This is by far the BEST auto shop I have ever dealt with, and thats saying something. Ottavio is an honest first class and straightforward guy, and his techs/advisors are also top shelf. They have a great operation and new location and really treat you like a valued friend, not customer. I know that they are genuinely interested in servicing you at the highest level and they exceed expectations. And the prices are at or below reasonable. I think they did the job my problem is them trying to sell you things you dont need. I know they dont know my background but Im not as mechanically incline as they think their customers are. Whenever someone tries to sell me something really unnecessary I assume the worst. Not sure if I will come back here for service again.
