Not happy with the car wash. Car was still visably dirty. Paid $10 for it. Attendants were rude and didnt give good directions at all.

After a rather busy day at work, I decided to try some chicken strips from Enmarket. After I received my order I return to my vehicle to chow down my lunch. The first bite of this chicken was horrible and it was hard as concrete, so I had to come up with a solution to make 3 extremely hard chicken strips tender again. I took my jackhammer from the back of my truck and hammered 3 of my chicken strips to make them tender, needless to say, the hard chicken strips broke my jackhammer 😱! That particular day I was left hungry, disappointed, and in pure disbelief. How can some chicken strips be so hard that it will destroy a jackhammer? Now, I am stressing as to how I am going to break up concrete to build new sidewalks around town 😞😩. Enmarket, you have some explaining to do.

I do not appreciate people who are hired to work, but they don’t. Customer service sucks at this location. Hire people who actually want to work please !

Say theyre open 24 hrs but theyre not... night time staff obviously dont like their job because theyre rude. Time is 0207 hrs. If youre not open 24 hrs then why have a sign that says you are?Its okay though, the Circle K across the street loves the business and has a wonderful staff.

Three times in a row the customer service was horrible. The prompt convenience is not enforced into their services, if you use the machine then you still have to wait for assistance and the employee is on the phone like there isnt any customers in the store.

Not too please about having cheese on my grits when I ordered plain. I should have checked my order before I left.

My debit card was charged twice inside the store.

Well, it originally was 5 stars and thats due to Miranda behind the counter. I go in every day (7 days a week) get 5 bananas and 2 large coffees. Today we decide to mix it up and my husband got a cold drink....well he thought he was. The fountain drink was nothing but carbonation. When he tried to ask for help he was ignored by one worker who decided his cell phone was more important than his job. Oh then there was the lady in the back who rudely huffed at my husband and said with attitude you gotta wait for the coca-cola man. And walked away. By the way wear your mask OVER your mouth and nose not on your chin. Looks like we will be using circle k from now on

Wow. Your new store looks great. But y’all must have really phoned it in with the rude employees. I love being told to get the F*ck on by one employee while trying to go through a car wash while the other one was rude to my wife. Canceled my monthly wash pass. Will not return to enmarket. I hope y’all go under.

Dont use the car wash because if anything happens to your vehicle they will give you the run-around so they dont have to pay for repairs. Store manager never contacted me. Three weeks later corporate office is supposed to be calling me never did

Sign on the door says masks are required. The mayor said masks are required. The night manager or lead is not wearing one, shes also not enforcing it on customers.

I actually loved this store but for now on whenever BRANDI is working I will be goingTo another. You wanna talk about extremely bad customer service. Also there will be 5/6 people in line and she will be on her phone by fountain drinks and say oh I’ll be right there. By then people are leaving. It’s just ridiculous.
