He was not only personable, fast, and efficient, but he also took the time, while my car was being serviced, to answer my questions and explain to me in detail the info I was looking for. I am very grateful for his time, efforts, knowledge, and patience in providing me with this valuable information. It was exactly what I needed in order to have direction in determining which BMW year would be best for me to search for based on the criteria I desired. I feel Adam deserves recognition for a job well done! I am sure he has received recognition multiple times, but I believe no one can get too many compliments from a satisfied customer. Coming up on 2 years as a first time bmw car owner and always impressed with excellent customer service and transparency from routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and costs. Earlier this year I damaged front bumper, took it in and Blake explained several options for me at various price levels. Before proceeding i took it to a long time body shop I had used previously they were unable to come close to BMW quote.IMO honesty and transparency are at the core of good customer service. Blake Cotton is our service advisor and has always done a great job in taking care of my wife’s and my cars. He gets the necessary work done quickly and communicates exactly what the problems are and gets them fixed. We have been leasing our cars from Sal Sapienza for years and like having no repair worries and getting mew cars every 3 years. Sal is the only automobile sales professional I have ever returned to car after car in my lifetime. He makes the process easy and fair. Blake always secures a loaner if the service needs time and takes great care of us during our lease time.
Simply amazing, especially Adam Crews! Things happen, cars have problems, unfortunately even brand new ones. It’s not the dealership’s fault, they didn’t build it, it just happens. However how a problem is handled IS in the dealership’s control. Well, we have purchased/leased about 16 cars so far from other places. I must say Patrick BMW has surpassed them all. They were determined to find, fix, and make sure the problem didn’t return. Adam kept me informed throughout the process with text messages on the status of repairs. Always professional! As usual, I received the most helpful service from Adam Crews when I needed to address a problematic battery. Adam took immediate action for a short term fix to get me going and set the long term fix in motion. Due to the terrible Chicago weather that resulted in many battery failures, the supply of batteries was severely depleted and had to be replenished. So late yesterday I received a call that batteries had arrived so I made the appointment for this morning and all taken care of within 90 minutes. Adam, who has always been my primary service contact, once again came to the rescue.

Blake and Matt both helped me this past week with my 320i. Blake is typically my service advisor (I purchased my car in June 2019), however Blake was off the day I dropped my car so Matt walked me through everything that was going to be done (windshield crack, brakes and navigation update). When I came to pickup my car Blake assisted me and went over all the service that was performed. I always have a positive experience with service and I always feel informed. I trust Blake’s knowledge, experience and honesty; working with Matt was just as positive.I always schedule a loaner when I make my appointment (even pre-covid). Roman sets up my loaner; Roman is personable, knowledgeable of the fleet available and is super thorough when we check the loaner before I leave the dealership. I’ve never been in a loaner I didn’t feel comfortable driving.From buying (with Sal Sapienza - I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else) to service to borrowing a loaner my experience is always beyond wonderful.
