This rating is for the service received as I have not had the chance to try the product (waiting on next oil change).XADO was recommended to me by a friend who had previously used it and was very satisfied with the products (he is a very picky person who does aloooot of research before using, doing,buying, and etc. anything so him saying he was impressed well was impressing to me).First the office is small, and I do call it an office as it really is just a desk and a shelf with products (customer area at least), but its really all you need. So dont be throw off when you pull into the lot filled with small offices.Overall, service was great. I had walked in probably 15mins before they closed but was still greated with a smile. The man sitting at the desk called over his sales associate who introduced himself politely and proceeded to answer all my questions and give me recommendations for the next 45mins.I was there 30minutes pass closing and never for a second felt unwelcome. There are not that many products but a decent variety for most types of vehicles. The line is not cheap but I had honestly tried everything else and nothing had made a difference in my high mileage vehicle so figured what the heck (and yes I know an additive will mot fix all my cars issue but I am refering to products not even remotely fullfilling their purposes). That being said, I did not feel pressured or even remotely mislead (female so yes we are good targets for auto related businesses, sometimes). I was even offered help to the car which was not necessary but welcoming.It great experiance. They speak English as well as Ukrainian/Russian and you could probably be alright with Polish as well. Check it out! Its worth walking in just to get information.Will update once I try the product (need an oil change this month).

Be careful with on-line orders, they dont provide shipping information and if you want to cancel order - its impossible, because they have not customer/order support, no answer for return requests.
