First Dollar Tree Ive been at that had more than one lane open. The cashier was nice and I didnt have to wait because 4 lanes were open.

I was in line putting my items up on the check out belt when I asked the associate Veda began to speak to another associate about me and my family and how we held up her line adding all we got from their store. I immediately addressed in a nice manner how dare you speak of us in that way as if we were not standing here still that was horrible especially for us to have children in the store also. I asked for the manager who absolutely showed he cared for nothing at all. VEDA after did not apologize at all for how she was treating customers. I will not support disrespect to customers when they have work due to customers.

Came here on my way home to return a small fan, was told by a manager I couldnt as it didnt have a plastic tag. I had the label, and the receipt, but he refused. I explained the fan didnt work properly, and he accused me of lying just because the fan turned ON. Ridiculous. I returned it at my home store in Dyer.

I love the Scherville location its inviting, well stocked, efficient employees.

I have never experienced something so outrageous as a customer until today when I shopped at Dollar Tree in Schererville.I was at the register and the man (Will) working was consistently grumbling to himself while checking people out and I hear him use the f-word several times. Its time for my f-ing break. I get to the register and unload my things and tell him that its all one order but some things are bagged separately. He continues grumbling to himself, again while swearing the whole time.After I hear him say the f-word multiple times, I finally tell him to watch his mouth. He has the nerve to tell me that I need to be quiet because he was on the phone and I was interrupting his conversation. Unbelievable.I finish checking out and he throws my receipt on the register and walks away. Truly outrageous behavior by an employee. And this is not the first time I have observed this kind of behavior at this store. Just a week ago or so, as I was walking in, one of the female employees was in the back stocking the freezer while another female employee was on her phone. The first girl yelled out Its f-ing hot in here!I have never experienced anything like this before at any place I shop. I will never step foot in this location again.

Workers were nice. Mask wearing was not enforced :( Was good for a quick stop for disposable bakeware and disposable serving utensils. Not bad a bad selection of items for a dollar, but not good enough for more than 2 stars.

This location has so many items that I havent seen in Dollar Trees in my area. So many items for my DIY projects. I could easily be in the store for an hour. I will definitely make the drive to go here again.

I often go to Dollar Tree for party supplies etc. This store has a nice supply of about everything and some things you cant find at other stores. I would have given them 5 stars, but some shelves were almost empty--storage baskets/colored food trays.

Always find what I need at DT! Clean, neat store and very helpful staff.

This is a big Dollar Tree store, customer service is very good, they keep the place clean and the shelves filled and neat. They could use some renovation, but that to me is not as important as the previous aspects. Its conveniently located next to a tool store, a second hand shop, restaurants and even some doctores offices within walking distance.

Always good to get household items in a quick and affordable ways. The kitchen section is amazing. You can buy a couple of items and use them when you take items out of your house. Check out the toy section. A good way to stuff christmas stockings.

Very clean and organized...all the items and products are stocked neatly and are easy to find! Huge selection of items you cant find @ other Dollar Trees. Most importantly, a kind and courteous staff to assist customers!

Probably one of the worst stores I have been to. Yes everything here is a dollar, but in my opinion nothing is worth it. They never have enough lines open. When I was there three lines were open and the lines were very long yet they closed one lane. That makes no sense. The store is always disorganized and always feels like they are in the middle of renovations. Overall, I would not recommend coming here.UPDATEThe store is still terrible. I went in there to get a box of candy and there was only one lane open. The line was to the middle of the store. Yet there were numerous employees doing nothing.

Most likely the largest dollar tree Ive ever been in and as well very organized and clean despite the outer appearance of the store and parking lot.

We needed a little store like this on this side of town. Save you a lot of time from going to the grocery store if you just need an item or two on the spot. Real good prices too. A mini version of Walmart and Stracks mixed together.

I went for party stuff for my daughters birthday and first the clerk was rude about the balloons I asked about, and said he had to call someone ( that never happened) so I said forget the balloons and my total for what I picked up was 10.70, I asked if he could take $100.00 bill he said yes no problem, and gave me back $80.30 after saying 89.30 is your change but only gave me 80.00 and when I informed him he shorted me change he lowered and shook his head and went into his own pocket and handed me 8.00 and said I would be short a dollar, but then tried to take a dollar from the next customer to give me before he even rang her up, but needless to say I was more disappointed that I couldnt get balloons for my daughters birthday than I was about a kid trying to rip me off, his name was something like Westford, or Westforth, but he was definitely shady

Worst return policy - WARNING!, you can not return anything here. You can only exchange. Personally, I dont care if its a dollar or 10cents, if you dont allow me to return something I never opened then Im not returning. Theres other dollar stores that offer returns back on your credit card or cash....You lost me as a customer.

Everything was very neatly stacked and the shelfs were all lined up, most items were very easy to find, the store was very clean,good visit.

The employees at this store are friendly, and the prices are obviously good. I buy my otc meds such as sleep aides, face wash, paper products, and cleaning products at Dollar Tree. They are also the perfect place to purchase nail polish, makeup brushes, decorations, fake flowers, cheap toys, party favors, balloons etc. The reason for 4 stars: Dollar Tree Stores in nicer areas tend to have a larger selection.

Every item is $1. Wife uses disposable aluminium cake pans regularly and these are the the most reasonable priced we have found .

Called corporate and my call was never return. This store closes at 9 p.m and the manager locked the door at 8:54 p.m. 6 minutes is 6 minutes which the customers is entitled too.
