Everything is very easy to find and the store is always clean. Employees are very helpful.

I go there often for many things. Compared to other Price Chopper or Market 32 it have the best instock and they rarely have any expired merchandise on the sales floor.

Appearently you have to use only Price Chopper branded reusable bags.I had one Price Chopper bag, and a Target bag, and the clerk only packed items in the PC bag, the rest was placed back in the cart, took the Target bag, folded it up and placed it back in the cart.

My go-to grocery store. Admire their community commitment. Admire the free services offered through their pharmacy to help folks control their diabetes. Love their produce department: miss the old setup for the bakery, however. A big fan of whimsy... enjoyed buying this wonderful Minion body soap to keep me company while I shopped last week. Now stares at me whenever I hand-wash my dishes.

Good produce, pretty good meat. But fish stocked once a week, early in the week. (NOT Friday morning!) Absolutely terrible spice selection.

Aesthetically pleasing facility but the item selection is pretty average. It feels like 32 is going for an upscale feel but not offering anything you cant find at any retail grocer. My staff interactions were really good, I spoke with two different employees and they were both friendly and knowledgeable.

Where I come to get my prescription filled at while grocery shopping as well. Knock out 2 birds with 1 stone. Very clean and never crowded. Friendly and helpful staff.

This store is clean and spacious. I enjoy having the self-checkout option. The produce and fruit are always fresh. It is conveniently located near my home. Overall it is a great shopping experience!

I never have any problems. Everything goes smoothly. It would be nice if I was lucky for once and win on my lotto ticket I purchased.

Great variety layout of the new market 32 is some getting used to but once you know planogram the store it works out just fine signage could be a little bit older and bigger

A great store to shop in.

Manager was a great help. Several children and adults in different family groups were wearing masks improperly. I did not complete my whole shopping trip, as a result. During phonecall I made from parking lot, manager offered ways I could safely shop. Apparently enforcing mask law is not possible every time.

Prices are generally good. Inventory good. No lines. Some specialty stuff especially in Italian section but elsewhere the store brand is crowding out variety.

I had not been in this store in a while and was very impressed with the improvements in most of the store. When you first walk in you are hit with the wonderful layout. Everything is in the right place and items are easy to find. The store has the best freshest fruits, vegetables, fish and meat.I could find everything I needed and at decent prices. Market 32 is the only place in going to shop in, it just feels good to be in the store.

I wouldve given them 5 stars cause Price Choppers been my go to grocery store since I was a kid but today when I went to get some Redbull and snacks (exams tommorow) they were closed. At 11:15-20 pm and it says there open till 12 am. Which wasted my time and if it said they closed at 11 pm instead of 12 am like whats written on the website I wouldnt have wasted so much time. Now I have to drive all the way down 7 to get my stuff somewhere else which wasted a ton of time. Close on the time written on the website!!!10/18/21Got here at 11:10 and there closed again, just change the time on. Great place but this is annoying.

Market 32, ruined this place, they put bread in the produce section, i wish this was a price chopper again and the bread was next to the snacks and chips were moved by the pharmacy and the pharmacy aisles were labeled.

Recent renovations have given this location a much needed upgrade. Self checkouts are not worth the hassle. The butcher has excellent steaks, highly recommend.

Quality has been gradually decreasing. Ive been a loyal customer for over 30 years, but recently they have cut variety -- using only 1 manufacturer. I no longer find some of my favorite items & have to go to another store.The produce tends to be subpar (Ive purchased strawberries that were beginning to mold on several occassions).

Self check out worker yelled at my daughter for standing up in the cart I told the worker to not yell at my daughter. My husband and I were buying bags we scanned them then put our items in them that we were purchasing, the self check out worker told us we need to pay for the bags, I told her I scanned them theyre 50 cents I scanned all 4 of them she said I am going to check my screen because I know you didnt scan them she then saw they were scanned and said okay its there no apology or anything. I asked if there was a manager I can speak to she told me there is no manager I have to take my concerns to the 1-800 number. We will not being going back to this location any time soon.

Found everything I need was in and out cashy was v er polite

Never seen the most illogical signage ever. Only way to know what is in each isle Is to physically stand in front to see the sign. Cant see any other isles signage. So you walk around alot trying to locate the few groceries you need. ALL OTHER STORES HAVE 3 WAY SIGNS, SO YOU CAN SEE THEM FROM ANYWHERE IN STORE. Its so annoying I rarely go to price chopper any more. Someone got paid to design those signs. What a joke!!

This location has recent been renovated/rebranded with the fresh Market 32 look-and-feel. The produce and organic food sections and really the whole store has a much nicer flow and feel. Ive been visiting this location at least monthly for a few years and even before the renovation it has always been nice and clean and the service has been great.

Since it was remodeled it is much cleanerand food is of better quality - better atmosphere when shopping - good job following CDC rules

This is such a clean store with alwats fresh produce and a nice bakery and a good meat department. A one-stop shop for good groceries.

We shop here regularly, until now. Last night I bought 2 pints of Ben & Jerrys ice cream, originally $4.99 each but marked down to $2.99.In the parking lot we noticed Id been charged $9.98 instead of $5.98. I immediately walked back in with the items still in the shopping bag and found a store associate (SA). I assumed hed quickly refund the $4. The SA told me thats not on sale. I replied the freezer case shows its on sale.We arrived to the freezer together and he ripped the sale tag off the shelf, saying an employee should have taken that down because the sale ended yesterday.I didnt want the items at $4.99 each, and this SA was unwilling to honor the posted price. Two other SAs worked together to put the $9.98 back on my wifes credit card, and they took the ice cream from me and also said we wont be able to restock these now.These SAs acted as if they were poorly trained. A well-trained SA would have refunded me $4, and let me take the pints at the posted price. Moreover -- and this is par for the course with young Price Chopper employees -- there was no empathy for 10-15 minutes of my time being wasted because of a Price Chopper employees mistake.

The upgrade did nothing to improve the store and it seems that many of the the departments (bakery, butcher shop, seafood......) have gotten smaller. Selection not as good and some things are just missing now. Sad. Market 32 is now a name I feel is best to avoid.

Clean and well stocked.

I spend approx 200 weekly and go like shopping here because convenience and store is clean. The prices are higher then other supermarkets but still shop here as they carry mostly what I need. My big problem is now that they got rid plastic bags it is tough get someone to let you buy there paper bags as never have enough readily available. They seem so worried about collecting there five cents. They make up for this many times with there higher prices. With the Covid still here i would rather have throw away bags. I will probably be shopping more at Hannafords.

Super busy because of the upcoming holidays, customers are generally grumpy and impatient, but for the most part the employees were friendly. My only complaint was that the cashier seemed to be impatiently staring us down because the next woman in line was impatiently staring at her, and since I have a bad back and was in a lot of pain, I wasnt able to move quite as fast as i normally could.

Only one cashier usually open but self checkout pretty smooth beat to go when theres a sale

Rude and hostile customer service. One associate at customer service was occupied with a steam cleaner rental. The other associate apparently was regretting all her life decisions to that point and was taking it out on everyone else. She was snarky to myself and others from first contact. When I told her I had a return, she was downright hostile. Apparently, due to Covid they are not accepting returns. I wasnt told this when I made the purchase, but so be it. Nevertheless, she treated me and others with a lack of decency and respect. Ill gladly shop somewhere else from now on.

After a long weekend of moving after getting out of a10 hour I was able to fill my cart without looking at prices, just getting what we need, and I was completely satisfied with the price. Oh yeah, I was able to use cash that I worked for all week as an essential worker in a self checkout line. I wont go anywhere else as long as thats possible. Walmart needs to follow your lead and lead away😁

Went there to get rotisserie chicken that was advertised in the flyer for $6.99 and “tipping the scales at over 4 lbs”. The rotisserie chickens were 34 ozs. Was told the 4 lbs was probably prop to cooking. Loses almost 2 lbs in the cooking??? Deceptive advertising at best if not counted as false advertising.

Good selection and well stocked, but prices are significantly higher than the neighboring Hannaford, even with an advantage card.

Various Price Chopper stores are set up differently. In general most people pick the one that is set up in some way that is convenient for the way they like to go around and pick up things. I do not go here often because it is less convenient then other places, but they are convenient and they have a good selection of fresh vegetables.

Been a loyal customer for a while now never had a problem until today Felt like I was being profiled I don’t know maybe it’s cause I’m brown skin bet The cashier that cash me out acted a little funny she didn’t want to touch my advantage card she try to avoid me like I was a disease try to give it to her she tried to scan it from a distance it didn’t scan she told me put my hands up in the air so she can read the numbers avoid giving me my receipt just so she won’t touch my hand wow amazing the world we live in I bring my daughter to this store all the time I don’t ever want her to go to something like this just because the color of your skin make me feel sick to my stomach

I shopped here for a couple of specialty items which they had while other supermarkets dont. I was pleased with the selection. Parking was easy including handicapped spaces. The front entrance was accessible too. Its easy to see from Columbia Turnpike. The store was clean and well organized. The checkout personnel were friendly. Their discount card program saves a lot of money. Overall an excellent experience.

My husband and I love all your pharmacists (especially Rosanna), but we just want you to know that if Peggy leaves, we’re leaving, too. I don’t know what she takes that gives her such grace and patience, but it’s something no physician can prescribe. She is a 🌟.

Out of some sales items no raincheck

Went in for some microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. They had a big selection and the prices were reasonable. Got what I wanted and went through the checkout quickly. The cashier was friendly and fast

I bought marked down Easter candy the day after Easter and I didnt like some of what I bought. In the process of talking with a representative from Russell Stover about their product I was informed that the half off price that I paid was only 50 cents less than the suggested full retail price set by Russell Stover. I will never shop at Price Chopper again.

Best employees in an environment where your in direct contact with the public. Theyre very helpful, especially Vanessa a cashier everyone wants to check out with. Also Paul who stocks frozen food and helps the shoppers.

I think the prices are great especially when buying the price chopper brand. Very friendly employees good prepared food especially the meatballs and seasoned chicken. No hassle returns. Couldnt ask for a better place to shop.

Pretty good store. Dont tend to keep good selling items in stock. If something sells too well they stopped carrying it for some reason. But all in all a good generic grocery store.

Only one register open; 6 people in line. Even the self-check outs were closed. One person was doing their weekly shopping. No gripe with them but management should have an express line open. Youre better than that Price Chopper

I love this store! I may be partial (because my husband is their 4th man )but I prefer to shop at this store rather than the one around the block from our place. This store always has a plentiful stock of all sale items such as the most recent $10/10 Ocean Spray. All of the staff are extremely helpful and more than willing to assist when needed.
