I called a DIFFERENT lock smith company to come help me get my car unlocked and they were 1.5 hours late, dressed unprofessionally, and set off the alarm. Luckily the owner of Scottsdale Roadside Service was at the same place I was and was able to give me his information so that he could come back and do it the right way. The owner was completely professional, on time, and completed the task in under a minute! I am so beyond grateful to have had this company so close by. Will be calling for any and all car needs in the future!!

I picked up a nail and ended up with a flat tire. It was late at night and Stephen was not able to find a tow truck for me, so instead he drove out to my car the next morning ( I had to work and he took care of everything) and put the donut on so I could bring my vehicle in after work.He took the flat tire and had it ready to go by the time I arrived at 5:30pm that night. He also had the other three tires waiting, which he didn’t upsell me, he told me the existing 3 tires would be fine for another 3-6 months, but I decided to change all of them since it was there and I wasn’t planning on getting rid of the vehicle any time soon. He gave me 6 different options for tires and his recommendation based on the mileage on my car and how long I’d need them to last.By 9:30am the next morning I got the call that my car was ready to go, new tires and wheel alignment completed. They checked EVERYTHING for me, gave me a detailed list of what to expect to have serviced in the future and when that would be. He even changed the oil for me.I appreciate all the honesty and transparency that Stephen provided. He was thorough about what needed to be done and when, and didn’t try sell me anything I didn’t need at this point. Hard to find quality, honest and prompt help these days. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I called him and explained that I had lost my key and I needed help getting into my carOur call lasted less than 3 minutes, he interrupted me and said he can’t do anything and disconnected the call. Meanwhile I’m was stranded outside @11pm, 40degrees outside.He was completely rude-Don’t call him if you’re in an emergency.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Very impressive customer service. After two other roadside services came and were unable to get us back on the road Steve was prompt and knowledgeable and got us going.
