Was my 1st time there. Guys were great. Dealt with my broken trunk lock right away and for a price that I think was definitely fair.Will definitely be taking the car here for regular maintenance.

Ive been using AutoHaus of North Scottsdale for years. Every time I bring my cars in they have been super friendly and courteous. Their prices are very reasonable and quality of work is beyond excellent. Chris has always been my service manager but this time I had Josh. It was a change but both were excellent. I would highly recommend the shop. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Sadly I can only give 5 Stars. I swear I dont get anything for this review.

I have been taking my vehicles to Autohaus for more than 10 years! A close friend recommended their shop and service because of their location many years ago. I am happy I tried them out! In my opinion, they are very thorough, easy to work with and they stand behind their work! I take my vehicle to Autohaus because they listen to me when I tell them what I think is wrong with my vehicle and then check it out. Charles and his wife took the time to get to know me, my daughter and grandbaby. They treated us with respect. I highly recommend them because of the personal relationship I built with the owner, Charles and his family. In the service industry, good customer service is essential. My experiences at Autohaus has been nothing but great customer service, every time! The staff at Autohaus are very personable and they don’t overcharge me for the work they perform on my vehicle!! Ive been using Autohaus of North Scottsdale for the past 7 years to maintain my Mercedes, BMW, and Audi vehicles. Their work, honesty, and customer service is outstanding. Without question, this is the best automotive shop Ive ever used in my 45 years of vehicle ownership. They never try to up sell you services or parts you dont need. I recommend them to any owner of a European brand vehicle. Even my friends in Payson and Prescott make the drive down to use this shop...theyre that good!

I have been using Autohaus Scottsdale for a couple of years now. I got tired of getting ripped off by the MB dealer, searched high and low for an honest MB shop that won’t take you to the Cleaners. The shop is 40 miles away from me, but I won’t trust any other mechanic shop but them, and I have tried quite a few.Charlie the owner, Chris, and Josh are the most honest, pleasant, and professional individuals you can hope to work with. They always mange to accommodate my schedule on short notice, and do the job right the first time. I have used them for major engine repairs, AC, and regular maintenance on my 2 MB and 1 BMW I had. Superb service and they are reasonable. Tired of the rip offs at Penske. Last time for s B setvice they charge over $900.00 dollars. Here for a C service the charge was $300 plus reasonable. Loved the set ice I am now a client.

Had an easy experience from scheduling thru pick up. Dropped the car off, got an email with the estimate and and hour and a half later it was ready for pickup! Told me the car was in great condition and didn’t need anything more than the annual maintenance. Runs like a dream!!

These guys are so professional, helpful, honest, good natured, etc. I had always been a little nervous with a 10 year old AMG knowing the repair bills can be HUGE, but now that I found Josh and team, I am very confident that my car is well maintained and they will not take advantage of me.With my suspension suddenly making horrid noises and in need of a Series B service, they were able to show me the exact reason for the noises, were able to repair it at a great price and gave advice and assurance that the car will be in good hands with them going forward.

Have taken my 2005 BMW M3 to Autohaus for years and have always been totally satisfied. I love my car and wouldn’t trust it being serviced with anyone else. BMW dealer service is much too expensive and can’t be trusted to do only what is absolutely necessary. I love Autohaus!!!

After being told by BMW North Scottsdale that I would need two very expensive repairs, I took my X4 the Autohaus for a second opinion. Not only did they confirm that the services were not needed but the mechanic took me out and showed me the areas in question. The customer service was second to none and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. From now on I’ll be taking my business to Autohaus.

Had a minor issue with a sensor inside an Audi A5 rear bumper. Dealer’s solution was to replace the bumper. Autohaus removed the bumper, made a small repair, and reattached it – problem solved for about 10% of what the dealer wanted. They were also a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Brought it in for an oil change and an electrical issue. Without even asking they called the dealership and found out my car was still under warranty and suggested I take my Audi to the dealership to avoid any costly repairs. I drove in from SF On a Thursday encountered major oil leak. Loosing 2quarts every 50 miles. I called autohaus and they said bring it in Friday am. at 8. They troubleshot it N/C, showed me it was a blown valve cover gasket and I needed a new serpentine belt, they got on it immediately and I had my car back by 2 PM so I was safe to drive home Sunday. Super friendly really accommodating I would highly recommend them. Wish they were in SF.

This place has great service. I have a 2016 BMW I have used them twice now for brakes and general maintenance. They always answer the phone when I call. My car was ready in a day. I’m a girl so I get intimidated going to a car repair. Honestly they took the time to give me advice and answer all my questions. My car was perfect when I got it back - same as last time. Would highly recommend!

They were able to replace a single power seat motor versus the whole carriage and were both cost effective and timely.

Ive uesd Autohaus of NS several times when I owned a 2008 A6. I recently brought in a used car I was looking at getting to have them do a prepurchase inspection. They were on-time, thorough and friendly. Id gladly bring the car back here when its out of manufacturer warranty.

I take my car here because I’m certain they know how to work on German cars. Service is good but I was disappointed this time to get my car back dirty (oil stains on floor mat and hood) and not receiving the price I was quoted.

I dont know what happened; if Charles is no longer there, but I would definitely steer clear.

This is a top notch shop for your German ride. Chris and the team really take care of my BMW. I trust them to truly advise me on how to keep my car performing as well as it did the first day I got it.

I was told by dealer service manager that my Supercharger on 1998 SLK 230 needed to be replaced at a cost of $4000 the car only had about 35000 miles on it. I did not agree with diagnosis and asked local mechanic shop where we took other vehicles, they recommended Autohaus. I called and spoke to Charles he told me to bring car in the next morning. He called me back later that day and told me the car was ready to go. The problem was a rubber vacuum line with a hole in it, total cost of repair was less than $200.I highly recommend Autohaus as they are very reliable and general maintenance is approximately 50% of dealer cost. Charles, Chris and Josh run a very reliable shop and definitely have value added in their pricing as well.Thanks for keepin my 22 year old car running like new!

I am typically a price/service shopper, but, happily I dont have to worry about shopping for a mechanic any longer. I have taken our 2 cars to Autohaus for 50,000 mile service and oil changes and was pleased with the service and cost. Recently, when my wifes BMW air shocks collapsed, I called to see if Autohaus would be able to evaluate the problem, they got me in immediately and repaired the problem same day. Ive had 3 different cars serviced here over the last 7 years. At the beginning, I was pleased with the knowledge, honesty, and level of service provided. The service over the last 4 years or so has been absolutely horrible! If you consider 5 star service never answering your phone, not returning calls, not contacting your customers to give them updates, and it taking several weeks to get service, this is the place for you. It is very unfortunate because Charles is very knowledgeable on older BMWs and Mercedes, but unfortunately, they are completely inept at running a business.

My Benz E 350 required maintenance, a weird rattle noise when reversing, and air conditioning were not cooling correctly. Autohaus completed the F maintenance, secured the exhaust (loose screw), and removed the blockage due to leaves all for an inexpensive price compared to other major Benz shops. Autohaus is very honest and adhere to integrity when repairing your Benz. You are shortchanging yourself and losing thousands of dollars if you do not take your German car (Benz, BMW, Audi, and VW) to Autohaus. Honest and quality work at reasonable prices!

If youre reading this, most likely youre looking for a repair shop. My self after a recent relocation I found myself with an expiring temporary tag and in need for emission test. One of my cars had the check engine light on, requiring a new glow plug. I called five others repair (European) stations including one of the dealers and no one could get me in, minimum one to three days of waiting. When I called Autohaus I talked to the service adviser Jeremy and he agreed to change the bad Glow plug right away. He also suggested to replace all of them to have peace of mind, which I did. He managed to prioritize his work and to take me in within one hour. I waited there until the job was done and I had the emission test done right after in the evening.Bottom Line: Personal Service, very good price and a record time!!! Thank you Guys!!!

I have been using Charles, Chris and team for over 7 years now. They are terrific. I have 3 Benzs and wouldnt bring my cars anywhere else. They are fair, smart and know how to get the job done within a reasonable budget.

Charles and Chris are great, and its nice to have mechanics I can trust. They are always prompt and fair. Its the only place Ill take my car for mechanical work.

Charlie and the team were able to fix a problem with my G500 I had for years. I had spent thousands of dollars at the dealership and other specialists and years of frustration to fix an alignment and tie bar issue that took Autohaus a few hours and a couple hundred dollars to fix. I have stopped in with minor issues on my way home from work and not only do they fix it right away, some of the time they dont even charge me. They are honest, smart and know how to fix issues without charging ridiculous prices. This is a family run business that deserves these five stars.

These guys are big cheaters. Chris he charged me double for the rear window glass. He was very rude to me because he ruined gasket of my car and didnt fix oil leak.

Unfortunately I cant recommend the place. They are disorganized and made mistakes during two of my three visits. (They didnt write things down, everything was verbal so Im not surprised).I like the idea of the place since their prices are significantly lower than the dealer, and theyre close to my home, but with oil changes taking all day, no loaner vehicles, and the aforementioned mistakes Ill be going elsewhere.

I was helped by Chris their service manager, I cannot express how satisfied I am with the work done on my A4. I recommend Autohaus for their professionalism, quality of maintenance, and reasonable cost.

Now, they are caring for my sl 55 AMG. They have always been honest and backed up their word on all my dealings with auto Haus. I brought my car in because the check engine light came on stating it was a small vapor leak in the fuel system. They quoted me $60 to find out what was wrong with it. Brought it in, and they couldnt find the problem because they needed to a more extensive smoke test to find where the leak was which costs $200. However they said they would deduct the first $60 from the cost and credit the total diagnostic expenses toward the repair. I brought it back for the smoke test and they stated a gasket at the fuel sending unit needed to be replaced which was a $25 part. Total cost was around $240 with taxes. As soon as I drove home, the check engine light came on again for the same problem. Brought it back for the 3rd time, and they stated there was a clamp the mechanic didnt tighten properly which caused it. Great. Soon as I drove home again the light came on again. I went back again for the 4th time and they redid the smoke test. They discover the fuel sending unit itself was leaking and was hoping it was just the gasket. They quoted $270 for the part and 4 hours of labor to change it out. They stated they would only charge me 3 hours because of the prior diagnosis. Unfortunately, I had already paid for 2 hours of labor not 1 hour, but they wouldnt give me the credit as promised initially. In addition, I found out on the mercedes forums that the problem is very common, but it only takes 2 hours to do the job. I confronted them with this and Charles denied it stating it would be a minimum 3 hour job. I went to Schumacher Mercedes dealership and bought the original part for $230 from their parts department and changed the fuel sending unit myself. I followed the instructions posted on the forums by other members and finished the job in an hour and a half easily.In addition, I also inquired about a burning rubber smell coming from the engine. They said it was the expansion plugs at the back of the engine that were leaking oil onto the exhaust - easy fix 1 hour job $200. I found out that the plugs were just plastic caps that costed $25 from the dealer and took 10 minutes to change out - simply pry off with a screwdriver and pop back in.This is what happened when I went there. Wouldnt recommend going there even if their labor rate is $98 or whatever compared to the dealerships $139 - seem to be quoting more hours to do work and not crediting what theyre supposed to on diagnosis time or taking credit for screw ups.
