We shopped for a new vacuum cleaner late in the spring of 2019. Joe was helpful, patient and answered all our questions. We walked out with the vacuum we wanted, have been very happy with it, and would recommend doing business with All Brands.

Joe picked up phone on 2nd ring was very polite, knew just what i needed and found the part right away. Being they have just moved into a new building he was even amazed he found it so fast. He had a very fair price and promised to try and get it out in the mail (small part) today. i should see it in 2-3 days. Very happy with service. I would drive the 160 miles with my machine to have him do any repairs i can not tinker with myself!!

I purchased 2 Riccar vacuums from them 5 years ago-an upright and a hand held. Both work well, have a strong suction, and Ive had no problems with them. I highly recommend Riccar. The All Brand folks are friendly, quick, and knowledgable. I highly recommend this business.

I have used this establishment a few times. In todays day and age they are one of a dying breed of vacuum cleaner dealers and repairs shops. I used them once before to fix a vacuum that severely clogged. They did an excellent job. Just recently I brought a vacuum to them that was beyond repair. They are extremely honest, not charging for diagnosing what is wrong with the vacuum. They will call you and let you know what needs to be done and at that point you can decide whether you want them to fix the entire vacuum, parts of it, or get rid of it. In my case the vacuum that I brought them needed alot of work & I decided that it was just cheaper to buy a new one. As I said, they also sell vacuums. I have a friend who has purchased 2 Ricar vacuums from them & is extremely satisfied. The sign out front mentions that they also service sewing machines, but I have never used that service & therefore cannot review that.

They had the proper bags I needed. They dont sell Miele every where.

Went here to get my vaccuum which wouldnt pick up anything checked to find out the problem......dropped it off on a thursday didnt get a call about it until I called saturday to ask what was going on with it....was told Id get a call about it soon....Didnt hear from them at all until Monday....where I was told the total would be $74.94......with tax for new filters and a cleaning......My vaccuum isnt the fanciest and I think I paid less for the vaccuum I told them I would not need the service and Id be over to pick it up, When I arrived I was told it needed new filters and thats why it would no longer pick up anything...to which I replied yea Ill spend $30 more for a new one at walmart....thanks though which the person behind the counter responded well your gonna keep running into the same issue if you dont regularly get your filters done....I took my vaccuum to my mothers who has absolutely no knowledge of vaccuums and the women fixed it and unclogged the hose within 15 minutes of me being at her house..... the filters are rinseable says it right on the canister....Rinseable filters dont ever buy a filter which I hadnt even noticed......Obviously they hadnt even touched thhe vaccuum the canister was still full of dust and dirt so my guess is he didnt even look at it.....so how would you know I need filters? u hadnt even opened the thing?................in all Im guessing this $74.95 charge is his going rate of scams on people who dont know much about vaccuums seeing as when I called I heard him speaking to a women regarding her vaccuum for the same price......Very unhappy with my expierince and very disappointed
