had car towed in on a Friday afternoon after a severe coolant leak. Diagnosed quickly, parts ordered and installed Monday. During work, battery failed. It was under warranty from Interstate (purchased in a California shop). Jen went out of her way to find a local dealer who had a battery in stock and replaced battery under warranty without any charge. Great service and I am now a lifer there for any BMW connected work.

Online scheduling of appointment was easy and when I dropped off my wife’s BMW 325CI, Service Manager Danny Flynn was there to confirm services requested and other items they would be including in the overall vehicle check. Before any work was performed, Danny called me to describe items requiring maintenance and the exact price (out the door). All work performed (oil change, replace rear struts, and new battery) ahead of schedule, vehicle cleaned (interior & exterior), and Danny & Tech were there when I picked up the vehicle to explain the items repaired and to answer any questions. Babbitt Motor Werks is the only place I will bring our BMW’s in for servicing because of the professional customer service, honesty, and quality of work performed. The level of professionalism and courtesy at Babbitt Motor Werks should be taught in business classes. The place knows how to treat a customer with respect and fairness. No price gouging here. The costs for work are reasonable and fair, especially when you decide to price shop for similar services. Babbitt exceeds expectations.

I started going to Babbitt with my old BMW about 10 years ago. They’ve always gone above and beyond and now that my “newer” car is out of warranty I’ll be doing all of my repairs at Babbitt. This week I needed a new fuel pump and fuel module, ugh.When I picked it up yesterday and drove it, it brought tears to my eyes. Babbitt corrected A/C issues that confused even the excellent dealer service department instead of replacing expensive subsystems. They found and offered a battery upgrade after having already already ordered and receiving the standard start-stop replacement part, offering me the option to wait an hour to get a 20% higher capacity one for the same price. They are competent, honest and seem to always look out for my best interest rather than jumping to an immediate repair.

Coolant leak that I could not determine it’s origin was located immediately. They had an option for repair that while requiring a fair amount of disassembly was done in a day. Compared to dealership cost of $7 to 9,000, my invoice was $1,800. Progress photos taken along the way and a personal explanation upon pickup of finished job. A small professional shop for BMW automobiles.

I enjoy going into the Hayden location. They know who you are by your second visit and call you by name which is highly unusual. They are very customer service oriented and professional. I am extremely impressed.

They also provided me with quotes to do further repairs that totaled more than $2,000, but also told me none of the additional work was urgent and could be postponed for at least another 10,000 miles. Honesty, good advice no hard sell at the very reputable place.

Jen, and Danny in the front office, and the tech who worked on my car were simply outstanding. I apologize for not knowing the technician’s name. The technician’s too often don’t get the credit they deserve. If you have a Mini Cooper and you need “whatever” you absolutely owe it to yourself to give Babbitt a chance. You won’t be disappointed. Pricing is outstanding compared to a dealer and their technicians have all of the required certificates. I picked up my car after hours and it took me a couple try’s to figure out my driving lights but I couldn’t be more pleased.

I’ve brought my car into Babbitt on a few occasions now and have been pleased each time. They are very honest about what needs to be addressed immediately and what could be delayed if necessary. In addition they are always very friendly and make sure I understand the extent of all work being performed. I strongly recommend this shop!

I was referred to Babbitt by a friend and was very happy with my experience there. My car needed a service which was completed promptly, during the service they called to discuss a couple of issues that they found, and so I had the repairs done at that time too. My bill was very reasonable for the work I had done and Danny at the front desk could not have been more helpful. We moved to Scottsdale a year and half ago and I did not care for the dealership here in Scottsdale so I have found my place to take care of my car!

I had heard about Babbitt from Beemer Haus a few years back. They were only in Tempe at that time. They now have a new location in North Scottsdale which is more convenient for me.My serpentine belt broke while starting the car, from a cold start. Im just glad I wasnt driving. It was late on Saturday night. Sunday morning I did some research to figure out where to tow the car and found that Babbitt had a location in North Scottsdale. I had the car towed there and went to the website to set an appointment with details of what the issues were with the car. The ability to set the appointment online is awesome. It was super easy and took less than five minutes. They provided me a confirmation via email.Monday morning I arrived at the shop to drop off the key and spoke to Danny. Once they had time to assess the damage he called me. He was very knowledgeable about the repair and explained everything in detail. He also informed me of the overall condition of the car and other issues that were found. It wasnt a high pressure sale, he gave me options, quotes, and let me pick how I wanted to move forward. They were very reasonable with the price. My repair would have easily been $3k+ at the BMW dealer. So happy I gave them a chance. They repaired my vehicle and had it ready to go the next day. He showed me photos he had taken of the current issue. So glad I decided to give Babbit a try. No regrets and I have found my new BMW shop. I will definitely be using them again. I had an awesome experience with Babbitt Motors as always. A returning customer.

Yesterday morning, I got in my car and immediately knew something wasnt right...and about 30 seconds later, the check engine light came on, confirming those fears. I was going to take my car to the dealership (which is what I normally do), but I could tell I wasnt going to make it the 25 miles. I know that BMWs are finicky, and that not just any repair shop will do; Im also very particular about making sure my car is well taken care of. I looked up BMW repair shops in my area, and found nothing but glowing reviews for Babbitt North Scottsdale. I called the shop, and Danny told me he could get my car in right away. Not more than four hours later, it was ready to go, with new ignition coils for a very reasonable price (which was what I suspected was wrong), and not a single, outrageous service upsell like they try to do at the dealership. My car had even been run though a quick wash, which was immensely appreciated after the storms wed had the last week. These guys are awesome, and I would not hesitate to bring my car here again.UPDATE: I brought my car in again after the low coolant light came on. I knew I was due for a new expansion tank soon, and figured that was the problem, but these guys checked everything out and said that I didnt actually have any leaks at all, and that there was no need to perform service if I didnt want to. I did end up having the tank replaced, because I knew I was on borrowed time with it anyway, but I am appreciative of the honesty of this shop!

I have a 2002 Z3 with 122k miles. I have been babying it since I bought it in 2006. I have been taking my car to Babbitts since theyve been in Mesa. I highly trust their mechanics for any maintenance and car issues. Eric (back then) and now Danny have excellent customer service and personable. Plus, their quote is always spot on and reasonable. Highly recommend Babbitts.

I brought my 2015 X5 in for a scheduled oil change to the North Scottsdale location. The online scheduling was easy and straightforward. Staff was friendly and courteous. Along with the oil change an overall check of the vehicle was performed, vehicle was vacuumed, and washed. Because of the great customer service and pricing, I will be bringing my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle to Babbitt Motor Werks for all future service needs.

I have a Bmw 328i and recently a bmw 659 .. both convertibles .. I have been using babbit for general maintenance for over five years now .. their service is always good and just as important to me — always on time .. pricing versus having my car serviced at the local BMW dealership is very good .. they are customer friendly .. and most impatiently, as mentioned, they are always on time .. little waiting time if you have an appointment .. Danny, at the front desk is very good at explaining in layman’s teens what is going on .. just a very well run business imo

Babbitt Motor Werks took the time to thoroughly diagnose an issue with my 2003 BMW M3 that three other shops had looked at and suggested a $2,500 to $3,000 replacement or rebuild of the Vanos. Babbitt techs determined that faulty wiring was resulting in error codes and fixed the issue for a fraction of what I would have paid for a replacement or rebuilt Vanos that would have still been throwing off codes from the wiring. While doing this work they also recommended other maintenance work (its an old car), but were not pushy about it and actually suggested that a couple of items could wait. Really appreciate the work done there.
