Highly recommend extra storage. The staff was very helpful and understanding of our situation. They also provided great promotions to keep the cost low. The storage units are clean and provide great drainage in the case of severe weather. Facility has great security measures as well to include gated area with video surveillance.

Theresa helped me move out in a timely manner making sure I wasn’t charged for a service I wasn’t using anymore. She communicated well with me, and was very patient.

The staff at this location is awesome! I called to get info on renting a space for a RV and received all the info I needed. Follow up is amazing. I received 2 phone calls, one from this location on King George Blvd. and one from their sister location. The calls were to let me know that they have my info in their system for when we do rent the space. Today, I called to rent this space. I was able to do this over the phone. Again, great customer service.

I think that they charge too much for the small unit that I have, I have the smallest unit and its like $80 and its not even an indoor unit my unit in Texas is about the same size which I only pay $40 for and its an indoor climate control unit. I dont do bugs Im in the process of moving thats why I have two storages however I was back in Texas for about 2-3 months came back to Savannah and my store just filled with spiders have fun 😡

I could not ask for more, as the prices and lock you can purchase, together with storage supplies, fits my needs. Great times to enter and to exit, right in a great location for gas and city bus. Had an issue with a broken locking latch. A wonderful lady named Tricia called me and informed me of it. I was out of town at the time, and gave them permission to fix it while I was away. They came in and immediately fixed the latch, and called to inform me that it was fixed. She sent me pictures to ensure me that none of my stuff was harmed or missing. I have had that storage for almost 6 years, and have dealt with nothing but professionals who respect their clients; and ensure the best service.
