Top notch body shop and staff. Tony although no longer working here coordinated a very pleasant experience. They provide a very nice loaner vehicle, Jimmy, Keith and thier staff did an excellent job repairing a rear door and quarter panel! Very pleased with the outcome, highly recommended.

They really care about the customer and making sure they dont have to come back a second time. My wheels were stolen, and my insurance knew they had a way to tow to them. They made sure I got brand new wheels that matched. Good people and took my calls everything and got me answers when I needed them. Highly recommend them.

Greg and Tony are wonderful to work with! They kept me informed on the status of my car and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Hopefully I won’t wreck my car again, but if I did, I would absolutely use them again.

I would have been better off buying my parts on Ebay and putting them on myself... I used to love my car, but after it was worked on by Certified, Ive found nothing but issues with their work. After I picked it up the first time, I had to bring it back because they failed to re-tint my drivers side window... After that, we found numerous issues with their work, from not hooking up my headlight again, to not replacing the rear window, paint on a fender part not even being color matched to the rest of the car, and they took it back. They did very little to make things right, while they had it for 3 weeks without a single phone call to update me on its progress. I finally got it back and they ruined the paint with a horrible detail job. There are swirl marks all over my car and its all I can look at. Unfortunately, I just dont have the time to chase them down any longer about this. I chose Certified after I already had a body shop I trusted, because they had good reviews and it was a Toyota shop. I fell through every single crack in their system and because of them, I no longer can say I love my car. I cannot recommend anyone to go here.

If you have a Toyota or Lexus this place is the best! Ive had to use Certified Collision twice and both times theyve been incredible. For those who are wondering they can do a damn near perfect match with pearl white paint!

I had my car sent to this Certified Collision Center after a branch shattered my back windshield during a storm. Not only did they take 2 weeks to fix my car, but they also left pieces of glass everywhere inside of my trunk upon return. After the fact, they have been hard to reach, difficult to communicate with, have not offered any compensation and instead only offered to vacuum the trunk at a dealership 30 minutes away from me. I will not be returning for their services.

I was rear-ended and brought it to a certified Lexus collision center because we are dealing with a luxury vehicle. The initial quality was good but smaller issues popped up following a routine maintenance at a Lexus dealership, which included: missing clips for my bumper, improper sealing with the rear rubber gasket, and improper fitting of the taillight. My service manager also thinks my assured new rear car door for my GX460 was salvaged, sanded, and repainted over.

This is the second time I have used Certified Collision Center. Had damage to trunk that needed paint and reapplying protection coating. Anna was great with explaining what needed to be done, and going the extra mile to have it ready when I needed it back, giving me an estimate, and ended up being less because a couple items didn’t need to be replaced. I would not go anywhere else to have work done, and would refer anyone needing work to their vehicle to them. Truly 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Very pleased with their workmanship, and Customer Service was fantastic. They arranged drop-off and pick-up from my local dealership, just 4 minutes from my house, so it was really convenient. Had some major body work done on the right side of my vehicle which, among other things, involved total replacement of the rear door, and you cant even tell the vehicle was ever damaged.

As a woman who knows nothing about cars - its scary to deal with auto mechanics! This place went above and beyond to treat me like family, get me certified parts, and make sure I knew all my options. He was concerned about my safety but didnt make it seem like I had to repair the car right away. I was given a time line for my piece of mind and never felt they were pushy. I WILL PICK THEM TIME AND TIME AGAIN.

These guys did a great job. They reviewed the damage, made an estimate and did a great job. No surprises (super important!) with the bill and car looks great. They even washed it and filled tires without me asking.

Fantastic job. Bumper was replaced and they did all the work with the insurance company of the person that hit me so I didnt have to deal with it. Took a few extra days because the guy wasnt happy enough with the paint and wanted to try it again. I cant tell anything was ever done and it looks brand new again.

Brad, my collision specialist went above and beyond to ensure that the parts State farm paid to replace were originals and not used. He acted like it was his car getting the repairs, and not just a customers. Would very highly recommend in the unfortunate scenario where you find yourself in need of significant repair work done to your Lexus.

Great work they did to my Lexus RX 350, I had an accident and my life was miserable and just sad, when I picked up my ride after they were done with it, it felt like I went to heaven when I saw my Lexus. Hands down the best Auto body shop in the Northwest Suburbs and as crazy as it sounds my truck looks, drives and feels like brand new than when I took it there, the fog lights are better than when I took it there, I just could not be happier than the way I feel after using Certified Collision.

Excellent customer service. I believe the people who say that customer service is lacking here are likely not really telling the truth. Any time that we required body work done to our Toyota vehicles, this is where we come. We have been coming here for over 8-years now. My review is based on these 8-years of being a long-time customer. I appreciate that they give an estimate and call you right away to communicate said estimate. I appreciate that they keep me in the loop from start to finish. I appreciate that the workmanship IS EXCELLENT. I appreciate that my vehicle always looks BRAND new! The paint is always a perfect match. My blue RAV-4 is blue, and this is not an easy color to match up. Perfection! We have always owned Toyota vehicles and this place specializes in Toyota. However, they also work on other vehicles. We noticed there were other cars, such as, Volvo, Mercedes, Audi and Lexus. I wrote a review on Yelp also (under my middle name Lauren). They are definitely honest. They are also very professional. I appreciate that they didnt treat me like a second-class citizen, just because I am a woman. It was easy to deal with them from start to finish. They ALWAYS do quality work and the end-result is excellent. If I could rate them with 10-stars I would. The employees and management are outstanding. It is obvious that they take pride in producing high quality work. Their workmanship (also worthy of 5-stars) and communication updates are exceptional. I recently purchased a used 2016 Toyota Tacoma and noticed the bumper was not rite. This was two weeks after driving off the car lot so I thought it was on me. I have used Certified Collision Center in the past and never had any problems. I got excellent service, high quality craftsmanship and a far price!! I brought my truck in and after it was inspected I was told to bring it back to the dealership to see if they would own the problem. They did and I got $1,200.00 in repairs at no charge. Does good work, needs to work on communication.My car was damaged in an accident. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get my car in working order, using OEM parts, and even vacuumed it before it was ready.But when parts were delayed by a winter storm, and the timeline was pushed back, I didnt get a call even though I specifically said that Id rather get too many calls than not enough.

Extremely satisfied with the work they have done on 2018 Lexus. Rick went above and beyond to deal with my situation with the other insurance company.

What a GREAT facility!!! In the area, from out of town, and my rear window liftgate hinge (on my jeep) broke. After a failed attempt to fix it myself, I googled nearest auto body shops and drove over to see if they could help. They got it rigged up for me, to make it until I can get the replacement part. All for no charge! Just blown away by this kindness! Thank you! Thank You, Thank You! Coming from someone that things ALWAYS seem to go wrong for, this truly made my day!

I will start by saying that I received a fair quote. The manager Tom however, is awful. After receiving an estimate I emailed him with a question.After a week of not hearing anything, I decided to give him a call. He told me he doesn’t read emails, just forwards them to his estimators.I then asked him if it was possible to get a loaner or rental since I would be paying cash and bought my car at Schaumburg Toyota, which is owned by the same company. He scoffed at me and made it sound like I was asking for brick of gold.He eventually took down my phone number and said he’d call me back and let me know. It has now been another week and I haven’t heard back from him.Not only have they lost a customer, but every dealership that belong to Resnick Auto Group has as well.

Dont ever n I do mean dont ever bring your car here they are the worst I mean the worst Body Shop ever they didnt fix half the problems they lie about fixing the problems and I would not waste my time or my money going to the shop ever again three months after my car was in there I have to go and pay to have everything redone that they said they did but lied about it. they had my car twice and total over a month and you couldnt even tell they did any work because they did such a horrible job I wouldnt waste my money

There was a total lack of customer service and communication. First, there was little communication regaurding the status of the repairs. Then I was given 3 different completion dates. I would not have even received that information if I wasnt calling for updates. Then upon receiving the my truck i found it to be a gallon low on coolant. I returned it the next where it took them 8 hours to verify that the coolant I already replaced was ok. Then I found that the new radiator and cap they installed were leaking. So I returned my truck again. I dropped it off at 8:00am and they should be able to check out and have it resolved the same day. They didnt touch until after 2:00pm. I was then informed that they would have to order a new radiator and cap. The work would be complete the following day. They were nice enough to set me up with a car. I received no call and my truck was not done as specified. I again had to call for a status update on the 3rd day. In short it took them 2.5 days to resolve an issue that should never have occurred in the first place.

One of the worst body shops i have ever had to deal with. I had my vehicle there for rear bumper damage and was promised that it would be done in three days and was promised to be updated on the progress of my vehicle and never got a call once about the status of my vehicle.I had to call to see to get a status on my car. I know people do get busy i get that but to not keep your word is a big thing to me. So fast forward i was promised a 3 day turn a round and it was 6 days to get my car back to me. I would call just to see if my car would be done and got nothing. Again i know things happen but it is unprofessional to not keep your word and then when a customer calls you lead them on just to get them off the phone is ridiculous.I will never go back to this place and i will make sure no one in my family or friends ever give this place any business.
