Youve found your mechanic! I had a transmission code on my truck. I had another shop diagnose the issue: they said it needed a $4500 transmission replacement. Todd (the MAN!) at First Class performed his independent exam of the issue: a transmission service and replacement of a solenoid was actually the problem. Best $300 Ive spent in a long time.This shop is honest, reliable, fast, and has my business from this day forward. Nice job guys, appreciate having you!

Had several things I wanted done on my Mercedes. AIR RIDE, TRANS SERVICE, weight bag under passenger seat, and climate control panel.Was very pleased on what was done. Wrote a review and received a reply from owner. Just had tires and wheels put on an made it ride rougher. Thought it might be on the air ride. Took it back and they checked it out. Tires had 40 lbs of air. Dropped pressure and car rides great again. Thanks for your fast service.

Timely excellent service at a reasonable price

I would like to say that First Class Auto Service rocks it. I have had them do a complete motor replacement along with a clutch and transmission on a different car. Both times they got it done on time with no issues afterwards. Call Ray and he will take great care of you.

Not only did they go above and beyond, but they ended up telling me my service was on the house. One of the rare honest and fair auto mechanics I’ve run across in my experience. Ray and Keith are very knowledgeable and only recommend service that your car actually needs. My family will continue to take our cars there and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I came here for getting oil changed and to check the hood latch wire which was cut half way. The guy at the front told me he wont change the oil unless I also fix the hood latch wire (which costs more than $200). I told them I would come back later for hood latch wire fix as the hood still closed, and it was a lower priority right now since I had my work appointment in couple of hours. Surprisingly, he rudely told me go somewhere else for oil change if I dont get both fixed together. He didnt even check the hood before making the recommendation.Needless to say I took to the other place nearby and got the oil change without having to fix the hood latch wire immediately.

Probably the fastest, most efficient shop I’ve been to. They’ll take the time, answer all your questions, & keep you very well informed throughout the entire process. I myself, was looking for a regular shop to take my vehicle & I’ve definitely struck gold w/ First Class.

Excellent customer service from Ray and his team. The shop performed a full engine replacement at a great price and addressed a few things that needed to be repaired because of a slight delay at no charge. They went above and beyond to satisfy me as a returning customer.

Well usually no problems after repair. But had to return for new leak when a line got bumped during initial repair. That was fixed and all good until plastic cover for bottom of engine came halfway off while wife was driving on the 101! Got this fixed. Just being honest. As I said normally all goes perfect. I will go back!👍

Ive been going to First Class Auto Service for some time now. Probably should have written a review before this, but at least Im getting to it now. Each time I go to First Class Auto, I am more amazed than the last. Ray is about as honest a guy as there is in the industry. They do great work, and the prices are more than reasonable.Just recently brought my truck in, to have the AC repaired and an alignment done. Now obviously the alignment is no big expense, but the AC could have easily cost me some bucks. In fact, if the price had been up there, I wouldnt have thought about it twice. However, it turns out that it was a simple fix, and I got out of there pretty darn painlessly. Some places might be inclined to jack-up the price to make it worth their while, but not these guys. They even fixed a broken door handle I had on the drivers side.All in all, a fantastic place, with knowledgeable mechanics and great customer service. Just look at all the Thank You cards on the wall when you get there. So glad I found one of the best shops in town.Thanks for the great work!

I have also experienced above-and-beyond efforts, such as rides to and from work, and rental cars when necessary. What I have respected most is that in a situation when things were not competed to satisfaction, their team always took the time to make things right. Perfection is difficult to come by when working with an automobile, but integrity shouldnt be. First Class Auto Service is a repair shop of high integrity.

Only went here because my regular shop was closed Friday for the Labor Day weekend. I left my car there for a wheel alignment. No warning lights were on when I dropped it off. Nothing. I just needed a front wheel alignment. When I went back to pay and pick it up I was told it was all good and ready to go. $62 please. Paperwork I was given had no mention of any problems or issues. I was like, awesome, good to go and I even asked specifically if there any problems with it? They said nope, have a good day. Not a great public relations shop but hey, this was only because my shop was closed and I needed it done. I got into the car and started it up and low and behold, there they were, the ABS and traction control lights were on. I thought to take it right back in there but I was running late for work. Brought it back first thing Saturday morning But they were closed. So I went back early on Wednesday morning (couldnt make it there Tuesday due to work) and noticed that there was no vehicles being worked on at the moment, so I figured that they could check it right quick and that maybe the mechanic accidentally unplugged the wheel hub sensor. So I went in and explained the situation and the guy was a jerk. He simply cut me off said Okay, Im gonna need the car all day so leave it with us and well let you know what it is and i was like Huh? I cant just leave my car I work too well when can you leave it because Im gonna need it all day and thats what he repeated to me just before he decided to take a call and ignore me. I was to say the least very upset but I just left at that point and called my shop and they were like yeah come on in, well check it out for you no problem and I know now where my business will go, even if I have to wait a few days. its just that added feeling you get from a business that makes you feel connected. The guy at the front desk, maybe hes the owner or maybe hes just an employee, needs to learn some people skills because thats just not how you treat a paying customer. Unless of course he didnt want my business there, in which case, he won.

I have been a customer for years. They gave me an estimate of about $1400 for a timing belt/ water pump combo. When they got fully under the hood it was a bolt that had sheared off from an idler pully. That and added on oil change and they serviced the air conditioning walked out for under $600. Went to Ray and his awesome crew last year, with both my cars. Initially I went to them for an alignment. I soon discovered they do everything. I went to one of his local competitors for my 2000 Cadillac Escallade, and was over charged, for something they never completely fixed! I went to Ray, and his guys and they discovered that the other guy shouldnt even had serviced the component!
