Good prices good turn over and the staff was very Helpful polite and personable

This was once a 3 star review but im changing it to 5 because costumer service contacted me to ask what they can do to change it and the lady on the phone was very nice and understood why i put 3 stars but now its 5 because to me they really care about us the costumers. Now i will say thank you save a lot you really changed my mind.

Very close for running in quickly for regular shopping list items. The meat and produce is fair to poor

I was not happy about the chicken prices. Aldi and Price Chopper were $.77 cents a pound and here $1.19 a pound. So I did not buy it here. There was only 1 checkout open super long line. Cashier was friendly and upbeat though.

Old woman with the long ponytail was rude to me at checkout despite being friendly to the woman before me. Not sure what I did to her. I guess she just doesn’t like younger people. Hire nicer people like you do at the Albany location.

The things are Affordable there, so you can save on some things.

The carry mostly no name Brands, but I have tried some and they are OK. They do carry some name brand stuff. Prices are pretty reasonable.

I love going to this store because I can get more food for less money and in these days saving is a good thing

First time in Save A Lot in quite a few years, but because of the Dealzzz thrift shop next door, my wife decided to check the store out. Though they will never be mistaken for Price Chopper, Save A Lot did have decent prices on several items. The store was very clean and the food was well stocked. We were impressed.

Pretty good selection of almost everything one can be looking for and the prices are fair to very cheap.

Got a lot of groceries for a great price.

I pretty much just use their Amazon Locker here, and maybe pick up some groceries while stopping through if I need any.

Just started sale Weds and they dont have one of the items.Not good.

The deals are great the cashier didnt even bother to say hello or thank you come again nothing but nasty looks like we were interupting her stocking the shelves. Granted it was not an individual Ive seen there before. Must be a relatively new hire.

Sometimes the prices are okay the biggest problem with this particular storeits always out of stock on anything thats on sale in the paper weather it be meat vegetables or produce.Ive gone there the day the flyer comes out and theyre out of stock. Three weeks to get cherries and theyre out of stock every week

You do save and @least this store doesnt have gimmicks like price chopper and cant afford oh I mean Hannaford, what I mean is I shop at save a lot more often than Cant afford and price chopper .You all should at least one time take a gander . You will not leave dissatisfied

Save-A-Lot is convenient even with three other grocery stores nearby on Altamont Ave; its easy to get in and out when you need staples like milk, eggs, etc. The store is never really busy so theres usually only one checkout lane open and the person assigned to that checkout is usually out on the floor doing stocking. They should put a button or bell near the checkout to let them know youre there. The employees there are always incredibly friendly even though they seem overworked.Other reviewers have said this store is dirty or gross, but its usually very clean and organized, its just an old building and doesnt have the flashier warehouse-like feel of newer places. The good prices make up for it.My only complaint would be that there are no cart corrals in the parking lot. Theres a space near the front door where the carts are generally gathered but of course every time I go here theres a dozen carts within 30 feet of the door that lazy people dont return. I make a habit of rolling two or three carts back when I enter and exit just to help out, the employees shouldnt need to pick up after slobs. Do your part and return the cart!

Basic staples like bread, butter, milk and eggs are cheap or reasonable everyday. Sometimes they are on sale at really low prices. Example: Dozen large eggs for 79 cents!

So tired of going in this store and having to stand in a line with over 10 people waiting while there always only one cashier.Definately wont shop there ever again.service there is beyond poor need to hire enough people to do register.and when cashier asks for help the person who came up fronthad an attitude.like I said wont be shopping there ever again
